<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of Employee Empowerment toward Employee Satisfaction at PT. Rotella Persada Mandiri Lubuk Pakam. The type of this research was quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Rotella Persada Mandiri Lubuk Pakam with 45 employees and a saturation sampling was applied in this study with 45 employees. The data is processed with SPSS 20.0 for windows program. The data analysis technique was a simple Linear Regression, with the formula Y = a+bX+e. A simple linear regression test result obtained was equation Y = 19,532 + 0.546 X + e, it means the employee empowerment has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. The results of the t hypothesis test obtained that the value of tobserved > ttable = 4,215 > 2,017. Therefore, the value of tobserved was greater than the ttable hence the hypothesis was accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that the hypothesis stating variable (X) has been proven or in other words there is a significant influence between variable (X) to variable (Y). And based on the determination coefficient test (KD) or R Square (R2) then it can be known that the value of R Square is 0.292 or with a percentage of 29.2 % while the remaining 70.8% is influenced by other variables that are not studied by researchers.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of DER, TATO, CR and ROA on PBV partially or simultaneously in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016–2019 period. The research was conducted by using multiple linear regression analysis and testing used the SPSS program. The population of this study was 165 companies and a sample of 49 companies with a total of 196 data. From the research conducted, the results of the partial test revealed that: DER and TATO affect PBV partially which is negative and not significant, and CR affects PBV partially which is negative significant, and ROA affects PBV partially positive and significant. <![CDATA[This study was conducted to determine the effect of work discipline, work environment and compensation on employee performance at the University of Medan Area. This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 50 employees from various units using the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis tool. The results of this study are that there is an insignificant effect between Work Discipline on Employee Performance. There is an insignificant effect between the Work Environment on Performance. There is a significant influence between compensation on employee performance. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between Work Discipline, Work Environment and Compensation together on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (Rsqure) is 0.575 and the value (Adjusted R Square) is 0.547 or 54.7% meaning the variables (Work Discipline, Work Environment and Compensation) ), the study was able to explain the employee performance by 54.7% while the remaining 45.3% was influenced by other variables outside this study such as leadership style variables, work motivation, job satisfaction, and work climate.]]>

<![CDATA[To increase customer interest in the purchase of a product, companies must jointly maximize appropriately what is needed customer. Promotion is important factor to increase the interest of the customer purchase. Store Interior is also an important factor to increase the interest of customer purchase. Currently the retail industry such as Indomaret Johor has decreased the number of consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion and interior toward customer purchase interest Indomaret Johor. This type of research is quantitative. Sources of data obtained through field research and library research. The number of samples taken from 25 people Indomaret customers Johor. This study used SPSS V.20 and multiple linear regression. Data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression analysisto analyze the impact of promotions and store interiors to the interest of customer’s purchase. The analysis showed that the variables of sale and store interior have a significant influence on interest of the customer purchase Indomaret Johor. This show that promotion and store interior as benefit for customers that will affect the buying interest of customers to maka a purchase.This research provides benefits for compaies in order to prioritize in managing the promotion and store interior more effectively because customers prefer promotions and store interior to make a purchase]]>

<![CDATA[The high demand for telecommunications networks and internet data in the community has caused telecommunications companies to become one of the targets for investors, but not all companies can provide stock returns as expected. This study aims to determine the effect of the current ratio, return on equity and debt to equity ratio on stock returns either simultaneously or partially in Telecommunication Sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The population in this study are all Sub-sector companies. The Telecommunications sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period, amounting to 6 companies. The sample was carried out by purposive sampling technique with a sample of 4 companies. This research method uses survey research with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. The conclusion of this study is that the current ratio, return on equity and debt to equity ratio simultaneously have a significant effect on stock returns. Current ratio and Dept to equity ratio (DER) have no effect on stock returns, while return on equity (ROE) has no effect on stock returns. The magnitude of the influence of the current ratio, return on equity (ROE) and debt to equity ratio on stock returns is 43.3%. And the variable that has the most influence on stock returns in Telecommunication Sub-Sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015 to 2019 is return on equity (ROE)]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of investment decisions, debt policy and profitability on firm value. The value of this company is measured by price to book value, using data from chemical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. This study uses a quantitative approach. This study is 13 chemical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange with a sample of 11 companies. The sample was selected using a random sampling method, namely taking members of the sample and the population was carried out randomly without paying attention to the strata in the population. This study used secondary data in the form of annual financial reports. The analysis used in this study was multiple linear regeneration analysis to see if there were or Whether or not the influence of two or more independent variables on the dependent variable either jointly or individually. Before being tested with multiple linear regression, a classical assumption test is first performed.The results showed that together the independent variables of investment decisions, debt policy and profitability simultaneously have a significant effect on firm value and partially investment decisions have a significant effect on firm value while debt policy and profitability partially have no significant effect on firm value]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of training and competence on employee performance in the Ministry of ART / BPN, Musi Rawas Land Office. The number of research samples was 31 people. Data taken from direct respondents using a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis using quantitative data analysis, while the data analysis techniques used in this study are: simple linear regression, multiple linear regression. <![CDATA[This study aims to analyze whether there is an effect of service quality on Gojek customer satisfaction. In this case the author conducted research at the Medan Cendana Polytechnic, with a sample population of 130 students of Medan Cendana Polytechnic. The sampling technique used is by distributing questionnaires via google form to 130 respondents. The results in this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This is evidenced by the results of the t-test, that the significance value is 0.000 <0.05 and the tcount is 14,274 > ttable1,656. As for the results of the coefficient of determination that the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction is 61.1% and the remaining 38.9% is influenced by other factors.]]>
