Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how to improve mathematics learning outcomes by utilizing e-book media on the subject line in class XI students of SMA Negeri 22 Central Maluku. The research method used is classroom action research. The subjects in this Classroom Action Research (CAR) were class XI students at SMA Negeri 22 Central Maluku with a total of 24 students consisting of 10 boys and 14 girls. The technique used in collecting data in this study is a test and non-test technique. The test technique is used to determine student learning outcomes by using multiple choice questions. for each cycle there are 10 items with a maximum score of 100 and the non-test technique is used to measure the success of learning using the E-Book using observation sheets. Data on student learning outcomes that have been collected will be analyzed descriptively, namely by looking at the percentage of learning completeness, both classically and individually. Based on the results of research by utilizing e-book media in the subject matter of lineups in class XI students of SMA Negeri 22 Central Maluku, it tends to experience a significant increase, this is shown from the acquisition of the average final test score of cycle I reaching 66.67% and cycle II average the average reached 91.67%.

Abstract

Character education is an important issue in the development of education in Indonesia. This study aims to: (1) Identify the problems faced by teachers; (2) The determinants that cause “deviant behavior” among students; (3) developing an initial model of socio-cultural-based character education; (4) analyze the effectiveness of the educational model. The method used, Research Development. This research can show that teachers in the learning process are still lacking in exploring the social and cultural values ​​of the people of Ternate City. There are internal and external factors that cause deviant behavior among students. Based on these findings, a Character Education Model Based on Socio-cultural Values ​​has been developed. Development models have produced syllabus, lesson plans and lessons for Social Studies Teaching Materials. It is hoped that in the future similar relevant research will be carried out for the development of syllabus, lesson plans and teaching materials in schools in Ternate City

Abstract

This type of research is a qualitative research which aims to determine the use of thematic learning methods for slow learners at MIS HI Achmad Syukur Daruba, South Morotai District. The research was conducted from February 2022 to March 2022. The data in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews with MIS Hi teachers. Achmad Syukur Daruba, South Morotai District, while secondary data was obtained through data that had been processed from other parties, namely with documents from the evaluation of students who experienced sloe learners. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this study used data presentation in the form of brief descriptions found during the research, drawing conclusions, and checking the validity of the data. The results showed that the number of students at MIS Hi Achmad Gratitude Daruba, South Morotai District, totaled 214 students, while overall students for Slow Learners MIS Hi Achmad Syukur Daruba, Morotai Selatan District, totaled 52 people where the most students were in class IV with a total of 12 students, while for the total Slow Learners students are at least in class V with a total of 4 students. While in total the Slow Learners were dominated by male students with a total of 29 students, while there were 23 female students. The highest percentage of slow leraners is in class IV with a total of 12 students, followed by class II and class III with a total of 10 students each, in class VI there are 9 students, class I with a total of 7 students and for the percentage the lowest number of slow learners is in class V, which is 4 students. Based on the explanations from the respondents, the researcher can draw the conclusion that Slow Learners students have retarded understanding of each subject given by the teacher, causing the grades obtained by students to be unsatisfactory.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of ability in swimming the 30-meter breaststroke in sports students class of 2020 at STKIP Kie Raha, Ternate City. This research is a quantitative research with a survey approach. The sample in this study were 2020 STKIP Kie Raha Sports students, Ternate City, totaling 21 students. The results showed that: in the category "Very Good" by 9.523% (2 students), "Good" by 28.57% (6 students), "Medium" by 14.28% (3 students) "Less" by 47, 61% (10 students), and "Very Less" of (0 students). The conclusion of this study is that the level of ability in swimming the 30-meter breaststroke for sports students class of 2020 STKIP Kie Raha City of Ternate is in the "less" category with a percentage of 47.61% or there are 10 students

Abstract

The low quality of the learning process at SMPN 6 Muntok, Muntok District, West Bangka Regency is caused by teachers in carrying out the learning process. This research method is action research which is carried out in two cycles. The results of the study improved teacher performance in the preparation of the rpp as a whole was in the pre-cycle by 75% after the first cycle action to 82%, and after the second cycle action increased again to 96%. For the implementation of learning, the overall improvement of teacher performance was in the Pre-cycle by 77% after the first cycle action to 84%, and after the second cycle action increased again to 91% (very good category). Based on the results of the above action research can be concluded as follows. Academic supervision through individual guidance carried out by the principal on teachers can improve teacher performance at SMP Negeri 6 Mentok Kecamatan Muntok Kabupaten Bangka Barat for the 2018/2019 Academic Year in learning management, both aspects of learning planning and learning implementation. This is shown from the results of observations on RPP from pre-cycle to cycle I there was an increase in the average score of 7%, from pre-cycle to cycle II 21%, from cycle I to cycle II 14%. Similarly, the average score of the learning implementation process from pre-cycle to cycle I was 7%, from pre-cycle to cycle II 14%, from schyklus I to cycle II 7%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that cause power outages, the legal consequences of default by PT PLN and how efforts to realize the implementation of legal protection. The problem is what factors lead to defaults of power outages by PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara against companies for power sale and purchase agreements, what are the legal consequences of defaults for power outages by PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara against companies for power sale and purchase agreements, what efforts can be made? carried out by the company as a consumer to realize the implementation of the legal protection of default on power outages by PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara against the company for the work agreement of buying and selling electricity.In this study the authors used normative juridical research methods, the nature of this research used descriptive analytical research methods. The types of data in this study are primary and secondary data. Collecting data in this study with literature study and interviews. Data analysis techniques in this study used qualitative analysis which included data collection, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate that the factor causing the default of the blackout by PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara against the company for the work and purchase agreement of electricity is the maintenance of the network of PT. PLN (Persero) for transformers, cables and other supporting equipment must receive regular maintenance. The legal consequence of the default power outage by PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara against the company for the electricity sale and purchase agreement is the existence of material losses and damage to production machines due to blackouts. As well as the efforts made by the company as a consumer to realize the implementation of the legal protection of default on power outages by PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara against the company for the electricity purchase and sale agreement is to take legal action by negotiating with PT PLN through the medium of letters, which in the letter stated that the request for compensation refers to Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No. 27 of 2017 which aims to obtain compensation (compensation) with the existing provisions in Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No. 27 of 2017.

Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah ini untuk mengurangi terjadinya penumpukan dan sampah berserakan terutama plastik di sekolah penilis melakukan penielitian. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, karena peneliti berupaya menggambarkan keterkaitan kebersihan lingkungan sekolah dengan aktivitas belajar murid. Dengan adanya pembelajaran sikap peduli lingkungan, diharapkan dapat menyadarkan siswa agar memiliki kepedulian terhadap alam dan lingkungan disekitarnya. Pendidikan karakter sangat erat kaitannya dengan kebiasaan yang terus menerus dipraktikan atau dilakukan, dalam arti pendidikan karakter diharapkan dapat menyentuh ketiga domain (kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik) siswa sehingga siswa tidak hanya sekadar tahu akan tetapi juga ingin dan mampu melaksanakan apa yang mereka ketahui kebenarannya

Abstract

A bank when carrying out its roles and functions should be in a healthy condition, meaning that when a bank is not in a healthy condition it will have an adverse impact on the performance of the bank's management and can be dangerous for other parties such as customers who have entrusted their funds to be managed. The level of soundness or bad performance of a bank is assessed by several indicators, Bank Indonesia (BI) uses the RBBR method as a substitute for the previous method which is deemed less effective. Thus the author's goal is to be able to assess the soundness level of an Islamic Commercial Bank (BUS) which is found on the official website http://www.ojk.go.id using the Risk Based Bank Rating (RBBR) method for the 2017 period to the 2021 period. The results obtained are in the form of criteria for whether or not a bank is healthy based on a predetermined predicate.

Abstract

Decisions taken by top management will have a significant influence on the organization, especially if the decision is strategic in nature, for example determining the vision and mission of the organization. The purpose of this study was to analyze educational leadership decision making based on religion, philosophy, psychology, and sociology. The research method used is library research. The research results show decision making in the world of education; especially for the leadership of educational institutions must be able to choose the right decision alternatives so that the organizational goals of educational institutions in improving the performance and quality of education can be achieved optimally. Decision making describes the process through which a series of activities is selected as a solution to a particular problem. The organization of an educational institution, regardless of its level, of course, includes many people who will be interrelated with one another.
