Abstract

Tahlil coffee is a typical Pekalongan coffee made from coffee beans mixed with variousspices. The millennial generation has a lifestyle of socializing while drinking coffee. Thisstudy aims to examine coffee tahlil as a local culinary, whether it can be accepted by themillennial generation amidst the many choices of various other types of coffee. Theresearch was conducted using a survey approach, which involved the millennialgeneration as respondents. The technical analysis uses descriptive analytical techniquesto explain the level of acceptance of tahlil coffee based on coffee quality attributes amongthe millennial generation. Coffee tahlil has been accepted by the millennial generation.Coffee tahlil products as a whole are close to good, with a score range of 4-1, the averageproduct attribute has a score of 2.93. This product attribute score is above the averagevalue of 2.5. The taste of spices in the tahlil coffee, the aroma and suitability of the size ofthe tahlil coffee have been well appreciated, with a score above 3. Whereas what needsattention is the thickness and variety of servings which are at the bottom score.

Abstract

Research objectives 1) analyze the effect of green marketing on customer loyalty 2) analyze the effect of green marketing on customer satisfaction 3) analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty 4) analyze the effect of customer satisfaction in mediating green marketing with customer loyalty According to the level of explanation, this research includes relational or associative research, namely research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. Retrieval of research data oriented towards McDonald's customers in Cirebon City as many as 150 customers with the minimum criteria of coming twice, being communicative and willing to have data collected. The data analysis method used is SEM-PLS analysis through the SmartPLS application. Research results: 1) green marketing has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. 2) green marketing has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. 3) customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. 4) customer satisfaction can mediate in a significant positive way on the effect of green marketing on customer loyalty. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the halal label and celebrity endorsment on purchasing decisions through brand image. This study uses a research method of proposive sampling used to collect quantitative data. This study uses primary data, by distributing questionnaires to students who use cosmetic wardah products with the amount of data processed by 100 respondents. There are 2 variables used in this study, namely the independent and dependent variables. The independent variables of this study consist of the halal label, celebrity endorsment, and brand image. The dependent variable of this study is the purchase decision. The data research method used a Likert scale questionnaire. The analytical tool used is the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, T-test and F test and the coefficient of determination (R2). The result of this research is that Halal Label has an effect on Purchase Decision, Celebrity Endorsment has an effect on Purchase Decision, Brand Image has an effect on Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) launched an online-based platform, The Employment Information System (Sisnaker). Sisnaker enables all existing information systems in all ministries or agencies and local governments to work together across organizational boundaries. In addition to having implications for the effectiveness and efficiency of existing services, Sisnaker will also improve the integration of planning, implementation, evaluation, and control of labor development in Indonesia as a single national job market. Minister of Manpower (Menaker) M. Hanif Dhakiri considers that the presence of Sisnaker is very important so that the community can get good, excellent and real time services to be able to access all 16 services of the Ministry of Manpower. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Electronic Word of Mouth, Ticket Prices and Locations on Decisions to Visit Panyaweuyan Tourism Objects. The decision to visit is a major and important factor in the sustainability of a tourist attraction, but the decision to visit Panyaweuyan Tourism Object has decreased. The method used in this study is a survey method with a descriptive and verification approach. The population in this study is an infinite number of visitors to Panyaweuyan Tourism Object. The sample technique uses the Relative Allowable Error formula so that the number of samples is 100 visitors. The type of data used is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to all samples. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and verification analysis including classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and model feasibility test. Test the hypothesis using the t test. The results showed that partially Electronic Word of Mouth, Ticket Prices and Locations had a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Visit Panyaweuyan Tourism Objects. This means that the better the Electronic Word of Mouth, Ticket Prices and Locations, the higher the Visiting Decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the extent to which Transformational Leadership and Employee Engagement affect Employee Job Satisfaction at Permata Kuningan Hospital with Social Relation as a Moderating Variable. This research used a survey method, with a quantitative descriptive analysis approach. The variables in this study are Transformational Leadership and Employee Engagement (X), and job satisfaction (Y) as the dependent variable. The population that will be used as research is Permata Kuningan Employee, namely 120 people. Data were analyzed with Moderated Regression Analysis using SPSS 22.0 for Windows.Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the Fcount value is greater than Ftable with a significance value of less than 0.05, this means that Transformational Leadership and Employee Engagement both affect Job Satisfaction, meaning that anychange in Job Satisfaction simultaneously strengthens and will lead to changes in Job Satisfaction

Abstract

buAbstract. This research was conducted to find out and provide advice in the form of program recommendations and company policies related to the influence of work culture, leadership, and employee involvement on employee performance through career planning at the Puspita Cipta Group (PCG) Oil and Gas Unit in Kuningan Regency. The method used is quantitative with a questionnaire distribution technique. The population taken was 230 people with details: 80 Head Office employees, 60 from SPPBE, 54 from Gas Stations (SPBU), and 36 from BPT. Based on proportional calculations from Taro Yamane's theory (Riduwan, 2015: 65) by determining the number of samples using the formula n = N / Nd² + 1, so that a sample of 146 respondents emerged with details: 51 from the Central Office, 38 from SPPBE, 32 from Gas Stations (SPBU), and 25 employees from BPT. The questionnaire distribution data collected was then processed by testing validity, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing. This research resulted in a discussion that work culture and employee involvement have a positive and significant effect on career planning and employee performance, leadership has no effect on career planning and employee performance, career planning can mediate work culture and employee involvement on employee performance, and career planning cannot mediate leadership on employee performance. The conclusion is that in improving employee performance, companies must optimize the function of work culture, leadership,and employee involvement through career planning.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the impact of workload, work stress on turnover intention mediated by workplace well-being. The research population is the staff of the Permata Kuningan Hospital. The sampling technique used the Slovin technique resulted in 143 respondents. The research method used was quantitative descriptive, using a questionnaire tool distributed through googleform to 143 respondents. Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). Overview of the results of the study, the workload in the Permata Kuningan Hospital belongs to moderate, work stress is included in the low category, workplace well-being Permata Kuningan Hospital is in the high category as well as the turnover intention figure is belonged to low. As a result of the test of the hypothesis in this study, workload has a positive effect on work stress significantly. The higher the workload of the employee, the higher the level of work stress. Workload has no impact on workplace well-being. The workload has a positive impact on turnover intentions significantly. Work stress has a negative impact on workplace well-being. Work stress has a positive impact on turnover intentions. For the workplace well-being mediation role in mediating workload and work stress on turnover intention has no significant influence

Abstract

Research objectives: 1)to determine the effect of work motivation on the performance. 2) to determine the effect of competence on the. 3) to determine the effect of work culture on the performance. 4) to find out whether leadership can moderate the relationship between work motivation and the performance. 5) to find out whether leadership can moderate the relationship between competence and the performance . 6) to find out whether leadership can moderate the relationship between work culture and the performance. The study population was all private madrasa teachers in Ciawigebang District, Kuningan Regency, totaling 127 Madrasa teachers. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample. The data analysis method uses SEM analysis with the SmartPLS analysis tool. The results of the study: 1) work motivation has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. 2) competence has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. 3) work culture has a positive and significant on teacher performance. 4) leadership cannot moderate the influence of work motivation on teacher performance. 5) leadership cannot moderate the influence of competence on teacher performance. 6) leadership is unable to moderate the influence of work culture on teacher performance.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low interest in revisiting tourist objects Kuningan Botanical Gardens. The research objectives are: (1) to analyze the effect of image destination for repeat visits; (2) analyzing the effect of perceived value on the image of the destination; (3) analyze the effect of satisfaction on destination image; (4) analyzing the effect of experience quality on perceived value; (5) analyze the effect of experience quality on satisfaction; (6) analyze perceived value and image of the destination in mediating the influence of experience quality to interest in repeat visits; (7) analyze the satisfaction and image of the destination in mediate the effect of experience quality on intention to revisit. The research population includes all tourists who have visited the object Kuningan Botanical Garden Tourism (starting as a tourist attraction until now) namely as many as 87,288 visitors. The sampling technique uses sampling incidental (visitors encountered by chance). Determination of the number of samples using the slovin formula with an error rate of 5% so that samples are found as many as 400 tourists. Methods of data analysis using SEM analysis with analysis tool in the form of SmartPLS. The results of the study: (1) destination image has a significant positive effect on interest revisit; (2) perceived value has a significant positive effect on image destination; (3) satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on destination image; (4) experience quality has a positive and significant effect on perceived value; (5) experience quality has a significant positive effect on satisfaction; (6) perception the value and image of the destination are able to mediate the effect of experience quality on interest in repeat visits; (7) satisfaction and destination image are able to mediate influence experience quality on intention to revisit.
