Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the factors that influence repurchase intention involving the variables of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), e-trust, and e-satisfaction. The object of this research is students in Indonesia who have made transactions in the shopee marketplace. Multiple linear regression is the analytical technique used to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. After 203 samples were tested, it was found that e-satisfaction had a positive and significant impact. Meanwhile, e-WOM and e-trust has a positive and insignificant influence.

Abstract

This era of development is marked by competition between companies from various sectors. It will also compete with developed countries that have advantages from various aspects ranging from technological aspects and aspects of human resources. An employment agreement is the beginning of an agreement between workers and companies that contains terms of work. Rights and obligations of work, this company is one of the companies that employs some of its employees with a contract system commonly referred to as a Certain Time Work Agreement (PKWT). By knowing the work that is a responsibility and the company employs its workers according to the agreement stipulated in the employment agreement. So this will encourage workers to obey the provisions set by the company. In addition to the workload factor, companies also often use contract labor because contract labor will be able to reduce spending from the labor wage sector

Abstract

Customer Loyalty is an effort to create and maintain customers. Companies need to know to what extent they have Customer Loyalty and to make efforts to increase it. One factor in optimizing Customer Loyalty at Laughing Buddha Bar is through Digital Marketing and implementing Customer Relationship Marketing. The purpose of this study is to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of Digital Marketing and Customer Relationship Marketing on Customer Loyalty at Laughing Buddha Bar in Ubud. This study uses accidental sampling method with a sample of 96 respondents. This method is done by selecting respondents who are met at the time of the research, and using quantitative methods with survey research. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. All data are considered valid and reliable with research instrument tests (validity test and reliability test) and can then be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test). The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously between Digital Marketing and Customer Relationship Marketing on Customer Loyalty at Laughing Buddha Bar in Ubud.

Abstract

PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Pekalongan optimizes the performance of its employees by implementing the CMC (Coaching, Mentoring, Counseling) leadership program, where a leader helps employees motivate, pays attention to employees at work, and becomes a role model for employees. And this CMC Program is expected to improve the Performance of PT Management Employees. PLN (Persero) UP3 Pekalongan, developed this CMC strategy or program to support skills development and increase employee performance. This research aims to determine the influence of the superior CMC (Coaching, Mentoring, Counseling) program in supporting employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Pekalongan. This research is quantitative research, and is causal in nature. There were 40 respondents in the population, namely a number of employees at PT PLN UP3, and all of them were used as samples, or in other words the sample used was a saturated sample. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. This research uses multiple regression analysis tools. The results of this research are: Coaching and Mentoring have a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Pekalongan employees and Counseling has a significant positive effect on the performance of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Pekalongan employees.

Abstract

There is an idea to improve employee performance at the South Pekalongan District Office, Pekalongan City, Central Java Province. This is intended to provide maximum service to the community. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the Commitment, Intrinsic Motivation and Work Discipline variables on employee performance in the office. This research uses quantitative methods, and the type of research is causality. Data collection in this research was carried out using a questionnaire method, namely asking respondents through a questionnaire with the substance of the indicators of the variables studied. The population in this study was 61 people, and used a saturated sample or a number of populations used as all respondents. The analysis technique used is SEM-PLS. Before testing with SEM-PLS, all variables studied had gone through data validity and reliability testing, and in this process the data was classified as valid and reliable. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is known that organizational affective commitment, intrinsic motivation and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance at the South Pekalongan District Office, Pekalongan City, Central Java Province.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between digital marketing and business profitability in UMKM in Sumbawa Regency after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted on UMKM in Sumbawa Regency after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is an associative research to examine the relationship between two or more variables. The variables in this study are digital marketing as the independent variable (X), and business profitability as the dependent variable (Y). The population of this research is all UMKM in Sumbawa Regency in 2022, totaling 1,792 units, while the determination of the sample was carried out using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of UMKM that have used digital marketing as a marketing medium, totaling 158 units. Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t test), and coefficient of determination (R2) test with the help of SPSS 16.0. The results of this study indicate that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on the profitability of UMKM businesses in Sumbawa Regency. Digital marketing is the right marketing strategy to reach a wider consumer market so that it can increase profitability or profits for the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the implications of Digital Marketing, Product Quality, as well as Quality of Service on Re-buy decisions at the Coffee Shop Time Coffee PPS. The study applies a quantitative approach, which refers to a method of study that examines a particular population or sample, aggregates data through a study instrument, analyzes data statistically, with the aim of testing the hypothesis that has been put forward. The sample of this study was 160 people, selected through purposive sampling techniques. The results of the study interpreted Digital Marketing as well as the Quality of Service did not imply significantly on the Re-Buying Decision at the Coffee Shop Time PPS, while the Product Quality influenced the Repurchase Decision in the Coffe Shop time PPS. The authors hoped that the study results would be a guide in designing a more relevant and varied future study.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the reference group, product quality, and price influence the re-purchase decision on the Scarlett Whitening product. This research is carried out using quantitative research methods that can be understood as methods used to study a particular population or sample, data collection using research instruments, analysis of data of a statistical nature, with the aim of testing the hypothesis that has been established. The sample in this study is 160 people who have used the Scarlett Whitening product. Sampling technique is purposive sampling. The results show that there is an influence between the reference groups, the quality of the product has an impact on the re-purchase decision, and the price also has an effect on the remarketing decision on the Scarlett Whitening product.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of money supply, interest rates, and exchange rates on inflation in Indonesia for the period 2014-2023. The type of data in this study uses quantitative data and the data source used is secondary data during the period 2014-2023. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The result that the variable money supply has a positive and significant effect on inflation. The interest rate variable has a positive and insignificant effect on inflation. The exchange rate variable has a negative and significant effect on inflation. For the government to prepare steps in implementing monetary policy related to the problem of money supply, interest rates and exchange rates that can affect inflation.
