Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the effect of using U-Dictionary application on students’ pronunciation mastery at the eleventh grade of SMK Negeri 1 Perbaungan. This research used quantitative method with quasi-experimental design. The population of this research was class XI sudents of SMK Negeri 1 Perbaungan. The researcher selected class XI TKJ 1 with 21 students as experimental group dan class XI TKJ 3 with 21 students as control group, randomly. In collecting data, the researcher used tests to determine students’ pronunciation mastery and were carried out twice, namely pre-test and post-test. Then, the data was analyzed by using a t-test. The results showed that ttest = 8.095 and ttable with df = 40 using a two-tailed test (2-tailed) with a significance of 5% = 2.021. It shows that ttest value was higher than ttable (8.095>2.021). In oher words, Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected. On the other hand, the result of the evaluation of students’ pronunciation mastery showed that more students get predicate 4 (good) on vowel, diphthong and consonant sounds in experimental group. While in control group, more students get predicate 3 (average) and pedicate 2 (poor) on vowel, diphthong and consonant sounds. It can be concluded that using U-Dictionary application significantly affected on students’ pronunciation mastery at the eleventh grade of SMK Negeri 1 Perbaungan.

Abstract

Ships are water vehicles of a certain type and shape that transport passengers and goods through waters to certain areas. Say, for example, like crossing islands, delivering goods by sea, or being used as a component in a floating market. Ships are included in the learning category for the Belawan Maritime Academy campus in Medan for cadets, therefore the author applies this material to learning media bases of flash for better delivery of material. For better learning implementation results and in accordance with ship specifications, references are used by tracing data from journals and the internet, the system uses a waterfall for data collection techniques so that later the learning media is validated for its truth with clear data references. This system can be implemented in a learning system with PC or laptop devices as the medium and used as learning material for cadets. With this application, it is hoped that cadets will find it easier to study ships in more depth and can be re-developed into a better system.

Abstract

This research discussed the effect of using YouTube animation videos on students' English vocabulary mastery at SMA Negeri 2 Tebing Tinggi. The formulation of the problem is: for the first time, students usually misinterpret the word, then have difficulty pronouncing it. The objective of this research was: to determine whether or not there was a significant effect and difference on students’ achievement in vocabulary mastery before and after being taught using animated videos. The population were students of grade X SMA Negeri 2 Tebing Tinggi which consisted of two classes. So the sample was grade X MIA 4 consisted of 29 students as the experimental group (using animated youtube videos) and X MIA 1 consisted of 29 students as control groups (without using animated youtube videos). The results in the experimental group showed that the mean value of the pre-test was 69.89 while the average value of the post-test was 78.96. The results in the control group showed that the average value of the pre-test was 55.37 while the post-test was the average test score was 58.51. The results of data analysis, the value of t-test > t-table, where the t-table is 1.674 and the result of the t-test is 7.55 so that the t-test is higher than the t-table. It was concluded that the effect of using youtube animated videos was more significant than the effect without using youtube animated videos on students' vocabulary learning achievement.

Abstract

Strategi pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran di mana siswa-siswa dikelompokkan menjadi kelompok-kelompok yang beranggotakan 4 sampai 5 orang siswa yang terdiri dari siswa dengan kemampuan akademik tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Kreatifitas belajar merupakan upaya menumbuhkan dan merangsang potensi yang ada dalam diri siswa dengan memberikan peluang supaya kemampuan yang dimiliki dapat tersalurkan secara baik sehingga siswa dapat melahirkan kreatifitas yang dapat menunjang kecerdasan yang dimilikinya. Fikih merupakan mata pelajaran yang diajarkan untuk mengarahkan dan mengantarkan peserta didik agar dapat memahami pokok-pokok hukum Islam dan tata cara pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada MTsN Siantar Kabupaten Simalungun dengan hasil : 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara strategi pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar, siswa yang di ajar dengan strategi pembelajaran koperatif learning tipe STAD, lebih tinggi hasil belajarnya dari pada siswa yang di ajar dengan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori, 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kreatifitas belajar dengan hasil belajar, dan 3) Tidak terdapat interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dengan kreatifitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran merupakan suatu kerangka konseptual yang menggambarkan prosedur pembelajaran secara sistematis dalam mengorganisasikan pengalaman belajar seseorang guna tercapainya tujuan belajar. Model pembelajaran koperatif tipe Numbered Heads Together (NHT) pada langkah-langkah penerapannya memanggil salah satu nomor siswa dalam satu kelompok untuk presentase atau menjawab pertanyaan guru atau siswa lain, sedangkan pada model pembelajaran koperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) untuk presentase maupun menjawab pertanyaan diserahkan pada kelompok untuk mewakili kelompok dalam menjawab pertanyaan tersebut. Gaya belajar merupakan tipe seorang siswa dalam belajar sesuatu. Setiap siswa memiliki gaya belajar yang berbeda. Gaya belajar telah dikelompokkan para ahli ada tiga yaitu visual, auditory dan kinesthetik. Penelitian eksperimen ini dilakukan di MTsN Pematangsiantar dengan hasil : 1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara model pembelajaran dengan hasil belajar siswa. 2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara gaya belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa, dan 3) tidak terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran kooperatif adalah model pembelajaran yang diharapkan dapat memotivasi siswa untuk berperan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas karena pembelajaran kooperatif dapat meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik terhadap pemahaman konsep dan juga dapat dapat meningkatkan kepekaan dan empati di antara siswa. Disiplin belajar merupakan bentuk kepatuhan dalam melaksanakan segala aturan-aturan yang ada dan diberlakukan di lingkungan pendidikan yang memang secara khusus bertujuan membentuk pribadi-pribadi yang beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan dengan kemestian melaksanakan aturan yang telah ada ditetapkan secara menyeluruh kepada siswanya supaya menjadi manusia yang disiplin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen yang meneliti tentang pengaruh model pembelajarn koperatif dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Fiqih, dan diperoleh hasil penelitian : 1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara model pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar siswa, 2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara disiplin belajar dengan hasil belajar, dan 3) tidak terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in student learning outcomes by learning the Quick Short Strategy at the Darul Arafah Private Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pangkalan Berandan. This type of research is classroom action research. The object of this research is to improve student learning outcomes through the Quick Short Strategy in class VII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Private Darul Arafah Pangkalan Berandan. The research subjects were students of class VII.1, totaling 39 people. Before the action is carried out, observations are made which include giving tests and interviews to class teachers to find out the activities and student learning outcomes. The data provided was obtained from sheets from observation sheets of activities, attitudes, and student learning outcomes in the form of questions and descriptions given. The test is given twice at the end of each cycle. After being given action through the Quick Short Strategy in class action research carried out in class VII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Private Darul Arafah Pangkalan Berandan from the results of observations of student learning activities in cycle II there was an increase compared to cycle I. In cycle I the first meeting student learning outcomes obtained an average value average 63, 58 and the second meeting of student learning outcomes obtained an average value of 67, 30. In the second cycle the average learning outcomes increased, the first meeting of student learning outcomes obtained an average of 70, 20 and the second meeting of student learning outcomes obtained an average - average 75.00. From the results of the pre-test before the action obtained an average value of 67.61 and the results of the post-test after the action obtained an average value of 78.23. If measured by N-gain the average student's ability is 0.32 in the medium category. This shows that the Quick Short Strategy according to Darul Arafah Pangkalan Berandan Private Madrasah Tsanawiyah students is considered good, namely between 56-75% classification. Thus the application of the Quick Short Strategy can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Delapan standar nasional pendidikan yang harus dijadikan pedoman dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan, salah satu di antaranya adalah standar pendidikan dan tenaga kependidikan. Tenaga kependidikan mencakup antara lain; pengawas sekolah, atau pengawas satuan pendidikan, kepala sekolah, tenaga laborat dan teknisi sumber belajar, tenaga perpustakaan sekolah dan tenaga administrasi sekolah. Ketersedian tenaga kependidikan yang mempunyai profesionalitas tinggi dapat dimulai dengan peningkatan SDM pelaku pendidikan itu sendiri, dengan ketersediaan tenaga kependidikan yang mumpuni diharapkan mampu meningkatkan mutu Pendidikan Permasalahan yang ingin dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah a) Bagaimanakah pengetahuan guru MIN 2 Tebing Tinggi tentang penelitian tindakan kelas sebelum diadakan Forum Diskusi kelompok Kecil? b) Bagaimanakah pengetahuan guru MIN 2 Tebing Tinggi tentang penelitian tindakan kelas setelah diadakan Forum Diskusi kelompok Kecil? c). Apakah ada peningkatan pengetahuan guru MIN 2 Tebing Tinggi sebelum dan sesudah diadakan Forum Diskusi kelompok Kecil Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan Sekolah (PTS) sebanyak tiga putaran (siklus). Sasaran penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas VI MIN 2 Tebing Tinggi. data penelitian berupa data observasi berupa pengamatan pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan keals dan pengamatan aktivitas siswa dan guru pada setiap siklus. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan Kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan penelitian tindakan kelas sebelum diterpkannya forum diskusi kelompok kecil masih kurang sekali dibuktikan dari hasil analisa hasil jawaban angket adalah skor maksimal 50, skor minimal 28.

Abstract

Especially in the subjects of Fiqh, where in fiqh learning there are practices that must be seen by students so that it is easy to understand the learning, therefore development is needed in learning media, one way of developing this is by using the kinemaster application. The objectives of this research are: to find out how the learning media using the kinemaster application in fiqh lessons class XI MA Tarbiyah Waladiyah Pulau Banyak. This study uses a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were the principal of the madrasa, the teacher of moral aqidah and students. Collecting data in this research using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are: in preparing for learning the teacher looks for videos related to learning material sourced from youtube, then downloads and makes edits with the kinemaster application. Before the fiqh learning process begins, the teacher first prepares supporting equipment for learning media that will be used such as laptops, infocus, and speakers, approximately the time used for preparation for this lesson is approximately 5 minutes. After the preparation is done, the teacher explains the big title of the material to be studied and asks students to pay attention to the learning video that the teacher has made using the kinemaster application. Next, the teacher asks the students for their responses about the video.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations and interviews with the head of MTs Ponpes Al-Ikhwan As-Salam Kec. Tanjung Pura who explained that the performance of teachers in kindergarten needs to be repaired and improved. This is because teachers at MTs Ponpes Al-Ikhwan As-Salam teaching techniques have not fully implemented innovative teaching techniques so that teaching and learning activities are still very monotonous, namely students are not actively involved in class. So that in response to this problem the school principal created a class to class system. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods to describe the results of research findings through observation, interviews and documentation techniques so that the following conclusions were obtained: Implementation of supervision applied by the head of the madrasa at MTs Ponpes Al-Ikhwan As-Salam, namely carried out as follows Coordinator, Consultant ( helper), Group leader, Evaluator. This implementation was carried out by means of the head of the madrasa as coordinator, consultant, group leader and evaluator as a step in implementing supervision at MTs Ponpes Al-Ikhwan As-Salam. The level of teacher professional performance in teaching activities is maximal and can be categorized as good based on the following findings: Teaching Aspects, namely teachers are able to manage student learning which is categorized as good. Aspects of personality, namely the ability of a solid personality, noble, wise, and authoritative as well as being a role model for students who are categorized as very good. The social aspect is the teacher's ability to communicate and interact effectively and efficiently. Professional aspect. and teaching techniques applied by some teachers are things that must be improved and get attention from the madrasah. Supporting Factors and Inhibiting Factors Implementation of Supervision of Madrasah Heads in Improving Teacher Performance at MTs Ponpes Al-Ikhwan As-Salam, namely increased student achievement, teacher and student psychology in good condition, communicative teacher and student responses and the creation of a conducive learning atmosphere. The inhibiting factor for supervision is the limited time allocation.
