This research was conducted at PT. Berau Agrotech Cihaur which aims to determine the effect of work ethics, work experience and work culture on work performance of employees of PT. Berau Agrotech Cihaur. The problem that the author raises is whether work ethics, work experience and work culture have a significant partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance.. The method used in this study is a survey method with a descriptive analysis approach and verification. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study are employees of PT. Berau Agrotech Cihaur, with a total sample of 45 people. The sampling technique used is the non-probability sampling method. Analysis with a classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing ( a partial test and a simultaneous test) using SPSS 24 software for windows. The results of the research that has been carried out show that works ethics, work experience and work culture are in the good category and work performance is in the high category. Partially, it gives the results that work ethic has a positive and significant effect on work performance, work experience has a positive and significant effect on work performance, and work culture has a positive and significant effect on work performance. While simultaneously giving the result that works ethic, work experience and work culture has a positive and significant effect on work performance.

The presence and role of entrepreneurs canhave an influence on economic improvement and the progress of a country. This research is motivated by the lowinterest in entrepreneurship among the people. This study aims to determine how the influence of Entrepreneurial Motivation and Entrepreneurship Knowledge on Interest in Entrepreneurship in the people of Majalengka Regency. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that Entrepreneurial Motivation and Entrepreneurship Knowledge have a significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest partially. The population in this study is the people of Majalengka Regency who have knowledge about entrepreneurship, with a total sample of 100 people. The method used is a survey method with a descriptive verification approach. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing for partial test using t test. The results showed that partially entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial knowledge had a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. This means that entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial knowledge are the driving factors for increasing public interest in entrepreneurship.

The success of the implementation of the Vision of the Master of Mathematics Education Study Program which is to produce graduates who are superior, nationally minded, and entrepreneurial can be identified using an instrument. One of the keywords in the Vision is graduates who have an entrepreneurial spirit. Developing an instrument to identify the Vision of the Study Program is an important thing to do. The research method used is development research (R&D) using the ADDIE model. The results of the field trial of research on 31 students showed that the average achievement of group skills was better than personal skills, but smaller than interpersonal skills. The results of expert validation stated that AESL was feasible to use with improvements. The results of the user response questionnaire stated that AESL was categorized as very good.

This study aims to analyze the economic impact on the welfare of the community around the Whale Shark area in the village of Labuhan Jambu. The current condition of the movement of the tourism industry in Labuhan Jambu Village is still not optimal. In addition to weak promotion, there are limited tourism support facilities and limited quality of human resources in managing tourism. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Source of data consists of secondary data and primary data. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses structural equation modeling analysis. The results of the study indicate that there is no direct influence felt by the community as a whole from the existence of Whale Shark ecotourism on the community's economy and the welfare of the surrounding community. The direct influence is only felt by chart owners and operators of Whale Shark ecotourism, that chart owners and operators who deal directly with tourists who visit Whale Shark tours in the village of Labuhan Jambu. For tourists who rarely go ashore, the route used is the sea route. The tourists only stop for 1 to 2 hours to see the Whale Shark ecotourism, after which the tourists go straight to the next tourist spot, namely Komodo Island. This makes the community, especially business actors, not get a significant impact from Whale Shark ecotourism.

This research aims to find out the development of Jonday's innovation in the field of furniture in the era of modernization, this research uses qualitative methods in order to find out how much impact furniture has on a person's effectiveness in carrying out a daily activity in the modernization era, and how big the opportunity for Jonday furniture to be able to develop its business to the international market. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the furniture products created by Jonday can help people to be more productive and effective in working and studying. So the innovation of Jonday furniture has different benefits from its competitors in the field of furniture in this modern era, the difference in products created by Jonday furniture with other competitors is that the products produced prioritize the usefulness and beauty of a product, and have an ordering system according to what each consumer wants. With the product customization system without a minimum order, it makes consumers feel benefited, and the models created adjust to the current era that continues to develop, and become furniture that supports the creation of smarthome. From the business aspect, this product is an innovation that can be a business opportunity in the future because this product has benefits that can increase the effectiveness and productivity of every community in carrying out their activities that require furniture.

This study aims to analyze qualitatively what happened and how Islamic microfinance institutions in Pekalongan strengthen their human and organizational aspects towards the rise of post-pandemic business through their leadership functions. The results of this study are that Islamic microfinance institutions in Pekalongan, relatively tend to be able to maintain their existence in the wave of difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 and 2021 ago. And at the present time, namely 2022, they tend to try to overcome the revival to strengthen their institutions and their business capabilities through targeted movements because of the leadership function in these financial institutions. The results of this study also stated the precise strategies of Islamic microfinance institutions in Pekalongan with professionalization in terms of human resources and organizational commitment to continue to maintain their existence and development. So the implication is that there is an increasing ability in the development of both its human and organizational resources, even though the financial institution has just experienced a period of difficulty, namely during the pandemic.

An employee's work productivity and work efficiency are not in perfect harmony. This is due tothe sub-optimal implementation of personal information systems and the staff performance of Bhina Raharja Savings and Loan Cooperative. The purpose of this study is to investigate theim pactof HR information systems and employee performance on the organizational performance of Bhina Raharja employees. Thetypeofre searchis descriptive and very fiable through survey methods. The main population of this study was the employees of Bhina a The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique for this study was a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The analytical tool of this study is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient determination analysis, which was previously conducted as a classical hypothesis test and then tested the hypothesis. The results show edthat the person information system and personnel performance hada positive and significante ffecton organizational efficiency both partially and simultan eously.

Profit is one of the main goals of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk, so that profit becomes an important element in operating all company activities. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of sales and operating costs on net income at PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk for the 2012-2022 period. This study uses descriptive methods and uses secondary data derived from annual financial reports (annual reports), while the data analysis techniques used to test the data in this study are multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination, and significance tests (t-test and t-test). F) using SPSS version 25. The results of the study found that: 1) Sales have a significant effect on net income at PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk for the 2012-2021 period; 2) Operational costs do not have a significant effect on net profit at PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk for the 2012-2021 period; 3) Sales and operational costs have a significant influence on net profit at PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk for the 2012-2021 period. This shows that if sales increase and operational costs decrease, PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur's net profit will increase, and vice versa.

One of the problems that each region has is unemployment. The higher number of unemployed will hinder the development of the region because it is an indication of the many factors of production that are unemployed due to the lack of spending on factors of production by business actors. In addition, a high unemployment rate will also result in an increase in the poverty rate which will cause various social problems, one of which is an increase in criminal acts. Meanwhile, inflation is an indicator in the macro economy in determining the economic stability of a region. Changes in inflation rates will result in dynamics in economic problems. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the inflation rate on the open unemployment rate in Kediri City. The analytical method used in this study is linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing using Eviews 12. The data used in this research are data on the inflation rate and open unemployment rate in Kediri City in 2001 – 2022. The results show that the inflation rate has an effect positive and significant to the open unemployment rate in the City of Kediri.
