Abstract

Every business activity is inseparable from risks that can interfere with business continuity, including in sharia banking business activities. The characteristics of products and services in Islamic banking require identification, measurement, monitoring and risk management functions in accordance with these activities. Islamic banks always face various types of risks with various complexities inherent in their business activities. Therefore, the application of risk management in Islamic banking is one of the most important things to be applied to identify, measure, and control the various risks that will be faced. Through this paper, we discuss the theoretical risk management of Islamic banking in Indonesia and its implementation. In this journal, we also discuss the classification of risk in Islamic banks as well as the implementation of risk management agreements in Islamic banks.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of the special local content learning curriculum implemented at MTs Negeri 32 Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study show that the process of planning the local content learning curriculum for the Islamic boarding school program at MTSN 32 Jakarta includes the vision, mission and goals of education. The organization of the local content learning curriculum at MTSN 32 Jakarta is divided into two groups, namely general science and religion, the national curriculum and local content. The implementation of the local content learning curriculum for the Islamic boarding school program enters school hours. While the implementation in the teacher's class carries out by making prota, promissory notes, promissory notes, syllabus, and lesson plans. The implementation of local content learning for the Islamic boarding school program at MTSN 32 Jakarta for delivery uses lecture and practice methods. Evaluation of the local content learning curriculum for the Islamic boarding school program at MTSN 32 Jakarta conducts evaluations in the form of written tests, practice tests and rote tests which are conducted once a month, every semester and at the end of each lesson

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to discuss the multiple R test and further tests on inferential statistics used in physical education. Analysis of the multiple R test and further tests were carried out in a correlational research design. The study design was conducted to reveal the relationship between the independent variable (X) and the dependent variable (Y). In that study, of course, also revealed more than one independent variable (X1, X2, X3, ...) and the dependent variable (Y). This research is a type of library research with research procedures: typifying, collecting references, and analyzing the literature. So in analyzing correlational research of more than two variables using the R test analysis and further tests. In physical education correlational research can also be done to uncover various factors that can be related to physical activity. Thus as a student or researcher who wishes to conduct correlational research if more than one independent variable can use multiple R test analysis and follow-up tests with the F test.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of Work from Home and Family Supportive Supervisor Behaviors on Work-Life Balance and Job Performance in Retail Companies in North Jakarta. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis. This study produced several findings, firstly, Work from Home has a negative influence on Work-Life Balance. Second, Work from Home has a positive influence on Job Performance. Third, Family Supportive Supervisor Behaviors has a negative influence on Work-Life Balance. Fourth, Family Supportive Supervisor Behaviors has a positive influence on Job Performance. Abstract

The capital market is the means by which companies and other institutions (such as the state) are funded, as well as through investment activities. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the capital market was marked by the fall of the JCI. The JCI for the January-June 2020 period was at -5% when compared to the previous year in the same period which was at its lowest level. In 2020-2022, the JCI is at the level of 5,979.07, 6,581.48, 7,182.96. The JCI for the January – June 2021 period grew by 10% when compared to the previous year in the same period. This study uses secondary data obtained from the publication of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The data used consists of the JCI, market capitalization, transaction volume, trading value, total securities ownership, and investor growth from January 2019 - June 2022. This research is classified as a descriptive research type with a qualitative approach

Abstract

The establishment of special sports classes is also the initial stage that determines the success of organizing a special sports class program in which it is necessary to hold planning with adjustments to the educational components in schools so that the implementation of special sports classes can run well. The components that must be adjusted include: (1) Student criteria, (2) Curriculum, and (3) Facilities and infrastructure. Observation at SMP Negeri 1 West Karawang which has special sports classes, in Karawang Regency itself there are 6 schools with special sports classes in them. Of the several learning programs that have been applied to sports-specific class students, the implementation of learning given to learners is felt to be less adapted to the mastery of the learning program, with many obstacles such as the lack of organizedness of learners in responsibility for subjects such as assignments, students' understanding of learning programs that are limited to the purpose of understanding the expected learning movement practice Based on research and processing data that has been submitted from data and data analysis carried out by researchers, it can be concluded that the results of the evaluation process for the implementation of the physical education learning program at SMP Negeri 1 Karawang Barat in this special sports class have been carried out well and really help students in the Penjas learning process, students are much more understanding and still able to practice the movement Study. So even though they are more focused on their sports branch, they can still follow learning well and produce achievements.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of radio news broadcasting on listener satisfaction at Ganie Radio 93.3 FM Simalungun. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey research methods and uses a simple linear regression analysis method. Test the data using SPSS 23 for Windows. The author used 35 samples of listeners to Ganie Radio 93.3 FM Simalungun. The results showed that the analysis used was simple regression analysis Ŷ = 6.381 + 0.824x. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be drawn that the t test results obtained t count ((6.381) > t tallble (1.694) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 meaning that there is a significant influence of Radio News Broadcasting significantly affecting Listener Satisfaction at Ganie Radio 93.3 FM Simalungun.

Abstract

Fenomena retorika dalam kebudayaan adalah permasalahan tutur dalam budaya yang berbeda-beda, yang tidak lain dari pada perwujudan bahasa dan tindak penutur dalam rangka mempengaruhi tutur. Suatu respons dengan menggunakan kata-kata biasanya merupakan wujud kebahasaan yang berupa tuturan verbal maupun nonverval. Makna yang terkandung pada respons pun menjadikan percakapan sejalan dengan konteks yang tersirat dan tersurat secara retorik. Hal itu menjadikan hampir semua percakapan dalam komunikasi memberikan kontribusi yang menjadikan adanya variasi percakapan. fenomena ini dapat dijadikan sebagai suatu kajian penelitian bahasa yang mengarah pada kajian yang bertujuan mendeskripsikan bentuk, fungsi dan perilaku retorika. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini menggunakan metode atau pendekatan kepustakaan (library research).

Abstract

On the benefits factor, women have not felt the benefits of investing in the capital market. Therefore, to increase capital market literacy among women, it is recommended that the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the Financial Services Authority access information to the public in the form of outreach by collaborating with schools and tertiary institutions as well as conducting outreach through social media by cooperating with capital market influencers. Schools and tertiary institutions can incorporate capital market literacy into the learning curriculum so that all students and students get a complete understanding of the capital market. Choose words that are easily understood by listeners in the delivery of socialization in order to increase listener understanding. Reconsider the number of women in the composition of the capital market outreach team. Starting from the socialization team leader, administrators, and spearheads or influencers who play a role. With the increasing number of women, the opportunities for approaching women to increase capital market literacy can be even better.

Abstract

This research and development aims 1) to determine the feasibility of developing mathematics learning media using the Macromedia Flash application program, 2) to determine the attractiveness of student responses to the development of mathematics learning media using the Macromedia Flash application program. This research was conducted using the Research & Development (R & D) method using the modified Borg & Gall development procedure, namely 10 stages, limited to the 7th stage. Data collection techniques using validation questionnaire sheets. The instrument used is a validation questionnaire sheet to determine the feasibility of the module and a student response questionnaire to determine attractiveness. The data analysis technique used in research and development is descriptive quantitative to process data in the form of scores from assessments by the validator and student responses, while descriptive qualitative is to describe the data in the form of comments suggesting improvements from the validator. Based on the validation results for the development of mathematics learning media using the macromedia flash application program, an average score is obtained; (1) the feasibility of developing mathematics learning media using the macromedia flash application program validation results from material experts obtained an average of 3.73, on the linguistic aspect an average of 3.64, on the evaluation feasibility aspect an average of 3.66, media experts obtained an average score (the media efficiency aspect obtained an average score of 3.87, the button function aspect obtained an average score of 3.5 and the Graphic aspect obtained an average score of 3.4). The product validation results are in the feasible criteria, (2) the attractiveness of the development of mathematics learning media using the macromedia flash application program student responses obtained an average score of 3.61 in the "very interesting" criterion.
