Abstract

Some discrepancies happened are: 1) the teacher is less skilled in implementing the method and concrete learning media, 2) the learning is monotone and unattractive, which causes high boredom, 3) the class management is complex. This research is formulated to discover the learning effectiveness and differences before and after using the demonstration learning method on the student’s learning liveliness in chapter 7 topic B class IV. This research used Pre Experimental Design quantitative learning method with one sample t-test model, and the choosing sample technique was purposive sampling. The data were collected using test instruments, observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed using SPSS 25 version, namely one sample t-test and paired sample t-test, and was presented as a table and narrative to be further concluded. The research results stated that there is learning effectiveness after using demonstration learning method on the student’s learning liveliness with an influence score was 35%.

Abstract

This development research was conducted with the aim of evaluating the feasibility of the Educandy game-based learning media implemented in the Merdeka curriculum, with a focus on supporting students in developing attitudes as Pancasila learners, including religious, diversity, cooperation, independence, critical thinking, and creativity. This study was conducted due to the difference in students' interests between games and the learning process.The researcher developed the Educandy game-based learning media in the form of a web-based application, aiming to serve as an interactive learning media to enhance the learning enthusiasm of fourth-grade students at SDN Kepanjen 1, Jombang. The main objective of developing this learning media was to produce appropriate and suitable learning media according to the learning needs.The development process of the Educandy game-based learning media adopted the Research and Development (R&D) method by applying the ADDIE model. The ADDIE model consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results of media validation, material validation, and questionnaires given to the students indicated that the Educandy game-based interactive learning media achieved a percentage of 91.5% with a highly valid category and can be used without revisions. Furthermore, the implementation results of the media among students and teachers showed an average percentage of 93% with a highly interesting category.

Abstract

The persisting issue of lacking empathy and environmental awareness among students at SDN Jombatan 6 Jombang—evident in neglected surroundings and substantial waste accumulation—remains a recurring concern. This study aims to implement the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (English: Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila [P5]) activities to cultivate students’ character and outline execution strategies. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, this research examined subjects in light of existing phenomena. Participants include the school principal, fourth-grade teachers, all fourth-grade students, and the school’s gardeners. Data collection includes observation, interviews, and documentation, followed by analysis stages of data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, validated through peer examination. The findings illuminate several key points: (1) Teachers orchestrate the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) at SDN Jombatan 6 Jombang, crafting tailored learning modules that align with the local environment. These modules are accompanied by practical actions derived from educational activities. (2) Strategies for implementing P5 activities in fourth-grade students are diverse, including material selection and engaging teaching methods to enhance knowledge acquisition. These efforts are supported by advocacy materials like banners or pamphlets. (3) The impact of P5 activities on students’ character at SDN Jombatan 6 Jombang is evident in their daily conduct, such as caring for plants, proper waste disposal, reducing plastic waste, bringing homemade lunches, participating in community service, and adhering to school regulations.

Abstract

The world of education needs innovation and creativity that can help improve the quality of education. An effort that can be used to improve the quality of education is by improving student learning outcomes. Unsatisfactory student learning outcomes, especially PPKn material, are a problem that needs to be resolved. To improve student learning outcomes, an educator can use interesting learning media. The aim of this research is to improve student learning outcomes in Civics learning material on accepting rights and obligations through the development of PowerPoint Quizizz media. This research uses the ADDIE R&D research method and development model, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The assessment of the suitability of the PowerPoint Quizizz media was carried out by media and media validators, as well as students and educators with three trials, namely small scale, group and large scale, and the effectiveness of the PowerPoint Quizizz media was carried out by third grade elementary school students by carrying out pre-tests and post-tests. . The research results show that the development process is in accordance with the steps in the ADDIE model. Feasibility results were obtained from the validator assessment of 84.7% with valid qualifications, and small scale trials 91.4% with very feasible qualifications, group 86% with very feasible qualifications, and large scale 99.1% with very feasible qualifications, as well as the results The effectiveness obtained from the pre-test assessment was 77% with effective qualifications and post-test 88.5% with very effective qualifications. It can be concluded based on media development trials that Powerpoint Quizizz shows significant results. To improve the learning outcomes of third grade elementary school students, the PowerPoint Quizizz learning media is very suitable and very effective to use. Abstract

Learning as a strategy for continuing education. Where the learning objectives of each subject and class stage in elementary schools require different learning resources. In current developments, teachers must be able to access the latest technology so that students can easily understand the material. Therefore it is very important to have media so that it can make students master the material and be enthusiastic about the length of the learning process. The purpose of this study was to develop teaching materials for koca diorama (Kotak Kaca) for third-grade students in elementary schools. To improve students' understanding of class III Basic Science Concepts, this study also aims to understand the quality of the Koca diorama media (Kotak Kaca) used in Weather Change material. By using the ADDIE paradigm which develops systematically. With the modified ADDIE model, the needs of the participants are met through the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. In this study, the research subjects were grade 3 students in the 2022–2023 academic year. By using a questionnaire sheet validation technique, media data validation, and material data validation to determine quality using the proportion of validation results. The quality of media for education has a value of 94.1% with a very valid category and can be used without improvement. From this, it can be concluded that the widely used educational materials meet high standards of validity and can be used without improvement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan guna untuk mengevaluasi sikap disiplin belajar dalam pendidikan matematika sebagai bentuk untuk meningkatkan pencapaian belajar siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang pakai adalah metode kuantitatif. Total sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 20 sampel. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik One Group Pretest-Post-test Design. Perangkat lunak SPSS versi 23 dipakai untuk menganalisis data. Dari penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa disiplin belajar dan belajar matematikan menunjukkan suatu hubungan. Hal ini ditandai dengan hasil nilai t hitung sebesar -20,237 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Nilai t hitung (-20,237) lebih kecil dari nilai t tabel (-2,093) dan nilai signifikansi (0,000) lebih kecil dari 0,05. Oleh karena itu, hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak. Analisis Paired Samples Test menunjukkan adanya ketidaksamaan dalam kegiatan pretest dan posttest, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi yang kurang dari 0,05. Dilihat dari nilai t hitungnya, nilai hitung lebih besar dari nilai t tabel (2,093), sehingga hasil akhir yang didapat adalah hipotesis alternatif (H1) diterima dan hipotesis nol (H0) ditolak.

Abstract

Mathematics is a branch of knowledge that is essential for all people in the world to know. Because in daily life, one cannot escape from things related to numbers. Determining time is also included in the field of mathematics. Currency is also one of the topics included in mathematics learning materials. Researchers have the goal of determining the learning outcomes of addition and subtraction for first-grade students at Ngrimbi 2 Elementary School before and after using bead media. To determine if there is a difference in the influence of bead media on mathematics learning for first-grade students at Ngrimbi 2 Elementary School. Researchers designed the study using a quantitative method with a Pre-experimental design type of research called One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. By obtaining accurate data from students who have not received treatment and after receiving treatment. The results of this study in the pre-test showed that the average score of the group was 57.65. However, the group showed a different average after receiving treatment with an average group score of 76.4. Meanwhile, in the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test table, both pretest and posttest data show that the p-value > α = 0.05, indicating a normal distribution. In the Paired Samples t-test, there is a difference in the average between pretest and posttest of -5.784. Additionally, the significant value (2-tailed) is 0.000 < 0.005, indicating a significant difference between pretest and posttest results.

Abstract

Disciplinary education is an educational process that aims to help students grow and develop attitudes of discipline, obedience and respect in everyday life. Implementing discipline in schools is certainly not enough to just rely on the learning process in the classroom, but there needs to be a special team tasked with enforcing student discipline. This aims to ensure that the application of discipline is more controlled both when students are in class and outside of class, so that students will get used to being disciplined in carrying out any activity. Given this phenomenon, the aim of this research is to find out whether the School Discipline Enforcement Team (TPDS) program has a positive impact on student behavior at Ar-Ruhul Jadid Integrated Elementary School Jombang. This research is a type of narrative descriptive research and is qualitative in nature. Ar-Ruhul Jadid Jombang Integrated Elementary School students from grades one to five were used as research subjects. In this research, observation, interviews and documentation methods were used to collect data. The observation data will be checked up to the data display stage, after which the results will be confirmed and validated. Data from interviews and observations are used as the basis for documentation. The results of research conducted at the Ar-Ruhul Jadid Jombang Integrated Elementary School show the influence of the School Discipline Enforcement Team (TPDS) program on student discipline, including reducing student tardiness, students' ability to comply with regulations, and students' ability to be disciplined with time, worship, rules, and in learning activities. This impact leads to the conclusion that the School Discipline Enforcement Team (TPDS) program can have a very good impact on students, enabling them to develop a disciplinary attitude towards others and themselves.

Abstract

In improving learning activities is the need for a new learning environment through learning media. At the elementary school level, learning media is very important as a tool that can attract the attention of students so that the learning process becomes fun. In the era of technological advances, there is a lot of common sense in life, especially at the age of elementary school children. Thus it is necessary to strengthen material for students about divine values, human values, unity values, social values and justice values contained in Pancasila. The purpose of this study was to develop Pop-Up Book learning media through Pancasila learning to improve learning outcomes for fourth grade elementary school students. The type of development research used is the ADDIE model through five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Pop-Up Book media has met the quality criteria by obtaining an average score of 93.33% from validator experts, teachers and students with a very valid category and very decent media without improvement. While the implementation of the media, got 92,2% results from the results of the teacher and student questionnaire responses. The pre-test results before using the media obtained by students were 55% and the post-test results after using the media obtained an average value of 82%. The comparison before and after using the Pop-Up Book media was 27% so that the results of increasing student learning were obtained.

Abstract

The Research about the effect of the power of two ter method on learning outcomes of Class IV social studies material. In order to understand the differences in the acquisition of social studies material learning. This is because at school there are many students who do not pay attention to social studies material explained by the teacher, in the process of students going in and out of class without any clear interests, busy playing mobile phones even though they are not allowed to carry cell phones at school, and in learning they do not use suitable methods so that students easily bored and unmotivated. Therefore making the main problem so the teacher must always innovate in presenting the material. Previous research with this research lies in the material. with the type of research implemented by researchers applying quantitative experimental methods. The research design applies the One Group Pre Test Posttest Design. The research subjects were fourth grade students at SDN Kaliwungu II consisting of 23 students. The instrument obtains data using question sheets and questionnaires. Data collection techniques to determine the acquisition of scores before and after using the power of two method using tests, and questionnaires were given to respondents, as well as documentation as support in research. In the learning outcomes before using the perspective cooperative model, the average acquisition was 67.41, many students obtained good grades. The influence of the power of two is quite large, equivalent to 0.000 <0.05, so the H1 hypothesis is not recognized, there is no significant effect on the implementation of the power of two class IV SDN Kaliwingu II.
