Abstract

Abstract. Increasingly sophisticated technological developments indirectly impact consumer lifestyles and behavior when making purchasing decisions online. The more businesses competing in the same field, the more careful and intelligent consumers will be in choosing products that suit their needs and desires. Purchase decisions made by consumers describe how far marketers are in trying to market a product to consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products on the Shopee marketplace. The method used in this study is a survey method with a descriptive analysis approach and verification analysis. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Majalengka with a total sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is incidental sampling. The data collection used is by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale measurement. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination is first tested by classical assumptions and then tested by the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that partially electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This means that the better electronic word of mouth is given, the higher the level of decision to purchase Scarlett Whitening products on the Shopee marketplace. Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This means that the better the lifestyle is, the higher the level of decision to purchase Scarlett Whitening products on the Shopee marketplace. Abstract

The success and achievement of company goals is highly dependent on employeeperformance. It is expected that employees will work at optimal levels to achieve the desiredresults. However, they also face the challenge of balancing dual roles as both employees andparents, responsible for their families and work. This situation leads to multiple role conflicts,causing work stress and negatively impacting performance. This study aims to examine theimpact of multiple role conflicts and work stress on the performance of employees at PT.Suryamas Accuracy Cikarang, either independently or collectively.The research method employed in this study is survey-based, utilizing a descriptive andverification analysis approach. Through distributing questionnaires, data was collected. studypopulation consisted of 52 employees from PT. Suryamas Accuracy Cikarang, and thesaturated sample technique was used. Multiple linear regression analysis was the analyticaltool utilized in this study. It involved testing classical assumptions, determining the coefficientof determination, and conducting hypothesis testing.The findings from this study indicate that both multiple role conflicts and work stresssignificantly affect the performance of employees at PT. Suryamas Accuracy Cikarang, eitherindividually or collectively

Abstract

The large number of food and beverage businesses in Indonesia indicates thatthe level of purchasing decisions in Indonesia is high. The high enthusiasm of thecommunity makes companies have to compete to attract the attention of consumers so thatconsumers make purchases. One of the things a company can do to attract the attentionof consumers is Brand Awareness. If consumer awareness of the brand is low, then it iscertain that the brand equity will also be low. The other factor that also influences thepurchasing decision is Service Quality. Good Service Quality will affect profit andcorrelate with the results that will be obtained by a company. This study aims to determinethe effect of Brand Awareness and Service Quality on purchasing decisions for consumersof Mixue, Munjul Majalengka Branch.The method used in this research is descriptive and verification method. Thepopulation used is the consumer Mixue Branch Munjul Majalengka with a sample of 100people with a sampling technique using non-probability sampling with accidentalsampling. Data collection technique is by questionnaire. The analytical tools used in thisstudy are the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, coefficient ofdetermination (R2), Model Feasibility (f test) and Hypothesis Test (t test).Based on the results of this study, it shows Brand Awareness has a positive andsignificant effect on purchasing decisions and Service Quality has a positive andsignificant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Research objectives: 1)to determine the effect of work motivation on the performance. 2) to determine the effect of competence on the. 3) to determine the effect of work culture on the performance. 4) to find out whether leadership can moderate the relationship between work motivation and the performance. 5) to find out whether leadership can moderate the relationship between competence and the performance . 6) to find out whether leadership can moderate the relationship between work culture and the performance. The study population was all private madrasa teachers in Ciawigebang District, Kuningan Regency, totaling 127 Madrasa teachers. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample. The data analysis method uses SEM analysis with the SmartPLS analysis tool. The results of the study: 1) work motivation has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. 2) competence has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. 3) work culture has a positive and significant on teacher performance. 4) leadership cannot moderate the influence of work motivation on teacher performance. 5) leadership cannot moderate the influence of competence on teacher performance. 6) leadership is unable to moderate the influence of work culture on teacher performance.

Abstract

The creative economy is considered a new force, Indonesia sees developments after the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, the creative economy must be developed in a sustainable manner by strengthening all aspects such as resources, industry, financing, marketing, technology and infrastructure.To develop the creative economy in supporting the post-Covid-19 economy, there are several problems, including; The development of creative industries is not yet optimal, mainly due to the lack of industrial attractiveness, the existence of a dominant position for creative businesses, the immature creative industry business model, and the business risks that must be faced; The development of creative economic resources is not yet optimal. The purpose of this study is to describe the potential of creative industries and describe creative economic resources in supporting the post-Covid-19 economy in Buleleng Regency. The research method uses a mix method approach (descriptive qualitative and quantitative). Methods of data collection in this study were carried out by observation (field observation), surveys (field surveys), and interviews (interview method). The results showed that the coefficient of determination obtained from the Adjusted R Square value was 0.893 or 89.3 percent. This means that the variables of creative economic potential and creative economic resources have a significant positive influence on the development of the creative economy in supporting the economy in Buleleng District after the Covid-19 pandemic by 89.3 percent.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is something that is very important for service companies. This research aims to measure customer satisfaction with the Internet Service Provider PT Giandara Saka Media (Gisaka Media). The method used in this research is the Servqual method and the Cartesian diagram model. In general, the quality of service at the Internet Service Provider PT Giandara Saka Media (Gisaka Media) still does not fully meet customer expectations, because the gap value for each dimension is still negative (-), the largest gap is in the Assurance Dimension and the smallest is in the Empathy dimension. The Assurance dimension must be given special attention in improving services, especially services in terms of guarantees that services will run without significant disruption, guarantees of suitability of services to what is advertised and compliance with contracts with customers and network availability. If ISPs want to develop further and still be able to retain existing customers, then service quality in all dimensions must be immediately improved, especially in the assurance dimension

Abstract

This article is intended to recognize marketing strategies of batagor traders, with a focus on improving taste quality and branding. This research applies the case study method in a qualitative approach, and data was obtained through an interview process Batagor traders. The research results found that batagor traders were initially inspired to start a batagor business after experiencing a decline in turnover in their To business. They struggled hard to develop a batagor recipe that suited their tastes and the positive response from their neighbors encouraged them to start a wider batagor business. They maintain the quality of their merchandise with consistency in using recipes, making their own basic ingredients. and choose reliable raw material providers. The conclusion is that the success of Batagor traders is based on determination, perseverance, innovation and the ability to overcome various challenges in business. They maintain the quality of their merchandise with consistency in recipes and raw material management. Additionally, they try to maintain harmony between career and family life by scheduling quality time with their families and supporting each other. All of these elements play a role in achieving success for Batagor traders in running their business.

Abstract

The turnover of patient receivables from BPJS at AB Hospital in 2022 was the subject of a qualitative descriptive study. Through interviews and observations, AB Hospital was found to be very good at managing receivables. However, calculations based on AB Hospital's criteria indicated that the Receivable Turnover for the year 2020 could be categorized as low. According to AB Hospital's financial standards, the Average Collection Period (ACP) for current receivables is considered quite good as it meets the hospital's requirements, whereas the ACP for non-current receivables is considered low.

Abstract

The phenomenon of this research is oriented towards the decision process of choosing a student guardian for the Nurul Huda Kertawangunan Islamic Boarding School. The population in this study were all student guardians representing students at the Nurul Huda Kertawangunan Special Islamic Boarding School for SMPIT, MA and SMAIT levels for the 2022/2023 academic year, totaling 468 student guardians. Respondents who filled out the questionnaire were 228 santri guardians. The research results found that the perception of the quality of educational services had a significant positive effect on trust and image of the institution, but had an insignificant positive effect on the choice decision process. Trust has an insignificant positive effect on the voting decision process. The image of the institution has a significant positive effect on the voting decision process. The influence of perceived quality of educational services on the choice decision process cannot be mediated by trust, but can be mediated by the image of the institution.
