Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Abstract

The development of the industry is currently very rapid, there are many technologies that have been found, so students are required to have experience working directly in the field to adapt to technological changes that occur. Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (TMMIN) was chosen by the author as the place of practical work because TMMIN is the largest automotive industry and manufacture in Indonesia. The purpose of this practical work is to provide work experience to students by working directly in an industry, preparing graduates who are ready to work professionally, have a work ethic and in accordance with the demands of the world of work, maintain good relations between universities and industry, train themselves to always ready to be placed wherever later when plunging into the real world of work, Studying work fields, flow and communication systems at SP – PCD TMMIN. The author is placed in the Sourcing Planning section and the Production Control division, from the practical work carried out, the author gains insight into the field of work and communication systems that exist in Sourcing Planning as the section that takes care of the flow of parts supply in the production process and takes care of some work related to production.

Abstract

The existence of this research is motivated by a copy of the circular letter of the decision of Mentri Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi Nomor 56/M/2022 pada tanggal 11 Febuari 2022 on Guidelines for Curriculum Implementation in the Context of Learning Recovery. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Project Based Learning in the Merdeka Curriculum in Learning Development Activities on Student Learning Interest at SMKN 1 Jayakerta. On Development Activity Learning towards Student Learning Interest at SMKN 1 Jayakerta. The type of approach in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach using survey research methods. The population in this study were students of class X SMKN 1 Jayakerta. The research sample consisted of 27 students using cluster random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires or anget. Data processing techniques using the Microsoft Excel program. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in student interest in learning after being given the project-based learning model treatment with consideration of the highest frequency in the pretest in the low category as many as 10 students or 37.04%. Consideration of the highest frequency in the posttest was in the moderate category as many as 13 students or 48.15% had an interest in learning development activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct effect of using LMS and Motivation of PPG Student Competence. The method used is a quantitative survey approach. With a sample of 320 who are PPG Students in Position at UNJ in 2021. The data used is in the form of primary and secondary data. Secondary data was obtained from LPTK UNJ in the form of UKIN scores for student competency. Meanwhile, primary data was obtained using closed and open questionnaires. The data analysis used in this study is Path Analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of the first hypothesis research show that the use of LMS has a positive direct effect on student competence with a magnitude of 0.325. In the second hypothesis, motivation has a direct positive effect on the competency of PPG students with a magnitude of 0.313. Furthermore, the third hypothesis is accepted, which means the use of LMS has a direct positive effect on motivation with a magnitude of 0.706. And the fourth hypothesis is accepted, meaning that there is an indirect effect of using LMS on student competency through motivation of 0.221 with a p-value <0.05 which means motivation has a role in mediating LMS use on student competence. So that it can be said that motivation has a dual role in influencing student competence directly and indirectly.

Abstract

The quality of education in Indonesia is arguably still very low. This is very influential for the younger generation in the future, especially for educators, improving the quality of education is very important to do because there are many inhibiting factors to achieve the quality of education in Indonesia until now. This is in line with the research objective, which is to describe the teacher's role in supporting and improving the quality of education at SMP N 3 Godean. This research was conducted at SMP N 3 Godean. This research is a qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The research instrument used interviews. Respondents research vice principals and teachers BK. By using this approach, the author can describe the role of personnel management in improving teacher performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh service recovery terhadap customer satisfaction pada pengguna dompet digital GoPay. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dari literatur yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengguna dompet digital Gopay yang berusia enam belas tahun keatas dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang yang dihasilkan dari penyebaran kuesioner dalam skala likert, yang bernilai 1 (sangat tidak setuju) sampai dengan nilai 5 (sangat setuju). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data analisis linear berganda dan uji asumsi klasik dengan alat bantu analis software SPSS 26 for windows untuk memprediksi pengaruh service recovery terhadap customer satisfaction pengguna Gojek dalam penggunaan fitur GoPay. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa procedural justice, interactional justice, distributive justice memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap pengguna dompet digital GoPay.

Abstract

In the Kasepuhan Cicarucub group, Islamic education was shaped by two major factors: religious tradition and inherited cultural norms. They practice Islam but also hold fast to the traditions passed down from their ancestors. Their unique cultural practices, especially in agricultural, leadership, and human life cycle activities, give concrete form to the principles they espouse. Muslim schools in the Cicarucub ceremonial community teach its students to have faith, religious devotion, and moral principles. There was a preponderance of moral values over other values. In the same way that there was harmony, friendship, cooperation, care for others, and protection of the natural world. This means that for the Cicarucub people of Kasepuhan, religion and customs constitute the foundation of daily existence. There was so a balance between the two in their daily lives.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, company size and auditor turnover on the timeliness of financial reporting in automotive sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 to 2021. This study used an associative quantitative approach with a population of 13 companies and 9 companies were selected as samples. Using a purposive sampling technique in accordance with the research criteria. Secondary data in the form of financial reports are used in this study, for analysis and data processing using SPSS Version 26. The results of this study are that partially liquidity and also company size have a positive and significant effect on the timeliness of financial reporting where liquidity has a t count of 1.729 > 1 .6828 t table and company size has a t count value of 1.817 > 1.6828 t table. Meanwhile, auditor turnover is negative -0.047 and significance is 0.275 <0.05. Simultaneously liquidity, company size and auditor turnover affect the timeliness of financial reporting with a calculated F value of 2.680 > 2.45 F table.

This will ultimately increase the net income of the bank will be able to face competition while simultaneously expanding the market and the continuity of the bank's business will be more guaranteed. with an even level of income earned by each product with a not too distant comparison, it will make the bank's position more stable and at the same time optimize profit achievement. This study was designed using quantitative methods. The data collection technique uses secondary data, namely the annual financial statements of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Tbk using three variables, namely two independent variables and one dependent variable. The independent variable or independent variable is mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing, while the dependent variable or dependent variable is the net profit of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Tbk in 2011-2020. Based on the results of the study, partially the independent variable, namely mudharabah financing, has no effect on net income at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Tbk for the 2011-2020 period. Meanwhile, musyarakah financing has a significant and significant effect on net profit at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Tbk for the 2011-2020 period. However, mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing simultaneously or simultaneously have an effect or significant impact on net income at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah Tbk for the 2011-2020 period.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the rapid development of science and technology, one of which is in the field of information technology. As technology develops, companies and government agencies use computer systems as a tool to make work easier. Telkom University Open Library as one of Telkom University's academic supports is also inseparable from the use of technology, one of which is by using a website-based discussion room reservation system. This study aims to determine the effect of the website-based Open Library discussion room reservation system on the productivity of the Telkom University academic community. Based on the results of the discussion, it was found that this website-based discussion room reservation system makes it easy for the Telkom University academic community in data collection and reporting as well as in making it easier for students to order Open Library discussion rooms.
