Abstract

This study aims to find out how a media creates framing of the news it writes. The method used in this research is a qualitative-descriptive method. The subjects in this study were two online news media, namely Kompas.com and Liputan6.com with the object of research being one text of each news. "Menpora Ensures BLACKPINK BORN PINK Concert Can't Use GBK Main Stadium" and "Explanation of Menpora Bans Concerts at GBK, But Allows Jokowi Volunteer Events." The results of the framing analysis of the two media found several differences, especially in the syntactical elements. On the media Kompas.com the title in the news does not seem offensive. Meanwhile, in the Liputan6.com media, the headline slightly alluded to the Bung Karno Stadium's decision not to be used by other activities.

Abstract

Research on the Effect of Advertising and Word of Mouth on Purchase Decisions for Sunlight Liquid Dishwashing Soap (Empirical Study of Housewives in Rengasdengklok District, Karawang City) aims to determine and analyze the effect of Word of Mouth and advertising on purchasing decisions for sunlight liquid soap products in Rengasdengklok. This study uses a quantitative approach. The results of the research and discussion show that the Word of Mouth (X2) and (X2) for Sunligh dish soap products are considered good by respondents, there is a correlation between Advertising (X1) and Word of Mouth (X2) with a correlation coefficient value of 0.607 and has a relationship level strong because the value is positive, there is a partial effect of Advertising (X1) and Word of Mouth (X2) on Purchase Decisions (Y), and Advertising (X1) and Word of Mouth (X2) have a simultaneous influence on Purchase Decisions (Y).

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the values ​​of religious moderation and their implementation in Islamic religious education in the 21st century. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data analysis is more focused on library research or literature studies. The conclusion in this study is that the 21st century is marked by the emergence of an era of disruption, due to the great influence of technology in this century, changing trends, namely from analog trends to digital trends with digital innovations that make everything easy. So to face this era, special skills are needed including critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration. Religious moderation is a religious attitude with the principle of balance and fairness so that it will avoid excessive attitudes. The implementation of religious moderation values ​​in PAI learning is one of the solutions in facing the challenges of this century and in order to ward off radical attitudes in religion which is also one of the influences social media. PAI learning has a strategic role in achieving the goals of National Education, especially those related to instilling faith and devotion to God Almighty and increasing noble character

Abstract

Cervical cancer is one of the most common types of cancer among women. In addition to experiencing physical problems, cervical cancer sufferers tend to experience anxiety and depression. The purpose of this study was to describe depression and anxiety in cervical cancer patients at Arifin Achmad Hospital. This research is a descriptive research design using purposive sampling technique. The research sample consisted of 75 respondents with inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data collection method using DASS-21 questionnaire. The analysis used is univariate analysis, which is displayed in the form of a frequency distribution table. The results showed that most of the respondents aged 46- 55 years were 31 people (41.3%), the education level of the majority of respondents was high school 38 people (50.7%), most of them worked as housewives 58 people (77.3% ), the most respondents were stage III 32 people (42.7%), long diagnosed with cancer 0-1 years 58 people (77.3%), the majority of treatment was chemotherapy 27 people (36%), the level of depression category the majority was normal 63 people (84%) and anxiety category majority was normal 40 people (53.3%). From this study it can be concluded that cervical cancer can cause depression and anxiety from mild to very severe categories. Therefore, nursing interventions that can reduce depression and anxiety in cervical cancer patients must be carried out by nurses.

Abstract

Media massa merupakan sebuah sarana untuk menyampaikan informasi atau pesan yang berhubungan langsung dengan masyarakat. Adanya perkembangan teknologi dan informasi yang semakin pesat, mampu membuat pemberitaan lebih cepat didapat oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana media kompas.com dan media antaranews.com menyusun berita dengan berdasarkan pada Fakta mengenai gempa di Cianjur, Jawa barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan model analisisZhongdang Pan dan Gerald M. Kosicki. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kompas.com dan Anataranews.com dengan topik pemberitaan yang sama mengenai gempa cianjur. Penulis menemukan bahwa kedua media tersebut memiliki persamaan dan juga perbedaan dalam pembingkaian berita. Pada struktur sintaksis media Kompas.com dan Antaranews.com sama-sama menggunakan piramida terbalik dalam penyusunan berita. Pada struktur skrip kedua media tersebut pula sama-sama memiliki kriteria dalam penyajian berita dengan unsur 5W+1H. Pada struktur tematik penulis pada media Kompas.com lebih banyak menggunakan preposisi sedangkan pada media Anataranews.com tidak banyak menggunakan preposisi. Terakhir pada struktur retoris penulis pada media Kompas.com dan Anataranews.com sama-sama menggunakan kata atau kalimat yang mudah diterima atau dipahami oleh pembaca. Kata Kunci: Analisis Framing, Media Online, Kompas.com, Antaranews.com.

Abstract

This research is motivated by observations showing that tolerance is not practiced in elementary schools. The purpose of this study was to describe the process of learning tolerance through Powtoon media in social learning and to find out the results of increasing tolerance with the help of Powtoon media in social learning. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach using classroom action research methods. Data analysis methods include observation, interviews and documentation. Researchers conducted data analysis to find out the results of the data collection techniques used. Data analysis uses four functions, namely data collection, data presentation, data reduction and inference. On Action Research in the Pre-Cycle, Cycle I and Cycle II which includes action planning, implementation, action observation and reflection. Research results found in psychology, ie. the results of observing student evaluations carried out in the pre-cycle, the researcher obtained a result of 5.92 or 14.81%, in Cycle 1 the results of student evaluation observations were obtained. result 9.96. namely 44.44%, then the results of the observation evaluation of students who completed Cycle II researchers obtained a score of 3.18 with an average of 11.96, namely 77.77%. Therefore, the researcher concluded that powtoon media can increase students' tolerance for several forms of cultural diversity in Social Studies IV at SDN Dalung 1.

Abstract

This study is prompted by phoneme changes in young adults aged 20 years old. Speech disorders may impede communication between sufferers and listeners. Slurred speech or dysarthria is a speech disorder that makes it difficult for sufferers to pronounce certain words, resulting in unclear phonemes (sounds). The study aims to demonstrate speech disorders (slurred speech) and the causes of slurred speech in adults. Data collection in this study was carried out by interviews via Whatsapp using voice messages containing dialogues. The method used is a literature review and a listening method using voice messages that are described in descriptive form, as well as research results tables. Qualitative data analysis is employed by providing information and explanations. The results of this study show that speech disorders on imperfect phonemes (sounds) in adults aged 20 are caused by physiological and congenital factors that begin in infancy. The phoneme (sound) of the letter 'R' at the beginning, middle, and end is not perfect because the tongue is too short. The difference in position influences the phoneme's imperfection. This study obtained 8 sound transition data, 2 sound omission data, and 16 muffled sound data.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and examine ESI's persuasive communication strategies in building an interest in becoming a professional esports player in Karawang district. The theory used is the theory of perception which is built on four dimensions, namely communicators who have high credibility, messages, environmental influences, and understanding and continuity of a message. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out by triangulation which included interviews, observation and documentation studies, then the data were analyzed through three stages namely reduction, presentation and conclusion of data. The results of the research and discussion show that people's perceptions of their interest in becoming professional esports players through persuasive communication carried out by ESI Karawang are not optimal even though ESI Karawang often holds esports competitions and monitors esports athletes, but messages uploaded via ESI Karawang's social media do not exist which contains the main ideas regarding the development of community potential for the world of esports.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to look at the protection that can be provided by law against copyright for creators and copyright holders related to K-Pop idol photos that are misused to become part of the covers of fan fiction writings based on Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright. Throughout the preparation of this paper, research procedures were used in the form of descriptive analysis from primary legal sources accompanied by secondary legal materials. In connection with the existence of regulations that discuss the prohibition of duplicating copyrighted works without the permission of the creator and/or copyright holder, then if there is a violation of these rules stated in Article 80 paragraph (1) of the Copyright Law, criminal sanctions may be imposed. in the form of imprisonment and fines as well as civil in the form of compensation for the party who was harmed by the violation.
