Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the use of Listen Read Discuss (LRD)strategies to improve students' reading comprehension of narrative texts in class eleven of Vacational High School. There are several problems in this research. First, the shortage of students vocabulary. Second, students are less motivated to read. Third, students are hard to get Main ideas in reading comprehension. The population of this research is 23 students. That Data collection techniques in this study using observation and interviews. The research sample is class XI TKJas an interview class consisting of 5-10 students, and the remaining number of students is used for observation. Collecting data by providing interview questions which are given differently. The results obtained in this study are that students are taught step by step so that it can be concluded that the Listen Read Discuss (LRD) strategy is effective in improving students' reading skillsunderstanding of narrative text in class XI Vacational High School TKJ

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the accessibility of business capital, employee loyalty, and the intensity of using the delivery application on sales of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the food and beverage sector in West Jakarta in 2022. The independent variable in this study is MSME sales. Then the dependent variable in this study is the accessibility of business capital, employee loyalty, and the intensity of using the delivery application. In this study the method used was quantitative descriptive analysis, using multiple regression analysis with the SPSS program. The data used in this research is primary data from structured interviews via Google forms with 44 respondents. The results of this study suggest that there is an influence of business capital accessibility on sales of micro, small and medium enterprises in Kebon Jeruk District. there is the Effect of Employee Loyalty on Sales of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Kebon Jeruk District. there is an Influence of Intensity Use of Delivery Applications on Sales of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Kebon Jeruk District

Abstract

Islamic insurance continues to grow in Indonesia, one of the accounts available at Islamic insurance companies is syirkah funds and tabarru funds, in Islamic insurance using the tabarru contract, where these funds are provided by insurance members as a form of grant funds, which cannot be withdrawn by the giver funds, tabarru funds will be used to help fellow members if needed with certain conditions, in addition to syirkah funds, namely funds received in the form of investments with a period of time from individuals and other parties, this journal is to see whether there is an effect of tabarru funds and also syirkah funds to total assets, the authors conducted this study using quantitative methods withSPSS media, where the authors took secondary data sources, this was to see how much influence tabarru funds and temporary syirkah funds had on the total assets of PT. asuransi jiwa syariah tbk 2018-2021 analysis is presented in the form of multiple regression, which had previously been tested for classical assumptions, namely the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation, after which the f test and t test were carried out, after being tested the authors got the results in this study that the funds tabarru and temporary syirkah funds have no effect on total assets, and the results of the f test show that both tabarru funds and syirkah funds do not have a very strong impact on total assets, it can be seen that if tabarru funds or syirkah funds experience changes, it does not result in changes in the total asset value side at PT. Abstract

In Indonesia, interlanguage words are still very foreign, many second language students do not know the definition of these words. Interlanguage is a system of language that learners develop during L2 acquisition. Interlanguage is affected by the learner's native language as they use their native language knowledge to understand and organize the second language or to compensate for existing competency gaps. The purpose of this research is to find out the interlanguage experience that occurs when students write recount text. The research method uses a qualitative approach with narrative inquiry. As a result, there are three indicators that are the focus in examining students' experiences in writing recount text, as follows: L1 interference, overgeneralization, and simplification.

Abstract

The research aims to find out how PAI learning and religious coaching are for mentally retarded students. The method used in the study of literature and observation. This research was conducted at a school with special needs, namely at SLB Bina Siwi, Bantul Yogyakarta. Children with disabilities is a term for children who experience obstacles in controlling emotions and social control. This research was conducted at one of the ABK schools, namely at Bina Siwi SLB, Bantul, Yogyakarta. Students with disabilities have the opportunity to develop according to their developmental tasks. There are many factors that arise from students with disabilities, both internal and external which cause them to do things that deviate, have an inability to adapt, commit aggression and chaos and disturb other people and the environment. The results of this study are that the habituation model for PAI learning at Bina Siwi Special School is to get used to greeting as soon as you arrive at school until you come home from school. And for religious development is by getting used to praying dhuha and midday prayers for students.

Abstract

Etymologically, the word communication comes from the Latin "communicare" which means "to convey". According to the origin of the word, the meaning of communication is the process of conveying meaning from one entity or group to another through the use of signs, symbols and semiotic rules that are understood together. This journal was compiled using a qualitative method, in which the researcher uses a data collection process to provide an overview of the social phenomena being studied. By using qualitative data, researchers can find out why, what and how social phenomena occur. Based on the results of the research, the researchers suggest that the management of Economic Futsal 2021 will run well because there is no work program that makes Economic Futsal effective.

Abstract

The research this study aims to find out and analyze how the influence of mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing on the level of profitability at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk with the variable studied is Return On Equity. This study uses monthly financial report data taken in the 2018-2021 period published on www.ojk.go.id. The independent variable (X) used in this study includes: mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing. The dependent variable (Y) used in this study is Return On Equity (ROE). The method used is descriptive statistical analysis method, multiple linear regression analysis, simultaneous test (F test), partial test (t test), and the data is processed using SPSS 25 software. The embodiment, the results of the mudharabah financing t test have no effect on Return On Equity , however, the partial Musyarakah financing (t test) has an effect on Return On Equity, and the simultaneous test of Mudharabah and Musyarakah financing has an effect on Return On Equity of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia.

Abstract

The use of applications in managing apprentice data is crucial because it will affect the efficiency of management and archiving in apprenticeship activities. Based on the results of initial observations made through direct observation of the process of apprenticeship activities and data collection at the Faculty of Computer Science, Singaperbangsa University, Karawang, cases were found concerning the management of apprentice data which was still ineffective. Special attention is needed in handling this case which aims to facilitate administration, lecturers and students in apprenticeship activities. Each user only needs to access the application to manage internship activities, by introducing digital media to facilitate internship activities in the form of developing a web-based apprentice data management application by implementing the Laravel framework and agile methods. An application that can accommodate all the needs of internship activities with features that are not separate and can make it easier to archive apprentice data. Application development carried out in this research only takes 25 days or 3 weeks 4 days, by producing 5 (five) sprints.

Abstract

Seeing the rapid development in the City of Bekasi which has triggered economic growth and the construction of increasingly large residential areas, however, the area of the City of Bekasi is limited, it requires residential areas that are upward in the form of vertical housing such as flats and apartments. In addition to the effective use of land, the construction of vertical shelters must also be taken into account from the loads that occur on the structure. One of them is the calculation of earthquakes, because the country of Indonesia is classified as prone to geological disasters, especially earthquake disasters. The purpose of writing this Final Project is to design a 25-storey Apartment Building with a reinforced concrete structure whose loading is planned according to SNI 1727:2020 (Minimum Load for the Design of Buildings and Other Structures), SNI 1726:2019 (Procedures for Planning Earthquake Resistance for Building Structures) Buildings and Non-Buildings), and Reinforced Concrete SNI 2847:2019 (Structural concrete requirements for buildings and explanations), and The structural design of this 25-storey Apartment Building includes the design of this superstructure including columns, beams, and floor plates. For the loading that is reviewed for planning structural elements are dead loads, live loads, and earthquake loads. Structural calculations were carried out using the ETABS program

Abstract

The purpose of this Research was to finding out the history of learning at Santu Petrus Pontianak Catholic High School in the process of planning, implementing, and evaluating internalizing Costantini's values. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Students, Deputy Head of Curriculum, history teachers, and lesson plans are the sources of this research data. Data collection techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and verification compiled through observation, interviews, and documentation. This is determined from research findings: 1) Costantini's values ​​have not been included in the RPP and syllabus documents. 2) the application of Costantini's values ​​is carried out in the learning process, the Costantini's values ​​contained (Pioneer, Vividerque, Caritas, Humalitas, Cooperente.) 3) the application of Costantini's values ​​is evaluated in the affective domain in the form of peer observation assessments. The values ​​of generosity and cooperation have been applied by students in life 4) students experience difficulties because they are unable to practice the pioneering values, indulgintiae. Meanwhile, teachers face challenges such as not being able to apply Vividiorque's values ​​and not being able to incorporate all of Costantini's values ​​into the history of the learning .
