Abstract

The multidimensional crisis due to the Covid-19 pandemic has come so quickly and exposed the fragility of a country in various fields. In the health sector, this pandemic, for example, shows how inadequate and evenly distributed health facilities are in many countries, including the United States and Italy, which were previously considered to be quite advanced in terms of public health facilities. In the economic field, the crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic has developed in such a way and caused a contraction in the global economy. world financial institutions estimate that the Covid-19 pandemic will cause a contraction in the world economy by -2.0% to 2.8% in 2020, from previously growing by an average of 2.9% in 2019. At the same time, the Covid-19 pandemic it is also expected to reduce global trade and investment flows by up to 30%, as well as increase world financial market volatility by up to 215%. This research will discuss the activities of the Indonesian capital market during the pandemic and post-pandemic eras. This research uses qualitative methods because this research only describes situations or events and does not look for or explain relationships and does not test hypotheses or make predictions. The results of the research show that the performance of the Indonesian Capital Market in 2021 showed stable and improving performance, which was reflected in, among other things, market stability, trading activity, the amount of fundraising and the number of retail investors which reached a record high.

Abstract

School Culture at MTs Aisyiyah North Sumatra is the result of an agreement between the school principal, teaching staff, education staff, and the PWA Elementary School. School culture is determined according to the vision, mission, goals and objectives to be achieved. In designing the school culture, the principal as the leader studied a SWOT analysis from the Mts Aisyiyah North Sumatra school. Includes: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats in order to determine the factors that influence the success of the Mts Aisyiyah North Sumatra school. The system for developing and empowering culture carried out by school principals and teachers is by making clear rules that are notified in class or during ceremonies or at the commemoration of religious holidays. The way to institutionalize school culture among students is in the form of institutional school culture. (1) Through religious education. (2) Through posters, ritual images or calligraphy. (3) Through religious activities such as congregational prayers, reciting the Koran and Islamic boarding schools, (4) Through providing insight into the function of humans as social beings who are created as weak creatures and need other people. (5) Through habituation of discipline from an early age. The school culture that has been implemented has a major influence on success in achieving the school's vision and mission, this is assessed from the formation of students' attitudes that are noble, capable, confident, and independent. The culture that is applied at Mts Aisyiyah North Sumatra is one of the solutions that schools do in overcoming weaknesses and deficiencies that occur in teachers, students and weaknesses in the work system at this school.

Abstract

The implementation of this study aims to determine the effectiveness of using science space in children aged 7-12 years. The method used in this research is the experimental method. The research subjects included especially children at the elementary school level. This research is an experimental research that aims to understand the bleaching process, we can do an experiment using fanta mixed with bayclin. The scope of science is a limited scope of things that can be understood by the senses, for example, sight, touch, hearing, speech, and touch. Learning is fun to engage kids in science activities that are challenging, creative, and fun. To learn science, it is easier for them to understand the material, because they can practice it directly in nature.

Abstract

Dewandaru (Eugenia uniflora L.) is a plant from the Myrtaceae family. The content of secondary metabolites in the dewwandaru plant is very diverse, one of which is flavanoid. The purpose of this study was to determine the content of flavonoids contained in the dewadaru plant by UV-VIS spectrophotometry. The method used in this paper is the literature review (LRA) method by collecting data from various scientific journals: Google Scholar, , Researchgate, ScienceDirect, Pubmed, Publons. The results obtained from this study are one of the types of flavonoids found in dewandaru leaves, namely 5,7,3',4'- tetra hydroxy flavonol or quercetin.

Abstract

Coffee is a very popular beverage worldwide. However, its composition and characteristics are affected by a number of factors, such as geographical and botanical origin, harvesting and roasting conditions, and brewing method used. As coffee consumption rises, the demands on its high quality and authenticity naturally grows as well. Unfortunately, at the same time, various tricks of coffee adulteration occur more frequently, with the intention of quick economic profit. Many analytical methods have already been developed to verify the coffee authenticity, in which the high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) plays a crucial role, especially thanks to its high selectivity and sensitivity. Thus, this review summarizes the results of targeted and non-targeted HPLC analysis of coffee-based products over the last 10 years as an effective tool for determining coffee composition, which can help to reveal potential forgeries and non-compliance with good manufacturing practice, and subsequently protects consumers from buying overpriced low-quality product. The advantages and drawbacks of the targeted analysis are specified and contrasted with those of the non-targeted HPLC fingerprints, which simply consider the chemical profile of the sample, regardless of the determination of individual compounds present.

Abstract

Natural fiber reinforced composites are influenced by the characteristics of natural fibers, matrix, fiber bonding and fiber treatment. Examples of the treatment are alkalization and direction to determine the effect of the two treatments on the tensile strength produced by the composite material. The alkalization process uses 5%NaOH with immersion time 2 hours, 4 hours and 6 hours and combined with variations vertical, horizontal and random directions with the fraction used 85% 15% hand layup method and ASTM D638-02a standard test. the direction variation the highest tensile strength value produced in the vertical direction with a value of 43.76 MPa 6.67% strain and 6.55 MPa elastic modulus and the lowest value produced in the horizontal direction with tensile value of 2.32 MPa 0.47% strain and elastic modulus 5.05 MPa. While the best soaking time in the horizontal and random directions was 4 hours while for the vertical variation it was 2 hours because it had better fiber density and density than alkalization times 4 and 6. The best alkalization time for agave sisalana fiber based on 2 of the 3 variations in direction was 4 hours , so researchers took the best outline of the alkalization process is 4 hours.

Abstract

The millennial generation is currently experiencing a shift in behavior in managing finances from saving to investing and they are becoming concerned about their own future. The ease of technology that makes anyone's work easy, this is also a factor for the millennial generation to save by investing. Difficulties in managing finances will affect the way this millennial generation thinks about managing income for their old age. The characteristics possessed by this generation, where feelings of anger, anxiety and fear of something can affect the perspective in making decisions in an investment instrument. Technology is always developing so that it changes people's daily lives and provides benefits for backers. Information provided via the internet makes it very easy to find information regarding how to invest online. Technological developments can also be a reference for backers in making investment decisions. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research to study the new generation or known as Millennials as well as the complexity of the specializations shown by this generation to match the mindset of the previous generation's class. From the results of the research that has been conducted, it shows that the younger generation of students and employees invest due to external influences, this is due to external influences, namely following trends and following the actions or suggestions of other people. On the other hand, a lot of scientific capital has accumulated which is sufficient to make the millennial generation make an investment.

Abstract

Padang City as the capital city of West Sumatra Province with its economic center is very committed to Regional Development. This can be seen from the many building and infrastructure development activities that are growing rapidly from year to year. The management of buildings is one of the physical forms of space utilization in the city of Padang. Buildings that are erected need to be arranged so that they are in accordance with the function and purpose of using the building. Building Construction Permit (IMB) or currently called Building Approval (PBG) is one of the building administration instruments that will become a regulatory and controlling instrument, for the construction and maintenance of buildings in the city of Padang.This article discusses the formulation of a public policy, namely the Mayor of Padang Regulation Number 378 of 2022 concerning the City Building and Infrastructure Supervision Team in 2022. This research aims to identify and analyze the reasons behind the Padang City Government sparking the idea to form a Building and Infrastructure Monitoring Team Cities in 2022. Through the approach used in this study, namely a qualitative approach, researchers can find out and carry out an analysis of the formulation process for various reasons until the issuance of a policy product. The results of this study are the formulation process which is carried out through four stages with a typical formulation model, namely a mixed model between the institutional model and the rationalism model.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the learning outcomes of PJOK students during the Covid-19 pandemic. Which aims to find out the results of educational reports, the concept of learning outcomes, to find out student learning outcomes using online media. This research is motivated by student learning outcomes including the low category. This is caused by factors of boring learning activities, only one-way learning activities from teacher to student, and lack of student motivation in learning. This study used a qualitative approach with qualitative methods, while the focus of the research being analyzed was to analyze student learning outcomes during the previous Covid-19 pandemic from various schools at SMA Negeri 2 Namlea, Buru Regency. The data collection technique carried out in this study was using research instruments, namely documentation, observation , interview guidelines. The research results that the researchers found related to student learning outcomes through online media showed that student learning outcomes through online media had increased learning outcomes
