Abstract

The purpose of this study is to better understand the process of investigating criminal acts of psychotropic abuse, the role of law enforcement and the community in these investigations, the effectiveness of criminal sanctions outlined in Law Number 5 of 1997 against these crimes, and the best way to prevent and reduce these crimes. In order to draw the following conclusions, a normative juridical research approach was used for this investigation: 1. The efforts of Indonesian law enforcement in combating the abuse and illicit traffic of psychotropics are highly praised. The Indonesian government approved the Vienna Convention on Psychotropics in 1988, which provided the legal basis for Law Number 5 of 1997. Law enforcement agencies can greatly benefit from the special procedural law set forth in Law Number 5 of 1997 when conducting investigations into cases involving psychotropic crimes. 2. The death penalty is an option for those who commit heinous narcotics crimes, as stipulated in the Criminal Code and Law Number 5 of 1997. The Constitutional Court ruled that executing drug dealers does not violate their human rights, because they have violated the rights of other people, which will have a negative impact on future generations. 3. Legislators and other interested parties have developed and proposed a number of countermeasures to reduce the negative and potentially harmful effects of psychotropic drug abuse. Crime prevention efforts can be divided into two categories: those focused on education and those focused on law enforcement.

Abstract

This study discusses the Village Government Strategy in Overcoming the Spread of the Covid-19 Virus in Sukaluyu Village, Karawang Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out and examine what kind of strategy the Sukaluyu Village Government is implementing in tackling the spread of the Covid-19 virus. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The author uses data collection techniques in the form of literature studies, observations, interviews, and documentation studies. This study was analyzed using the Theory of Strategic Management which was bought by Fred R. David (2017:4) with three indicators namely, strategy formulation, strategy implementation and strategy evaluation. The results of the research regarding the Village Government's Strategy in Overcoming the Spread of the Covid-19 Virus in Sukaluyu Village, Karawang Regency have not run optimally starting from the stages of strategy formulation, strategy implementation and strategy evaluation. This is due to the absence of a written vision and mission and the absence of village regulations in handling Covid-19 made by the village government as a supporting initial capital in developing strategies. The dissemination of socialization on prevention of Covid-19 was uneven and irrational, and the evaluations carried out did not produce constructive changes.

Abstract

Coronavirus is a viral epidemic that has swept across the world. Indonesia is one of the countries affected by the virus, so the government is trying to prevent the spread of the coronavirus so that not many people are exposed to the coronavirus. One of the government's efforts to prevent the spread of this virus is to create a free vaccination program. In January 2022, the government issued the latest vaccine, namely the booster vaccine. The emergence of the booster vaccine is slightly doubted by the public because of the many hoax news about this booster vaccine. This study aims to analyze the sentiment of public opinion on the emergence of the booster vaccine. The data used for this analysis comes from public opinion on Twitter. The data is taken using the crawling method. This research uses the support vector machine (SVM) method as a process for classifying public opinion and the firefly algorithm as an optimization of SVM parameters. There are 3 class labels used for classifiers, namely positive, negative, and neutral. A lot of data used after the pre-processing process is 2223 data which is then split into as much as 80% training data and 20% testing before entering the classification stage using the SVM method. The results of the classification using SVM produce an accuracy of 85% on the default parameters and after being optimized using the firefly algorithm it produces an accuracy of 86% with parameters C = 1.0–3.0, = 0.1-1.0.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the increase in early childhood creativity through the development of Color Lego Games at Kawanua PAUD, Tehoru District, Central Maluku Regency. The type of research used in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). Based on the results of the class action, it can be concluded that the application of color lego games in the development of early childhood creativity in Kawanua Early Childhood Education, Tehoru District, Central Maluku Regency. cycle I in the activity of installing color lego games shows that Cycle I in the activity of installing color legos shows that the ability of children to appreciate the sense of beauty 4 children get 1 (one) star, 6 children get 2 (two) stars, 3 children get 3 stars ( three), and 2 children get 4 stars (four). 7 Doing it yourself without help 7 children get one star, 5 children get 2 stars (two), 2 children get 3 stars (three), 1 child gets 4 stars (four). Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine students' perceptions of the Blended Learning Learning Model with the Learning Motivation of Xaverius Ambon High School students. The type of research used in this research is Qualitative Research. The conclusion in this study is that there are student perceptions of the blended learning model with student learning motivation. These results can be seen in data analysis and hypothesis testing with product moment correlation, the value of rcount > rtable is 0.469 > 0.374 at a significance level of 5%. Because rcount > rtable, H0 is rejected, which means there is a perception of the blended learning model with student learning motivation at Xaverius Ambon High School, and it can be seen from the results of the coefficient of determination which shows a value of 21.99% the contribution of variable X to Y

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the nature of humans as Jasadiyah-Ruhiyah creatures and the duties of the caliphate with the focus of the discussion being seen from the philosophy of Islamic education. The results showed that humans with all the completeness given by Allah SWT in the form of body and spirit will always interact with their environment. From these interactions, humans will use the hearts and minds of humans so that they will produce an action and reaction for the human itself. Human actions and reactions can be either positive or negative. This is where the role of education for humans is needed. This education will later direct humans to a thought and action whether what he does is bad or is a good thing.

Abstract

This research stems from a condition that occurs in all aspects of human life, namely covid-19. The existence of covid-19 all levels of education from elementary school to collage learn from home. Students are forced to learn from home because face to face learning is eliminated to reduce the spread of the corona virus or covid-19. This study aims to determine the role of parents in supporting children to learn English from home during pandemic covid-19 in district Binongko. This study is type of research qualitative. The techniques used in data collection is questionnaire. Based on the research conducted by the questionnaire that the ro le played by parents in supporting students to learn English from home, namely parents as role models, facilitator as motivator. As a motivator that can by parents can support students in learning English by motivating them in learn English.

Abstract

The role of parents in providing sex education to adolescents has not been carried out properly. Parents have limited knowledge and understanding of sex education, making it difficult to explain in depth to adolescents. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation while the data analysis techniques were data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that parents carry out their role in providing sex education for adolescents although not too broadly and maximally, namely as educators explaining what little they know about sex education such as changes in reproductive organs, wet dreams, puberty and sex problems; as an evaluator who checks and assesses children's understanding of the information conveyed about sex education that has been provided; as a companion who listens to and advises children; and as a monitor always control what children do

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the Children Learning in Science (CLIS) model with PhET simulations in reducing students' misconceptions about liquid pressure at XI IPA-1 SMA Negeri 3 Halmahera Timur. This type of research is a quasi pre-experimental design with one group pre-test post-test design. The population in this study were students of XI IPA-1 SMA Negeri 3 Halmahera Timur. Intact Group Random Sampling technique involving XI IPA-1. The average reduction in student misconceptions is 38.03% with a significant concept. Changes with the Mc Nemar test (????2 = 7.69 > 2 = 3.84). There is a significant ???????????????????? ???????????????????? conceptual change after remediation by applying the CLIS model using PhET simulation to reduce students' misconceptions about hydrostatic pressure. The results showed that the level of effectiveness was 0.67 (moderate). This research is expected to be used as an alternative remediation activity to reduce misconceptions in the learning process and improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This Classroom Action Research (PTK) is entitled Efforts to Improve Student Learning Outcomes Using the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) cooperative learning model to improve student mathematics learning outcomes in Three Dimensional Space material. The problem in this study is whether the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) cooperative learning method can improve student learning outcomes in mathematics. The data collection technique used was student observation sheets and written test results. The results showed that the cooperative learning method of the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) type could improve the mathematical thinking abilities of class X students of MA Muhammadiyah Pabos for the 2021 academic year in cycle I, the presentation of student activity was 56% and the presentation of classical completeness was 56%, and in cycle II, experiencing an increase in activity by 81% with classical mastery of 81%. The results showed that the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) type of cooperative learning model could improve the learning outcomes of class X MA Muhammadiyah Pabos students on material Three Dimensional Space 2021 in cycle I the average value obtained students are still lacking, namely 74% With the classical provisions of 75%, in cycle II the average student score increased to 80.56 with the classical provisions of 81%.
