Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Abstract

This research departs from the problem of using innovative learning media which is still inadequate. As a result, students feel bored and their learning outcomes are less than optimal. Based on these problems, this study aims to develop KOMPA learning media to improve student learning outcomes. The type of research used is research and development or called Research and Development (R&D). The subjects of this study were teachers and students of grade 5 SD Negeri Sumberejo 01. Data collection techniques in this study used tests, observation sheets, interview guides, documentation, assessment rubrics and questionnaires. The KOMPA product draft that has been developed is then validated by media experts, material experts, and learning design experts. The results of the validation of learning media experts get a score of 85%, material experts get 87.40%, and learning design experts get 96%. Limited test results for the assessment of student response questionnaires obtained 98%, teacher response questionnaire assessments obtained 90%. All the scores above, both the expert validation test results and student learning outcomes are in the very high category, this shows that the development of KOMPA learning media is feasible, effective and very practical to use in learning activities.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine how well students were engaging in games of "show and tell" when learning English. To collect the data and respond to the research questions that formed the foundation for this research, this study conducted a qualitative research with descriptive case study. At junior high school students from a 9th grade class, who were between the ages of 14 and 15 at the time of the research, were used as the sample, along with six other students. By observing students, the data for this study were gathered. A checklist of observations was used to get the instruments. In this study, the theory of Miles and Huberman was used to analyze the data. According to this theory, analysis consists of three flows of activity: data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. Data analysis and evaluation of student engagement revealed that there was active and positive student interaction. This may be observable in the way they develop effective communication and self-confidence in front of the class, pay attention to their friends when they take turns explaining objects in front of the class, and grow more engaged about studying English. keywords: Speaking, Engagement, Show and Tell.

Abstract

COVID-19 is a new health problem that emerged in early 2020 which is currently threatening the world. The increasingly high prevalence of COVID-19 cases and very worrying prompted the government to issue several policies aimed at breaking the chain of transmission of COVID-19 and protecting the community from the outbreak of this COVID-19 disease. The COVID-19 vaccine is one of the most effective and economical ways to prevent infectious diseases such as COVID-19. The government has imposed a COVID-19 vaccine for all Indonesians for free. However, this vaccination policy has again caused controversy for some people. The spread of misinformation about the COVID-19 vaccine is one of the factors that affect public perception of the COVID-19 vaccine. In addition, community characteristics such as age, gender, knowledge, and so on also play a role in influencing public perceptions of the COVID-19 vaccine. From this perception, it will also influence the acceptance of the COVID-19 vaccine in the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between community characteristics and public perception of the COVID-19 vaccine in Karawang Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using a cross sectional design which was carried out in Karawang Regency with a total sample of 400 people. Data analysis using Chi Square test. The results show that there is no relationship between community characteristics (age, gender, education, employment status, economic status, marital status, knowledge) on perceptions of receiving COVID-19 vaccine in Karawang Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the composition of assets, liabilities and total income in the financial statements of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk using the Common Size method. The type of research in this research is quantitative research. The data used is secondary data, namely financial statements in the form of balance sheets and income statements for 2018-2020. The results showed that the balance sheet, especially assets, increased, but on the cash side it decreased. Liabilities, especially liabilities, experienced instability from 2018-2020. Equities are also experiencing instability. This shows that the bank's financial development is unstable, where the proportion of liabilities is greater than the proportion of equity. While on the income statement, seen from other operating income experiencing instability and profit for the year decreased in 2018-2020, this shows that the performance of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk in 2018-2020 was not good because the company was not able to maintain its net profit in the following year

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor internal dan apa yang menyebabkan rendah dan tingginya minat belajar siswa pada pembelajaran penjasorkes kelas XII MA Ghoyatul Jihad Karawang dan faktor eksternal apa saja yang menyebabkan rendah dan tingginya minat belajar siswa pada pendidikan jasmani kelas XII MA Ghoyatul Jihad Karawang. Jihad Karawang. jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Jumlah informan adalah 7 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. teknik validasi data menggunakan member check. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Faktor internal yang menyebabkan kurangnya minat siswa dalam mempelajari Pendidikan Jasmani dan Pendidikan Kesehatan Kelas XII MA Ghoyatul Jihad Karawang adalah: tidak ada faktor internal yang menyebabkan keengganan siswa mengikuti pendidikan jasmani sedang belajar. 2. Faktor internal yang menyebabkan tingginya minat siswa untuk mengikuti pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesehatan Kelas XII MA Ghoyatul Jihad Karawang adalah dari adanya perasaan siswa yang memiliki rasa senang ketika mengikuti pembelajaran penjas dan dari faktor minat terhadap pembelajaran penjas. 1. faktor eksternal yang menyebabkan rendahnya minat belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani dan kesehatan jasmani bagi siswa kelas XII MA Ghoyatul Jihad Karawang minat siswa adalah panas dan teriknya matahari karena menyebabkan badan menjadi panas, lelah dan haus 2. eksternal faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebab tingginya minat belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran penjasorkes kelas XII MA Ghoyatul Jihad Karawang, minat siswa adalah dari faktor guru yang memiliki karakteristik dan keterampilan yang sangat baik dan juga dari pembelajaran penjasorkes faktor materi yang penting bagi masa depan siswa. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Participatory Leadership, and Organizational Culture on Performance. The research was conducted on 334 members of the Alor Resort Police. Based on the results of the study, the results of simple linear regression showed that. Partially, work motivation has a significant value of 0.025, this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05, thus there is a significant effect of the motivation variable on performance. Partially, work discipline has a significant value of 0.004 where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05, thus there is a significant effect of the work discipline variable on performance. Partially participatory leadership has a significant value of 0.018 where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05, thus there is a significant influence of the participatory leadership variable. Partially organizational culture has a significant value of 0.039, where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05, thus there is a significant influence of organizational culture variables on performance. Simultaneously the variables of work motivation, work discipline, participatory leadership, and organizational culture have a significant value of 0.000 where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 so that the variables of work motivation, work discipline, participatory leadership, and organizational culture have a significant effect on performance

Abstract

Community welfare is an inseparable part of the paradigm of economic development that is said to be successful if the level of community welfare is getting better. Gaps and inequality in people's lives are caused by the success of economic development that is not accompanied by an increase in people's welfare. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of village fund allocation on the welfare of the village community in Bana Village, Pantar District, Alor Regency, to determine the effect of village funds on the welfare of the village community in Bana Village, Pantar District, Alor Regency and to determine the effect of allocation of village funds and village funds on community welfare. Village in Bana Village, Pantar District, Alor Regency. The sample in this study was 64 people. Data collection using observation techniques, questionnaires, and documentation studies. Then analyzed using a t-test (partial test) and F-test (simultaneous test). The method used in this research is descriptive statistics, research instrument test, and classical assumption test. Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the customer's perception that his expectations have been met, optimal results are obtained for each customer and the service of the Cooperative by taking into account the abilities of customers and their families, paying attention to customer needs so that the best continuity is between satisfaction and results. This study was conducted on 40 customers with the aim of this study being to determine the effect of physical evidence (tangible), reliability (reliability), assurance (assurance), responsiveness (responsiveness), empathy (empathy) on customer satisfaction Lego Savings and Loans Cooperatives. Lego Kalabahi, Alor Regency. Collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. Data analysis used t test (partial test) and F test (simultaneous test). The results of the study show that partially the variables consisting of variables (tangible, reliability, assurance, responsiveness and empathy) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously the variables consisting of tangible, reliability, assurance, responsiveness and empathy together all variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of the Simapan Pinajm cooperative in the Kalabah Savings and Loan Cooperative, Teluk Mutiara District, Alor Regency

Abstract

Children with special needs are children who have limitations or barriers both physically and intellectually. Children with mental retardation are one of the children with special needs who are included in the group of children with mental disabilities with intellectual abilities below the average, low thinking ability, weak attention and memory, difficulty in abstract thinking, and inability to think logically. One of the solutions that can be used is Learning to Use the A-J Alphabet Picture Media. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to recognize the letters of the alphabet by using image media. The research method used is experimental research with a Single Subject (SSR) design. The results of the study were obtained for 20 sessions where each session there was an increase from 26% to 94% of extraordinary achievements that students could achieve even though in a not fast time. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the use of media images of the letters of the A-J alphabet is very effective in increasing the ability to recognize letters of the alphabet A-J in mild mentally retarded students at Theresia Sonder Special School

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Tomohon through the Make A Match Type Cooperative learning model. This research uses Classroom Action Research (CAR) which consists of four stages, namely (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, (4) reflection. Data collection techniques through observation techniques and student learning outcomes tests. The achievement of student results in the first cycle was 57.64%, the second cycle obtained 85.00% results, so that learning can be said to be successful in accordance with the expected goals so that this research stopped in the second cycle. Thus, it can be concluded that using the Make A Match Type Cooperative Learning Model can improve mathematics learning outcomes for fourth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Tomohon. So it is suggested that in order to improve student achievement, teachers should train students more by using varied learning models or approaches.
