Abstract

In line with these provisions, important principles in the employment profession as teachers at Islamic boarding schools must be upheld. In an effort to realize religious principles in life in the Islamic boarding school world, the role and function of enforcing the Code of Ethics as a profession that complies with regulations at Islamic boarding schools, is independent and responsible is important, in addition to Islamic educational institutions and the Al Islamic Boarding School Foundation. -Sincere. Through the educational services provided, the interests of Santriwan/Santriwati, including efforts to provide education in realizing their rights and obligations as teachers, can be realized. In the study of Islamic Religion, it is argued that apart from religious norms, there are also other norms that contribute to maintaining order in the world of Islamic boarding schools, which are called ethical norms. The ethical norms of various professional groups are formulated in the form of a professional code of ethics. Code of ethics are moral principles attached to a profession and arranged systematically. The professional code of ethics is a norm established and accepted by professional groups, which directs or gives instructions to its members how to act and at the same time guarantees the moral quality of the profession in the eyes of the public, students and other teaching staff. The general principles formulated in a profession will vary from one another. The code of ethics functions: As a means of social control, preventing interference from other parties, preventing misunderstandings and conflicts, as a control whether members of professional groups have fulfilled their obligations. The objectives are: Upholding the dignity of the profession, protecting and maintaining the welfare of the teachers, increasing the dedication of the teachers, improving the quality of the profession and organization, improving services, strengthening the organization, avoiding unfair competition, establishing close relationships with teachers, and setting standards. Teachers at Islamic boarding schools must comply with important norms in upholding the teachings of Islam, namely: humanity, fairness in teaching, propriety, honesty and carrying out the code of ethics as appropriate. But in practice sometimes it doesn't go well and even creates problems. In its application sometimes it experiences obstacles or obstacles. The discussion in this study is: Theoretical Framework: Grand theory: Ethical theory, Middle range theory: Balance theory, Applied theory: Justice theory; Ethics, morals, norms, laws and relationships; Professional code of ethics for teaching staff at Islamic boarding schools: Code of ethics and guidelines for caretakers of Islamic boarding schools, code of conduct for ustadz/ustadzah, professional code of ethics for other teaching staff at Islamic boarding schools, code of ethics for treasurer of Islamic boarding schools; Implementation of a good teaching profession and Obstacles or obstacles in implementing the professional code of ethics for Education staff at Islamic Boarding Schools. The method used is survey research. If a problem occurs regarding the implementation of the code of ethics, it should be resolved by taking into account the principles contained in the code of ethics.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to elaborate on curriculum implementation and assessment at SMPN 29 in Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative. The research results show that the existence of the curriculum at SMPN 29 Jakarta is very important in the world of education because of its very strategic position in all aspects of educational activities. Based on all views from various angles regarding the notion of curriculum, the notion of curriculum can be organized into two, namely: the first curriculum is a number of content plans, which are a number of learning stages designed for students with educational institution guidelines in the form of static or dynamic processes and competencies. And secondly, the curriculum is the entire experience under the guidance and direction of the educational institution that brings it into learning conditions. The concept of curriculum and assessment at SMPN 29 Jakarta is seen as a learning plan for students or a set of goals to be achieved.

Abstract

Indonesia's oldest institutions were its Islamic boarding schools. However, the most pressing issue is how pesantren instill moral principles, which serve as the incubators of a society's intellectual capacities and noble character (al-akhlaq al-karimah). where the author was interested in researching one of the pioneers of Islamic boarding schools in Banten, Indonesia. It was not an exaggeration to repeat KH. Abdul Latif's life story and thoughts on education. Researchers hope readers may follow his struggle to further development in the fields of education and society, as researchers want to examine one of the Islamic boarding schools in Banten which he founded. particular in the Banten region. Sadly, we can all agree that his kind of spirit was becoming increasingly rare in today's world. Because of this, we must reignite his fervent passion and unwavering dedication to advancing Islamic religious education.

Abstract

This study is entitled Analysis of News Writing on the online media Tvberita.co.id and Its Use as Teaching Materials for the News Text Module. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. Qualitative descriptive is collecting data by describing or describing data through descriptive words that describe the research subject. The aims of this research are to 1) describe news writing on the online media tvberita.co.id, 2) describe the systematics of writing news text elements, 3) describe the utilization of the analysis results of news writing on the online media tvberita.co.id as teaching materials for class VIII modules.

Abstract

This research was conducted aiming to determine the effect of mudharabah financing on the profitability of Islamic banks proxied by ROA (Return On Assets) with case studies on Indonesian Islamic banks for the 2015-2022 period. The method in this study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data source used by the researcher is a secondary data source, namely the data obtained in this study are financial reports for quarters 1 to 4 at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI) for the period 2015 – 2022. The sampling method used purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques use classical assumption tests (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, and Autocorrelation Test). Furthermore, hypothesis testing (test statistic t, test statistic f, and test the coefficient of determination) with the help of SPSS version 16.0 for windows. Based on the tests that have been carried out, that mudharabah financing on the level of ROA obtained a result of 62.7%. These results indicate that mudharabah financing affects 62.7% of the profitability of Bank Syariah Indonesia, and the remaining 37.3% is influenced by other factors that are not present in this study. Thus the effect of mudharabah financing on profitability shows a result of 62.7% and is significant. So it can be concluded that mudharabah financing has a positive effect on the profitability of Bank Syariah Indonesia in the 2015-2022 period.

Abstract

Based on the preliminary study, the researcher sees the problem that early childhood education institutions still have difficulties in designing and implementing leadership management that is in accordance with early childhood education standards but basically leadership cannot be separated from the professionalism of the teaching staff so that teaching and learning activities continue according to the child's level of development early age. Judging from the lack of optimal institutional leadership management in compiling and leadership in coordinating leadership, it can be seen from the duties of institutional leaders, learning approaches, and approaches to the nature of work of managers in leading. Based on this, researchers will conduct research on the Analysis of the Implementation of Early Childhood Leadership Management in Kindergartens in South Cikarang Regency. This type of research is mixed research using a quantitative approach. This study uses a mixed method "Explanatory mixed Methods design", namely quantitative and qualitative research methods sequentially. The results of this study are seen from the preparation of personnel, motivation and communication.

Abstract

Jamblang (Syzygium cumini) is one of Indonesia's local fruits. All parts of this plant can be used for treatment, one of which is as an antioxidant. The genus Syzygium family myrtaceae is one of the largest genera in Indonesia, including species originating from guava, one of which is the jamblang plant (Syzygium cumini) which has natural antioxidant activity. The aim of this literature review is to provide an overview of the literature review of Syzygium Cumini L. until 2022. This article also intends to review advances in the botanical, phytochemical, and pharmacological studies of Syzygium Cumini L, which will provide useful information for further investigation and application. Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy for recruiting education in schools, one of which is teachers, because the quality of educational staff in schools is very dependent on the recruitment and selection strategy for interested applicants and in order to be able to find new employees who are professional and have the best quality abilities. Before carrying out the recruitment activities for these educators, they must be thoroughly mature so that they can go through the educational recruitment process at schools as professional educators according to school criteria because it will have an impact on students. This research method uses this type of qualitative research with library analysis techniques. Management functions to achieve something through the activities of other people and supervise individual efforts to achieve common goals. As for the management functions of planning (Planning), organizing (organizing), directing (actuating), and controlling (controling). The focus of the research in this research is, 1) How is the recruitment strategy, How is the implementation of recruitment, What are the implications of implementing recruitment in improving the quality of students.

Abstract

Based on data from the World Health Organization (WHO) it is stated that only 40% of infants in the world are exclusively breastfed, while 60% of other infants have been given complementary feeding under 6 months of age. Malnutrition can occur when complementary feeding of breast milk is not in accordance with the stages of age, quantity and quality. The results of a preliminary study that has been carried out in the Work Area of ​​the Tambun Selatan Health Center Bekasi on 10 mothers who have babies through interviews obtained the results of 20% of mothers with good knowledge, 40% with sufficient knowledge and 40% with less knowledge about nutrition knowledge and timing of complementary feeding on baby. This study was to determine the relationship between maternal nutritional knowledge and the timing of complementary feeding to infants in the Tambun Selatan Community Health Center, Bekasi Regency. This study is an analytical study with a cross-sectional design. The research subjects were all mothers who had babies aged 6-12 months. Data were collected using a questionnaire, data on the level of knowledge of maternal nutrition and the timing of complementary feeding were analyzed using chi square analysis. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between maternal nutritional knowledge and the timing of giving complementary feeding to infants in the South Tambun Health Center area of ​​Bekasi Regency (p-value = 0,0001). The conclusion of this study is that there was a significant relationship between maternal nutritional knowledge and the timing of providing the complementary feeding for infants.

Abstract

This study aims to review how mobile trading is done on the online buying and selling site Facebook, and whether mobile trading is recommended on the online buying and selling site Facebook. This study uses a descriptive analysis method, which is a method for examining a group of people, an object, a condition, a system of thought or a class of events in the present. The data collection was carried out through written interview methods and tracing data on certain websites. The results obtained The trade-in practice is a legitimate community activity carried out to upgrade old cellphones to new cellphones. In addition to providing convenience and benefits for sellers, they have the opportunity to get more profits and can expand the market network because the opportunities to get new prospective customers will increase, and buyers have an advantage because the market price is below the counter price and they don't have to bother selling their old cell phones when they want to replace them with the new one. In addition, it provides benefits for Facebook because the increasing number of active users uses Facebook for economic and socio-cultural aspects. Recommendations for buyers who are already familiar with mobile technology.
