Abstract

Unemployment is a major problem facing Indonesia. High unemployment has a direct and indirect effect on poverty caused by someone not having a job and income, crime that is prone to be committed by someone to meet their needs illegally and political problems. This study focuses on the efficiency of the public sector of regencies/cities in South Sulawesi. This study uses secondary data from non-managerial agencies and regional annual reports. Input and output variables are quantitative data, so this study is quantitative. The DEA calculation model is carried out by identifying input and output. One of the analysis methods used to assess DMU efficiency is DEA (Data Development Analysis). The input variables are PAD and balancing funds, the output variables are people working and GRDP, and DMU is the Regency/City of South Sulawesi Province. Based on DEAP data on public sector efficiency in South Sulawesi in 2022, only four regencies, namely Bantaeng, Takalar, Pangkep, and Barru, have 100% efficiency.

Abstract

Rapid digital transformation requires organisations to have a workforce that is adaptive and responsive to change. PT Bumi Asri Lestari Situbondo, as a company in the field of aquaculture, faces challenges in managing human resources in the midst of ever-changing technological developments. This study aims to examine the influence of digital culture, leadership style and organisational commitment on workforce agility. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with data collection through a Likert scale questionnaire. The sampling technique was proportionate random sampling, and data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the three independent variables namely digital culture, leadership style, and organisational commitment had a positive and significant effect on workforce agility. Digital culture plays a role in encouraging collaboration and the use of work technology, effective leadership style creates a supportive and communicative work environment, while organisational commitment increases employee loyalty and engagement in change. The findings suggest the importance of integration between digital culture, adaptive leadership and organisational commitment in shaping an agile workforce ready to face the dynamics of the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh layanan digital dan Customer ReIationship Management (CRM) terhadap loyalitas nasabah dengan kepuasan sebagai variabel intervening, di tengah perkembangan teknologi digital yang mentransformasi layanan perbankan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh layanan digital dan CRM terhadap loyalitas nasabah serta kepuasan nasabah. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei, data dikumpulkan dari 181 responden yang merupakan pengguna layanan perbankan digital di Indonesia melalui kuesioner online dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa layanan digital memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, seperti halnya CRM; namun, tidak ditemukan bukti bahwa CRM memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas nasabah, meskipun kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas. Kepuasan nasabah ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa strategi CRM yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kepuasan dan mendorong loyalitas dalam konteks perbankan digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Seven Tools dan pola pikir Kaizen di Pabrik Tahu HM untuk menganalisis bagaimana komposisi bahan baku dan kontrol pemrosesan mempengaruhi kualitas tahu. Untuk mengurangi kesalahan dan meningkatkan konsistensi, penelitian ini bermaksud untuk memperkuat metode kontrol kualitas dan menciptakan pendekatan operasional yang seragam. Pelatihan pekerja yang tidak memadai, metode yang tidak terstandardisasi, bahan baku berkualitas rendah, kondisi produksi yang tidak optimal, dan peralatan yang tidak terawat dengan baik merupakan beberapa masalah utama yang diidentifikasi melalui analisis data proses produksi. Implementasi Kaizen digunakan untuk memberikan solusi, dengan fokus pada kondisi kerja yang lebih baik, proses operasi yang terstandardisasi, pelatihan personil yang berkelanjutan, dan pemilihan bahan baku yang lebih baik. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Kaizen dan kontrol kualitas yang sistematis dapat mengurangi tingkat kesalahan, meningkatkan efektivitas produksi, dan memuaskan pelanggan.

Abstract

This study explores the role of Green Sukuk in supporting Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Indonesia by examining its alignment with Green Eligible Sectors and its impact on sustainability indicators from 2018 to 2023. The research focuses on the suitability of Green Sukuk as an instrument for funding projects that contribute positively to environmental outcomes. It also evaluates how these instruments support long-term strategies for low-carbon emissions and resilience against climatic risks. The research method uses a qualitative approach through literature study and interviews with sources, with data processing involving content analysis and qualitative data analysis. Key findings indicate that Green Sukuk has significantly contributed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) and enhancing climate resilience, aligning with 15 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of relationship and contract flexibility on consumer decisions to use leasing services at PT Mandiri Utama Finance Medan. Relationship and contract flexibility that are not improved enough, resulting in a decrease in the use of leasing services at PT Mandiri Utama Finance. Lack of implementation of several indicators of relationships and also related to contract flexibility that burdens partners. The payment time of service users is not on time. This study uses a quantitative method with a multiple linear regression approach. The results of the study indicate that relationships have a positive and significant influence on consumer decisions to use leasing services, while contract flexibility also has a positive effect on consumer decisions to use leasing services, although with a lower level of significance. This study is expected to contribute to the development of more effective marketing strategies for companies, as well as provide insight for further research on the factors that influence consumer decisions in similar industrial sectors.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of management information systems using the SLiMS 8 application in improving the quality of services to users, identifying the obstacles faced and solutions that can be applied to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of services at the Dharmawangsa University Library UPT. Data collection methods involve observation, interviews, and documentation with qualitative descriptive data analysis. The research results show that this application has a big positive impact on visitors, including a faster and more accurate book search process, ease of accessing book collections and other materials, as well as more practical borrowing management, contributing to supporting academic activities. The SLiMS 8 application provides effective digital solutions and supports progress in the world of libraries and education. This application is increasingly developing and has an influence on library performance, encouraging librarians to think creatively and innovatively in information services so that readers' interest in reading increases and the number of library materials increase

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji bagaimana keterikatan pelanggan terhadap lingkungan tempat, kualitas produk, dan pelayanan mempengaruhi perilaku pembelian Mie Gacoan di Bekasi. Dalam industri makanan dan minuman yang kompetitif, strategi manajemen yang efektif sangat penting untuk tetap mempertahankan pelanggan. Untuk mempertahankan keberlanjutan bisnis perlu memperhatikan kenyamanan dan pengalaman pelanggan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pemahaman bagaimana faktor tempat, pelayanan, dan produk mempengaruhi perilaku pembelian dari sudut pandang psikologis, memberikan pemahaman tentang perilaku konsumen. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yang disebar di daerah Bekasi, dan sampel sebanyak 156 berhasil dikumpulkan. Tahap pengolahan data menggunakan model PLS-SEM dan software Smart PLS 3.0 digunakan untuk mengolah hasil data tersebut. Studi ini menemukan bahwa ketiga faktor tersebut memainkan peran penting dalam mendorong pelanggan melakukan pembelian dengan pelayanan yang memiliki dampak terbesar. Kualitas produk juga berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku pelanggan, sedangkan keterikatan tempat juga berpengaruh namun mempunyai pengaruh yang cukup kecil. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman dalam konteks lingkungan, layanan, dan produk berkualitas tinggi berperan dalam mendorong perilaku pelanggan. Studi ini memberikan wawasan mengenai perilaku pelanggan Mie Gacoan supaya dapat meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan dan mempertahankan keberlanjutan untuk mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitifnya di pasar.

Abstract

Abstract This study examines the influence of social media, product quality, and price on the purchase intention of U-WINFLY electric bicycles in Kudus. This study uses a quantitative approach, utilizing normality tests to ensure that the data distribution is suitable for analysis. The results show that all social media, product quality, and price variables are normally distributed, with skewness and kurtosis values in the acceptable range, confirming the reliability of the data for further analysis. This study consisted of 112 people, who were selected beyond the purposive sampling system by analyzing the data using the Econometric Views 8 (E-views 8) program. The literature review highlights the importance of social media as a marketing tool, emphasizing its efficiency in promoting products and maintaining customer relationships at low cost compared to traditional sales methods. In addition, it discusses the role of product quality in shaping consumer trust and purchasing behavior, showing that consumer perceptions of quality directly affect their purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether good corporate governance has an effect on the financial performance of banking companies. The population in this study is Conventional Banks listed on the IDX in 2019-2022 and the sample in this study is 10 Conventional Banks. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The methodology of this study uses a quantitative method. The data used is secondary data with data collection techniques using audited financial reports and annual reports published by conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019-2022 period. The variables of this study consist of independent variables, namely the independent board of commissioners, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, audit committee, board of directors and the dependent variable, namely return on assets (ROA). The data analysis technique for this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the independent board of commissioners, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, audit committee, and board of directors simultaneously affect the dependent variable, namely financial performance. Based on the results of the t-test (partial), it shows that GCG has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Independent board of commissioners and audit committee have a significant positive effect on financial performance. Institutional ownership has no effect on financial performance. Managerial ownership and board of directors have a significant negative effect on financial performance
