Abstract

The objectives of the research are: for the role of the role-playing method to improve the Interpersonal Intelligence of Early Childhood in Non-formal PAUD in Southeast Minahasa Regency. This research uses Classroom Action Research (CAR), as the sample is early childhood as many as 20 people consisting of 8 boys and 12 girls. Data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, to analyze the data used percentage analysis techniques. The conclusion of the research is that the role playing method can increase the Interpersonal Intelligence of Early Childhood in Non-formal PAUD in Southeast Minahasa Regency by 72% (MB = Starting to Develop) in the first cycle and 95% (BB = Good development) in the second cycle. In connection with this research, it is suggested as follows: For parents as primary and first educators, they should be a good example for children both in words and actions. For educators (teachers) to place more emphasis on learning on the formation of affective aspects (morals, ethics, attitudes), it is hoped that there will be intense cooperation between: parents and educators (teachers) in children's education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the direct and indirect influence between family social support on student anxiety, self-efficacy of student anxiety, family social support for spiritual intelligence, self-efficacy of spiritual intelligence, spiritual intelligence on student anxiety, family social support for student anxiety through intelligence spiritual, self-efficacy against anxiety through spiritual intelligence at the Manado State Christian Institute. To achieve the research objectives, the researchers used a quantitative. Based on the results of the study, the researcher concluded that (1) Family Social Support has a direct effect on student anxiety (2) Self-efficacy has a direct effect on student anxiety (3) Family social support has no direct effect on spiritual intelligence (4) Self-efficacy of spiritual intelligence has a direct influence (5) spiritual intelligence against anxiety has a direct influence on student anxiety (6) Family social support has no influence on student anxiety through spiritual intelligence (7) self-efficacy has an influence on student anxiety through spiritual intelligence

Abstract

This research is important to be carried out in the Basic Teaching Ability course in the Biology Education Study Program, FKIP Unkhair because this course is one of the cores that support a graduate to become a prospective biology teacher. The purpose of this research is to produce case-oriented teaching materials to improve the 21st century skills of students in the Basic Teaching Skills course. This type of research is research and development with the ADDIE development model. The results showed that the results of the validation of the syllabus on the content aspect presented had a validation level of 95.33, the category was very valid, the discussion aspect had a validation level of 98.00 and the time aspect obtained was 98.00. It can be concluded that the three aspects are considered very good and suitable for use in the learning process with an average percentage of 97.11. Furthermore, at the evaluation stage, a limited test was conducted to determine the effectiveness of using case-oriented teaching materials to improve students' 21st century skills. The trial was conducted on second semester students of the Khairun University biology education study program. The test results show that there is an increase in the 21st century skills of students after learning by using case-oriented teaching materials

Abstract

This paper aims to find out how the development of teacher professionalism is through the performance of teachers in education units at SMP Negeri 35 Medan. This research is a field research (filed research) which is descriptive qualitative, with the aim to be achieved by the researcher is a factual description by collecting The data that will be used are observations, interviews, and documentation obtained directly in the field. The results of research on the development of teacher professionalism through teacher performance in education units at SMP Negeri 35 Medan were carried out with several programs and efforts, namely conducting education and training by carrying out subject teacher meetings (mgmp). teacher professional development in Indonesia in various aspects, namely aspects of teaching career development, aspects of teaching career development and aspects of professional development, First; Teacher education qualification improvement program; Second; Equalization and certification program; Third; Competency-based integrity training program; Fourth; Conduct research. The end of this study is that the development of teacher professionalism through teacher performance is carried out in the school itself by paying attention to the weaknesses of the teacher to become a material for introspection for future improvements. However, the development of teacher professionalism at SMP Negeri 35 Medan is not optimal but still requires guidance and direction in order to achieve the program from relevant stakeholders, both the government and education observers.

Abstract

Motorcycle is a means of transportation that can not be separated in modern human life. Simple but has many benefits and is very useful as a means of transportation, also having an affordable price is the reason why many people use motorbikes. Motorcycles themselves, especially automatic motorbikes also have problems that must be solved. This problem arises because the engine of the automatic motor itself is inside the motor body so that the heat transfer is hampered by the motor body itself. This deficiency is what encourages researchers to fix the problem. This repair is done by making a hole in the front of the deck for the air to flow as a cooler. The results showed that after repairs were made, it showed a significant difference in heat transfer, so that the engine became cooler and optimal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of professional competence of teachers and the work of developing teacher competence to improve the quality of education in Darul Quran Tembung pesantren. The teacher is a decisive source and bearer of an important role in every teaching and learning activity, without a teacher teaching and learning will not run well. As a professional, teachers must acquire experience, skills and knowledge in teacher education, in addition to acquiring the scientific content in which they participate. But in reality, educators who do not have full qualifications to carry out their duties, often act as teachers and educators. Until now there are still many teachers who have not carried out their duties as expected due to various obstacles. One of the prevention factors are: The ability of the trainer who does not support the implementation of the task, the ignorance of the trainer himself, the desire and willingness to try to improve his skills. Therefore, teachers must develop, expand, update and deepen their knowledge and skills from time to time. One of the things that need or be prepared to carry out teacher competency development is of course the creation of a creative and innovative work environment so that the goals of educational institutions can be fulfilled properly. One of the efforts to develop teacher skills involves teachers participating in education and training programs both inside and outside the school.

Abstract

Abstract

Research with this approach aims to describe the direct and indirect effects of Madrasah E-Learning Utilization Effectiveness on Learning Interest and Economic Learning Achievement, as well as Learning Interest as a variable between the Effectiveness of Madrasah E-Learning Utilization and Economic Learning Achievement. The population in this study was the students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in East Jakarta with the affordable population being students of MAN 9 Jakarta and MAN 18 Jakarta with a total of 180 students being the sample. The data was obtained using a questionnaire of 36 statements using a Likert scale with 5 alternative answers, which were distributed through a google form, as well as data on the ratio of the value of students' economics subjects. Then the learning data used path analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Version 25 software. The results showed that: (1) There was a direct influence on the effectiveness of Madrasah E-Learning Utilization on Economics Learning Achievement, (2) There was a direct influence of Interest on Economics Learning Achievement, (3) There is a direct influence on the effectiveness of Madrasah E-Learning Utilization on Learning Interests, and (4) There is an indirect effect on the effectiveness of Madrasah E-Learning Utilization on Economic Learning Achievement through Learning Interests

Abstract

The level of motivation is low for female students, and incidents like this must be minimized, because we know that physical education is very important for everyone, to maintain a healthy body we must be diligent in exercising, and this sport can be triggered during physical education learning at school both in theory and in studies. practice. Therefore, this study aims to determine and analyze the level of learning motivation of female students when learning physical education for class VII SMPN 1 Kutawaluya. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study involved all seventh grade female students with a sample of 100 female students at SMP Negeri 1 Kutawaluya. The data analysis technique was carried out descriptively through text analysis through a graphical display of the data. The results showed that the motivation of female students towards physical education lessons at SMP Negeri I Kutawaluya it can be concluded that female students who gave the answer "YES" with a frequency of 1321 and a percentage of 66.05% and female students who gave an answer "NO" with a frequency of 679 and a percentage 33.95% with sufficient overall criteria. The development of computer technology in today's rapidly increasing, a lot of aspects in the world of computers that can be developedstarting from the hardware ( hardware ) , software ( software ) as well as its operating system . Almost every year , every month , even every week of ering computer world discoveries and developments bothhardware ( hardware ) and software (the software) . The development of software on the network world is something that is very encouraging for network users , a wide range of specializedsoftware for a network marketed by the manufacturer ofthe software , but of development - these developments there is the other side that we do not want, which exploit program development , as this can be detrimental to network users , we can imaginehow disappointed we are , when we are indulge in the network and find out the data - welost important data , or classified documents we are known by people who are not responsible , users exploit program is known as hackers , Tools Network Mapper is one of the many programs exploit in the world. Tools Network Mapper program called the exploit because it can be used to identify in and explores the data without the knowledge of thetarget computer or computer without the user'spermission on the go , therefore we should be more careful - be active in the network. we already know that in order to solve a problem properly we must first study the problem itself, from the emergence of the problem until thecause and ef ect that caused by the problem itself , as well as in the manufacture of network security software , of course, the software maker first study one or a few programs - programs that exploit exists. In connection with our society is still relatively ignorant about theexploit in the writing program faculty research , the writer willdiscuss about the workings of oneof the programs that exploit Tools Network Mapper in identifying in and explores the target computer data.
