Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Abstract

The city of Padang as a Smart City city released an innovation program with the use of technology, namely e-Kelurahan. E-Kelurahan is a service innovation that aims to make it easier for the community to take care of letters according to their needs in the Kelurahan can be done manually by the Kelurahan operator or by the community itself. Merode The research used in writing this article is a qualitative research method. This article uses descriptive method research with deductive implication. The data collected is data derived from interview manuscripts, field notes, personal documents, memo notes and other official documents. The sample of villages selected in writing this article is the New Flamboyant Village, Padang Barat District, Padang City, the theory used in testing the implementation of e-Keluraham innovation, according to George C. Edward III. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the implementation of e-kelurahan innovation in improving public services in the city of Padang has been well implemented by village operators but not by the community as a whole. The obstacles found in implementing this e-kelurahan are internal to the organization and external to the organization. The efforts made in facing the obstacles that occur are by continuing to carry out socialization to the community about the benefits of using the e-kelurahan application and conducting training and improvements to this e-kelurahan application to make it simpler and more efficient so that people can easily use this application so that in the end public services to the community can improve.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Islamic commercial banks financing mudharabah, murabahah, and musyarakah in Indonesia on ROA from 2016 to 2020. This quantitative research uses secondary data from financial reports published in OJK for the period 2016-2020. The study population consisted of five Islamic Commercial Banks with a total sample of 25. In this study, descriptive statistical tests and panel data regression models were used as data analysis techniques, also Eviews software version 12 was used to analyse the data. The study revealed that mudharabah, murabahah, and musyarakah financing all had an insignificant influence. Through the use of NPF as a moderating variable, murabahah, musyarakah, and mudharabah financing have a significant effect on the ROA variable.

Abstract

The implementation of diversion in the juvenile justice system as a perpetrator of the crime of theft under aggravating circumstances that the sentence of the Panel of Judges towards diversion in the juvenile justice system as a perpetrator of the crime of theft under aggravating circumstances in Decision Number 8/Pid.Sus-Anak/2018/PN.Btl the defendant was declared as a child offender because at the time of committing the crime the child was under 18 years of age, the defendant had fulfilled the elements of the article charged by the Public Prosecutor. The juvenile defendant had already been convicted in the same case, namely theft with violence, so the Panel of Judges considered that the juvenile must be sentenced according to the Article of criminal law regulations, the juvenile defendant had violated Article 365 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code. In addition to juridical considerations, the judge also has non-juridical considerations. In this case, the juvenile defendant was not required to seek diversion. The sentence or punishment imposed by the Judge against the Child Defendant is the main punishment, namely Institutional Development in the Special Development Institute for Children for 5 (five) months. Meanwhile, in Decision Number 12/Pid.Sus-Anak/2020/PN Cbn the panel of judges imposed Article 363 paragraph (1) 3rd, 5th of the Criminal Code, Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System on Criminal Procedure and other relevant laws and regulations. The panel of judges was also correct because it applied the principle of restorative justice in which in its verdict stated that the perpetrator was indeed proven legally and convincingly guilty of committing the crime of "Theft Under Aggravating Circumstances." The panel of judges also continued to impose a sentence on the Child therefore with imprisonment for 3 (three) months in the Bandung Special Development Institute for Children (LPKA) so that the child defendant receives guidance and ordered that the sentence does not need to be served, unless in the future by a judge's decision another order is given on the grounds of the Child Convict before the probation period of 6 (six) months.

Abstract

The Municipal Government of Padang through North Padang District continues to make changes and developments in governance through bureaucratic reform. There are 8 areas of change in bureaucratic reform that need to be carried out seriously and sustainably. One of the important areas of change is a change in mindset and culture set (work culture). Mayor of Padang Decree Number 274 of 2019 concerning Bureaucratic Reform Change Agents for the Padang City Government assigns individuals or groups of organizational members from the leadership level to employees to be able to drive change in the work environment and at the same time act as role models for each individual organization. This study analyzes the influence of the work culture of change agents on the behavior of bureaucratic apparatus using a descriptive quantitative approach and the population is all State Civil Servants of the North Padang District with a total of 71 people based on the bezzeting of this District in December 2022. Data collection with this questionnaire starts from distribution until all questionnaires were collected again in full took place from October to December 2022. This questionnaire was prepared according to a Likert scale which was made based on the Padang Mayor Regulation Number 18 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for the Development of Change Agents. Based on this research data, it can be seen that the work culture of change agents has an influence significant and contributed 17.4% while the remaining 82.6% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparison of service quality of passenger terminals at the Port of Tanjung Priok and the Port of Surabaya. The method used is a survey using a questionnaire to respondents who have used the two passenger terminals. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and independent sample t-test. The results showed that in general the service quality of the passenger terminals at Tanjung Priok Port and Surabaya Port was considered quite good by the respondents. However, there are significant differences in several aspects of service quality between the two terminals. The passenger terminal at the Port of Surabaya is considered better in terms of security and safety, comfort, as well as facilities and services. Meanwhile, the passenger terminal at Tanjung Priok Port is considered better in terms of waiting time and queue time

Abstract

This article aims to explain the Western European Union (WEU) in the dynamics of European regional security. We will start the article by identifying problems through the historical basis of the WEU’s formation. The WEU emerged after the second world war after the Modified Brussels Treaty (MBT), and was expected to appear as a pillar of European security architecture. The presence of the WEU in the European security constellation created a feud between the two camps, namely Atlantism and Europeanism. WEU based on the MBT has a mandate in the area of collective security and the economy. However, these tasks are then taken over by more established organizations such as NATO, or emerging ones such as the European Community (EC). This causes WEU to die as an institution. After the Rome declaration in 1984, WEU underwent a revitalization of its institution. But the spirit is back down. We believe that the decline in the spirit of revitalization was due to WEU's failure to deal with the Yugoslav crisis. At the end of the article, We conclude that Europe is not ready to create an independent security environment.

Abstract

An ideal IPA learning module should be able to train the science literacy skills of students, but in reality some outstanding IPA learning modules are still unable to train science literacy skills. The development of teaching materials in the form of science literacy-based modules is expected to make students accustomed to science literacy so as to improve the skills literacy science of students This module focuses on the material of the human excretion system. The purpose of this study is to describe the validity of junior high school IPA modules based on the literacy of material science human excretion systems. The development method used is 4D but in this study only used 3D. The data obtained comes from validation instruments. The validity result of the module obtained a percentage of 90.43% which means it is very valid. The average of 3.62 means very good. This module is also conducted reliability test with a percentage rate of 85.10%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the SMP IPA module based on science literacy in the excretion system material is suitable for use.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative and descriptive approach to research, the end results of which provide detailed insights. Primary and secondary data sources used were interviews with researchers, and data were evaluated using a descriptive analysis approach. In research, role theory is taken as the theoretical basis. The findings of this study concern the role of single parents in raising their children on Jl Blok American I Gondrong Village. Children raised in democratic parenting are more responsible, warm and independent. Children raised in permissive parenting are less responsible and less rebellious. A child with an authoritarian parenting style is more stressed, but lacks a sense of responsibility.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design a product or application that can help the community, especially victims of sexual violence or harassment that occurs in Indonesia, whether male or female, because all deserve a sense of security and protection, through the SaveWo application, researchers conduct research that can be a solution to the problem of sexual violence, After testing with the SUS technique, a score of 78 was obtained which is included in the acceptable category or can be accepted with grade B which indicates the appearance and flow of the application is easy to understand, but some users experience many errors or missclicks which indicate that it needs to be reviewed so that users no longer experience missclicks, but even so, based on the results of calculations and feedback submitted by users for prototypes and features designed in accordance with user needs.
