Abstract

The results showed that the role of women in the Sulamadaha sub-district, West Ternate sub-district, Ternate City, was loyal in managing the business independently, both in buying bananas, managing or preserving bananas, so that this banana trading activity was more independent, the average banana seller in Sulamadaha Village, West Ternate the city of ternate in a week the sales activities carried out by banana traders differ, ranging from 10-35 kg more per day, so what is obtained is not the same because sometimes they lose or the results are less than that. For traders, the bananas sold per day are 40 kg per day, the average income per week is Rp. 500,000 rupiah more. If viewed from these data, it can be concluded that activities to help the family economy through the banana trading business carried out by women (housewives) in the Sulamadaha Setia Village have a big impact on helping family income. the researcher reviewed that the role of women in the Sulamadaha Setia village in the family apart from acting as wives and mothers in their families, there were also women carrying out their roles as working women, as the data the researchers presented at the beginning of the change. From the results of these interviews it can be concluded that the background of the women in the Sulamadaha Setia Village taking the role as workers or traders is because of economic demands, so that by appearing as workers, it is hoped that they can help their husbands support their families in meeting their family needs. In carrying out this dual role, women in Sulamadaha Village, West Ternate District, Ternate Setia City continue to carry out their functions and duties as wives and mothers in their families

Abstract

Asosiasi Petani Sawit Swadaya Amanah is a group of independent oil palm farmers in Pelalawan District, Ukui District. There is a negative issue regarding the environment that palm oil management results in deforestation. Farmers find it difficult to buy fertilizer and the garden has entered a period of oil palm rejuvenation. The purpose of this research is to know the association's strategy in sustainable palm oil management. The study uses the theory of organizational strategy from Stephen P. Robbins & Tymothy A. Judge (2013: 496). qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Research results: The strategy of the Asosiasi Petani Sawit Swadaya Amanah in oil palm management has implemented aspects of oil palm plantation management following sustainable standards. The association innovated on deferring fertilizer funds and saving for replanting preparations. The association is supported by PT. Inti Indosawit Subur for training on palm oil management and market access. With the readiness of organizations and partnerships, providing support for the Amanah Association for sustainable palm oil certification.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has spread massively in various countries, including Indonesia. Various sectors of the national economy have experienced the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, including the agricultural sector. During the Covid-19 pandemic, rice farmer households in Pasirtalaga Village used livelihood capital to protect their livelihoods from being vulnerable. The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of rice farmers' households and identify the use of capital for rice farmers' households during the Covid-19 pandemic in Pasirtalaga Village, Telagasari District, Karawang Regency. Determination of the sample by a simple random sampling technique through the Slovin formula, totaling 35 respondents. The data in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection was carried out in several ways, namely the distribution of questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Secondary data is collected by analyzing documents, such as theses, theses, books, journals, articles, and the internet that are related to this study. The data analysis technique used scoring, category, and descriptive analysis. The results of the research on the characteristics of farmer households in Pasirtalaga Village, the majority live at home, have a land tenure pattern of < 0.65 ha, have two livelihoods, and have more than 3 family members. The subsistence capital bases of lower-level households are natural capital, social capital and physical capital, all at level 3. The capital base for middle-class households is natural capital, human capital and financial capital, all at level 3. Capital base The upper layers of household income are human capital, physical capital and financial capital with each being at level 3.

Abstract

This study aims to identify, analyze and explain the effect of Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) and YouTube Advertising on Interest in Buying Skins in the online game Mobile Legends: Bang Bang in Karawang Regency. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach. With a sample of 347 respondents taken from the Karawang Mobile Legends Community population consisting of 2,579 people using a non-probability sampling technique. As well as using path analysis and hypothesis testing using the t test and f test. By using Microsoft Excel tools, Method of Successive Interval (MSI), and the SPSS application version 25. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out in this study, it proves that electronic word of mouth images, YouTube advertising and interest in buying skins in the online game Mobile Legends in Karawang Regency are included in the good category. The correlation coefficient between the variables Electronic Word of Mouth and YouTube Advertising obtained a value of 0.719 which means that it has a strong, positive and significant correlation level between Electronic Word of Mouth and YouTube Advertising. The partial influence of Electronic Word of Mouth on Buying Interest is 35.8% greater than YouTube Advertising which is 26.6%. So it can be stated that Electronic Word of Mouth contributes more to Buying Interest compared to YouTube Advertising. The simultaneous effect of Electronic Word of Mouth and YouTube Advertising on Buying Interest is 62.4% while the remaining 37.6% is another variable not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research is motivated by some data and facts. First, there are still many cases of violence that involve or happen to children; second, improving the quality of Human Resources (HR) is one of the important efforts that must be continuously made in improving the quality of education; third, Al Junaediyah IT Vocational School has an interesting program in an effort to improve the quality of education. The research process starts from July 1 – September 20 2022 at SMK IT Al Junaediyah Sukabumi. The research method uses a qualitative method with an analysis process including: data reduction, data display, and data conclusive drawing/verification. The results obtained from this study are: 1) the civilization school program as an integrated program includes improving the quality of human resources, infrastructure, academic and non-academic activities; 2) The strategy for improving the quality of education is carried out through efforts to improve the aspects of: 1) parental participation; 2) class and school management; 3) the professionalism of school principals and teachers; 4) incentives and disincentives; 5) Islamic; 6) knowledge and skills; and 7) discipline. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the strategy to improve the quality of education through the Civilization School program has been implemented properly and has had a huge impact on graduates. Relevant to these conclusions, the researcher recommends that schools be able to immediately start implementing school management in accordance with international standards.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations, there are problems in elementary school students, namely the lack of interest in learning students in learning science using textbooks. T he purpose of this research and development is to develop media KOMPAS (Komik IPA SD) which can increase students' interest in learning. Media KOMPAS (Komik IPA SD) was made using the Sukmadinata development model with the ADDIE development stage. The steps used in this research and development are; (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluation. Based on the results of the study, media KOMPAS (Komik IPA SD) obtained a score with very good criteria, so it was feasible to be used as a learning medium. The average obtained from media experts is 90% with very high or very good assessment criteria and the average obtained from material experts is 85% with very good assessment criteria. The results of the implementation of media KOMPAS (Komik IPA SD) conducted on teachers got a good score of 93% and the response of 24 students in the class to media KOMPAS (Komik IPA SD) got a result of 88.6% with very good assessment criteria. In this way, media KOMPAS (Komik IPA SD) is able to increase students' interest in learning.

Abstract

PT. Asuransi Jiwa Manulife is one of the service companies engaged in isurance, where PT Asuransi Jiwa Mnulife has spread its wings in indonesia by cooperatinh with several companies, es pecially bankinh in Indonesia. So that its employees consist of competent people so that they can work in accordance with the vision of the company’s missions as well as having a role as the spearhead of insurance marketing. The leader is a positive and confident person who has a vision, mission and high ethical values, with the ability to convey ideas and be able in order to encourage and connrct well with others. Without a leader in the organization, an organization cannot be well organized and will not be effective in its implementation. Therefore, in need of good risk management, so that in its implementation can run well and able to identify, measure, and control various risks that will be faced.

Abstract

This research will describe how much students' interest in the traditional hadang game at SMPN 4 Buton, Buton Regency. Based on the calculation results, it can be explained that students' interest in the traditional game hadang 20% ​​(10 respondents) obtained a low score, 32% (16 respondents) obtained a moderate score, 44% (22 respondents) obtained a high score and 4% (2 respondents) obtained a very high score. Based on the data obtained in the study, it can be concluded that students' interest in traditional hadang games 20% (10 respondents) obtained a low score, 32% (16 respondents) obtained a moderate score, 44% (22 respondents) obtained a high score and 4% (2 respondents) got a very high score. Starting from the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that students' interest in the traditional hadang game is in the high category with a percentage of 44%.

Abstract

Conceptual Review of God's Elections in Torah. Rejection of Israel as God's chosen nation, and justification of the Gentiles by faith is in the sovereignty of God. Paul explains God's act toward His chosen people in the past, in which Israel is distancing itself from God's mercy and neglecting its opportunity. In the present, Israel as a nation rejects the Messiah. In the future, Israel as a nation, will receive the Messiah and enjoy the promised blessings with the oath promise in the Old Testament. The key pressure of this context is that God's sovereignty is expressed in a vacuum, not a mere power. The choice of God's sovereignty is not based on an early knowledge of the choices and actions that humans will take in the future. However, God chooses to bless the unworthy through his faith (not on the basis of his achievement). God knows everything but He chooses to limit His choice in mercy and in promise. The human response must exist, but it follows and ultimately affirms the life-changing choice of God. On the sovereignty of God who has chosen who is chosen it can force us to draw the conclusion that God is 'unfair'. Paul has said that God's election is not bound to a lineage, that God is free to choose some of Abraham's offspring and reject some of the others.
