Abstract

Program gerakan literasi sekolh adalah Salah satu perencanaan program pemerintah pendidikan yang tengah gencar dilaksanakan pada seluruh tingkat satuan pendidikan salah satunya jenjang sekolah dasar (SD). Tujuan dari program gerakan literasi sekolah yaitu menumbuhkan pembiasaan kegiatan positif diantarannya tanggap aktif, membaca, menulis, berbicara, kreatif dan menyimak. Untuk pencapaian tujuan program literasi tentu adanya komponen pendukung dalam melaksanakan kegiatan literasi agar pelaksanaanya lebih optimal. Pada penelitian ini merupakan penelitian metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang dilaksanakan pada kelas II di SD Negeri Keboledan 03. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Serta keabsahan data penelitian ini yaitu triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan, 1) program literasi dilaksanakan pada setelah kegiatan belajar mengajar, jadwal pelaksanaan literasi dilakukan selama enam hari aktif sekolah, pencapaian tujuan literasi pada keterampilan menyimak meliputi tiga indikator pencapaian tujuan yaitu kemampuan mendengarkan dan memperhatikan, kemampuan menjawab pertanyaa, dan kemampuan menceritakan kembali informasi yang didapat melalui menyimak. Guru menggunakan meode diskusi, tanya jawab dan ceramah, peran guru harus lebih optimal dikarenakan karakteristik peserta didik ada beberapa yang tidak displin dalam mengikuti kegiatan literasi dan adanya bentuk kerjasama kepala sekolah dan guru berupa evaluasi pelaksanaan literasi. 2) kendala yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan program literasi pada kegiatan menyimak yaitu belum terdapat fasilitas perpustakaan, ruang pojok baca, minimnya buku bacaan, kendala tidak displin dari beberapa peserta didik dan kurangnya buku pedoman program literasi dan keterampilan menyimak untuk guru di SD Negeri Keboledan 03. Pada pelaksanaan program literasi khusunya pada kegiatan menyimak akan lebih berjalan optimal jika didasari komponen penunjang yang lebih memadainya

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat persepsi pengetahuan siswa kelas IIV Siswa SMP/MTs di Kabupaten Rawamerta tentang pembelajaran renang. Hasil dari ini pembelajaran diharapkan dapat dijadikan referensi guru sebelum melakukan renang pelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survey menggunakan tes pilihan ganda untuk pengumpulan data. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IIV SMP/MTs di Kabupaten Rawamerta yang berjumlah 1106 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 298 siswa yang diambil menggunakan metode rumus slovakia. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase. Berdasarkan pada hasil perhitungan diketahui bahwa tingkat persepsi pengetahuan kelas IIV SMP/MTs di Kabupaten Rawamerta terhadap pembelajaran renang, dengan kategori “Sangat Tinggi” 0,00%, kategori “Tinggi” 8,72%, kategori “Cukup” 27,85%,kategori “Rendah” 24,50% dan 38,93% untuk kategori “Sangat Rendah”.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) Mengetahui peran tutor untuk meningkatkan minat belajar anak usia dini pada pembelajaran daring di PAUD Qolbun Salim; (2) Mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat pada pembelajaran daring di PAUD Qolbun Salim. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PAUD Qolbu Salim Muara Gembong Kabupaten Bekasi. Adapun subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 tutor dan 1 penyelenggara. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tahap-tahap penelitian menggunakan tahap orientasi, tahap eksplorasi, tahap member check. Analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan data reduction (reduksi data), data display (penyajian data), conclusion drawing/verification. Hasil dari wawancara yang telah dilakukan di PAUD Qolbu Salim bahwa minat belajar pada anak selama pandemi bahwa selama pembelajaran daring minat belajar anak sangat menurun berbeda pada saat pembelajaran tatap muka. Karena kurangnya interaksi anak dengan teman sehingga membuat menurun nya minat anak selama pembelajaran daring. Pada saat pembelajaran daring banyak kendala yang dialami anak seperti sinyal, handphone dan kuota internet yang menghambat proses pembelajaran daring di PAUD Qolbun Salim hal ini sangat berpengaruh kepada penurunan minat belajar anak. Tutor berusaha untuk selalu membuat anak merasa senang pada saat proses pembelajaran daring, agar anak mampu menumbuhkan minat belajar pada diri nya selama belajar dirumah.

Abstract

The development of domestic chrysanthemum cultivation is still faced by several problems, including the limited supply of seeds so that production is not optimal, often the cultivated varieties are still imported, so they cannot compete in the global market. Efforts to reduce dependence on imported varieties, as well as increase the productivity and development of domestic chrysanthemums can be done through plant breeding, one of which is the induction of gamma ray mutations. Mutations have been carried out on various plants and have been proven to be successful in increasing genetic diversity to obtain superior varieties. Important characters in plants that need to be known are quantitative characters. From these characters the superior properties possessed by a variety or clone can be used as a consideration for further selection materials. This research was carried out in July – December 2021 at the IP2TP Cipanas Experimental Garden Protected House, the Ornamental Plant Research Institute. This study aims to obtain superior chrysanthemum clones based on quantitative characters and which have better appearance than the comparison varieties. The selected clones will later be used as prospective parents for seed sources as preparation for the registration of varieties resulting from plant breeding. The research method used was experimental method with Augmented Design which consisted of 47 mutated chrysanthemum clones and 3 comparison varieties, namely Puspita Nusantara, Arosuka Pelangi and Stangkon. The effect of the treatment was analyzed by variance, if the F test at 5% level had a significant difference, then to find out which treatment showed better results, it was continued with the LSI (Least Significant Increase) further test at the 5% level. The results showed that there were significant differences from the test clones in almost all the observed quantitative characters, except for the character of the length of the book, the width of the bunch at the widest point, the number of flowers/stalks and the width of the ribbon flower. Based on the LSI further test, several chrysanthemum clones were obtained which had better quantitative characters than the comparison varieties. The clones that have been selected can then be used as a basic reference for the selection of spray-cut chrysanthemums resulting from gamma ray mutations.

Abstract

Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are disorders of the skeletal muscles. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), there were 387,820 cases ofmusculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) from the total injuries and illnesses of workers in 2011. This study aims to analyze the level of risk, occupational risk at work. position using the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) method. to production workers at PT. Jayamas Medica Industri, Sidoarjo Regency. This study used an analytic observational research design with a cross sectional approach. The population of this study are workers in the manufacturing section. The resulting sample is 29 using the Slovin formula and the sampling technique using a random sampling system. The variables of this research are personal and work factors, work posture, RULA method, and Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire. This analytic data only generates the frequency and percent distribution of each variable and is interpreted as tables and stories. The results showed that most of the respondents complained about the lower neck as much as 79% and the upper neck as much as 69%. With this, the researchers calculated using the RULA method, the results obtained from the RULA method were respondents with serious complaints that needed further examination. Summarizing the results and discussing workers' complaints or disturbances, the recommended suggestions are stretching, designing the workplace according to the needs of workers, conducting training and socialization activities. Therefore, the researcher designed the workstation as a table and chair.

Abstract

The goal of the village government in the administrative services arrangement has not been effectively marked by symptoms of dissatisfaction from the community service performed by the village government. Based on the phenomenon, research issues are formulated on the effectiveness of a village government organization to implement administrative services, with the aim of discovering factors that determine the effectiveness of a village government organization. As a whole the results of the study show that the organical services of village governments have not been fully implemented as yet can be seen from aspects of organizational authority and management and work programs as well as the management of vang problems to which they have not achieved a number of factors including leadership, authority, organizational structure, personnel, finance, tools and infrastructure, tatalaksana, and cultural organization as an intemal factor. As well as more extempore factors, his government policy, his coaching and monitoring, and his participation, as well as other extemporal factors

Abstract

One aspect that must be known by an elementary school teacher before carrying out the learning process is the emotional development of students, so that they can make lesson plans that are in accordance with their emotional conditions. Therefore, information is needed that discusses the emotional development of students in elementary schools. Writing of this article aims toward discuss of emotional development phase in elementary school students. Research method with a literature study of 15 journals related to the characteristics of the emotional development of elementary school students, which is then used as a reference to determine the characteristics of the emotional development of elementary school students. There are four aspects that can affect the emotional development of elementary school students, namely: student conditions, learning aspects, learning conditions as well as guidance and supervision in learning and the family environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the truth of the effect of the drill method on basic passing technique skills in soccer extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Jasinga. This research is a quantitative research with pre-Experimental Design method with the type of Intact-Group Comparison. The population in this study amounted to 42 students who were registered to take part in extracurricular soccer activities. In this study using purposive random sampling technique, the sample used in this study amounted to 28 students, namely students who are still active and meet the terms and conditions. The instrument used in this research is a test. This test aims to measure the ability of basic passing technique skills in soccer extracurricular students of SMA Negeri 1 Jasinga. There are three stages in this study including pretest, treatment, and posttest. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study obtained the average value of the pretest group A and group B of 4.93 and for the average value of the posttest group A of 8.00 and group B of 8.14, which means there is an increase in the average results of the pretest and posttest for group A 3.07 and group B 3.21. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of the drill method on students' basic passing technique skills, this can be proven by the results of hypothesis testing using the SPSS version 22 program, namely the value of Sig.(2tailed) from group A and group B <0.05, which is 0.000. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of the drill method on basic passing technique skills in soccer extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Jasinga.

Abstract

The spread of the Covid-19 virus in various countries has had an impact on the tourism industry, including in Indonesia. West Java was one of the areas visited by many local and foreign tourists before the pandemic. Karawang Regency is a city in West Java that has various tourist destinations that have the potential to be developed. The biggest potential for natural tourism in Karawang Regency comes from waterfalls. One of the waterfalls is Curug Cigentis. The high number of COVID-19 cases in Karawang, raises the perception of risk that makes tourists also consider visiting tourist attractions. In fact, one of the steps to increase revenue in the tourism sector is to create memorable experiences. So that it affects the interest in visiting Curug Cigentis again. This study aims to find out, explain and analyze and test the Effect of Memorable Tourism Experience and Perceived Risk on Revisit Intention at Curug Cigentis Tourism Destinations in Karawang Regency. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches, namely by collecting presentations, through the analysis process and hypothesis testing as well as making conclusions and suggestions from the research results. The sample in this study was collected using the Issac and Michael formula with an error rate of 10% using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach, obtained 268 samples from 33.220 populations. The analytical techniques used are scale range analysis and path analysis with the help of Method Successive Interval (MSI), Microsoft Excel 2019 program, and SPSS version 25 application. The results of this study indicate descriptively that the variables of memorable tourism experience, perceived risk, revisit intention are in the good category. Based on the results of the verification analysis, the variables of memorable tourism experience and perceived risk influence each other and show the level of influence of the relationship is very strong. The partial effect obtained from the memorable tourism experience and perceived risk variables on revisit intention of each variable is 41,5% and 34,9% with a total simultaneous effect of 76.4% while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined by 23,6%
