Abstract

Rapid technological developments have presented various innovations in the financial services sector, namely the presence of Financial Technology. One form of Financial Technology is Peer to Peers Lending, which is an online lending platform that appeared in 2016, was motivated by national economic growth to improve services in the financial sector. Behind the convenience provided by Peer to Peer Lending technology, there is a problem that arises, namely the existence of Financial Technology Peers to Illegal Peer Lending that makes people more interested because of easy access and procedures for making loans online but unnoticed by consumers and the public. Illegal Peer to Peer Lending causes a high risk of default for both parties. The role of the OJK as an independent institution is urgently needed because the legality of the Financial Technology business has high risks related to consumer protection. The research method used by the authors in this article is a qualitative description in which the data source for this research is secondary data with data collection techniques namely literature reviews , analyzing previous research on the topic of the role of the OJK in supervising consumer protection against the development of Financial Technology Peers to Peers lending . From the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that in dealing with problems that arise as a result of Financial Technology Peers to Peers Illegal lending OJK issued POJK Number 77/POJK.01/2016 concerning information technology-based money lending services and in 2018 OJK issued POJK Number 13/POJK. 02/2018 concerning digital financial innovation in the financial services sector, but unfortunately the regulations issued by the OJK have not been fully able to handle cases of illegal Peer to Peer Lending because the enactment of the POJK does not necessarily make the entities administering the Financial Technology comply. Other steps taken by the OJK in an effort to prevent and supervise acts of fraud by financial technology lending entities are through preventive measures and during operations, as well as conducting selective checks on Peer to Peer Lending companies applying to open new accounts and blocking or closing Peer website applications. Abstract

Literacy regarding pension funds in Indonesian society is still very low, where people still think that pension funds are only intended for Civil Servants (PNS) or private employees. In fact, to get a pension is the right of every working citizen so that life in retirement can still be fulfilled. In 2020, 94.35% of working people in Indonesia have not been registered in the pension fund program. One of the efforts made by the Government is to support the formation of a sharia pension fund as a solution for the community to prepare for prosperity in their old age, both in this world and in the hereafter. The purpose of this paper is to determine the basis of fiqh and Islamic business law for the development and management of Islamic pension funds. Because there are differences in the management of conventional pension funds with Islamic pension funds, namely the investment management system carried out to avoid usury and interest-based conventional financial investments. Based on the Fatwa of DSN MUI 88/DSN-MUI/XI/2013 and DSN MUI 99/DSN-MUI/XII/2015 regarding sharia pension funds and sharia annuities, it allows the management of sharia pension funds in accordance with the provisions in the fatwa.

Abstract

In applying Article 340 of the Criminal Code to the case of premeditated murder based on Decision Number 668/PID.B/2019/PN.Jkt.Tim and Decision Number 1001/Pid.B/2021/PN.Jkt.Tim the Defendants were sentenced, then in accordance with the provisions of Article 222 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 197 paragraph (1) letter i of the Criminal Procedure Code, the Defendants are burdened to pay court costs and with due regard to the provisions of Article 340 Jo. Article 56 paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code. Meanwhile, in Decision Number 1001/Pid.B/2021/PN.Jkt.Tim the Defendant was charged with Article 340 of the Criminal Code where the judge was incorrect in the verdict, namely even though he had stated that the Defendant RIDHO IHWANSYAH BIN ROZALI was legally and convincingly proven guilty of committing the crime of "helping to commit premeditated murder" as charged in the PRIMAIR indictment of the Public Prosecutor and the Defendant ASEP SAEPUDIN alias ALEX BIN WAHYUDI based on Decision Number 1001/Pid. B/2021/PN.Jkt.Tim was found legally and convincingly guilty of committing the crime of premeditated murder as set out in the First Alternative Indictment. However, the Panel of Judges was unfair and did not maximize the punishment by only sentencing the defendant ASEP SAEPUDIN alias ALEX Bin WAHYUDI in the form of imprisonment for 15 (fifteen) years. Meanwhile, the Panel of Judges in Decision Number 668/PID.B/2019/PN.Jkt Tim only sentenced the Defendant RIDHO IHWANSYAH BIN ROZALI to imprisonment for only 8 (eight) years. The deliberate premeditated murder committed by the defendants should have been subject to a more severe criminal sanction, namely the death penalty.

Abstract

The low literacy rate in Indonesia causes a mindset shift. Students' critical thinking abilities must be honed through literacy-based activities. This study seeks to determine the implementation of literacy activities designed to foster critical thinking in students. This investigation was carried out at Gondangrejo State Senior High School. Utilizing a case study methodology, observation, interviews, and documentation are utilized to conduct qualitative research. Participants in the data collection included school principals, literacy coaches, and students. Triangulation is used to validate the information obtained from sources. This research uses Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis technique to analyze the data. Literacy activities at Gondangrejo State Senior High School were carried out through two methods, a special schedule and classroom instruction. Literacy is held on a special schedule every Friday with three reading resource activities, including free articles, fiction, and poetry. In contrast, literacy instruction includes pre-activity, activity, and post-activity phases. These literacy activities hone students' critical thinking skills, particularly in their responses to reading material outlined in literacy journals.

Abstract

Research on the Effectiveness of Visual Communication of Warning Images on Cigarette Packaging Against Health Awareness (Correlational Descriptive Analysis on Students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Singaperbangsa University Karawang Class of 2018) aims to determine the visual perception of students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Singaperbangsa Karawang class of 2018 on images warnings about the dangers of smoking on cigarette packs. The research method used was quantitative with the population selected in this study being active students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Singaperbangsa University, Karawang class of 2018, both the Communication Studies Program and Government Science which consisted of 82 students. The results of the research and discussion show that the pictures of the dangers of smoking contained on cigarette packages are considered effective because they can be understood by the majority of informants and provide awareness to reconsider smoking activities while the health awareness of the dangers of smoking among the informants even though assessing the warning pictures on the dangers of smoking is not attractive, they will definitely paying attention to pictures of the dangers of smokers in every cigarette purchase, so that this gives them visual awareness of the dangers of smoking. Even though there is effectiveness in visual communication in the pictures of the dangers of smokers on each cigarette pack, most of the informants who incidentally are smokers decide not to stop smoking.

Abstract

Competitive Advantage, namely the ability gained through roles and resources to outperform an organization/company of a similar nature, and keep the company active and developing so that it is superior to its competitors. With the intense competition requires a company to be more competitive. This study aims to analyze human resource management practices and employee service quality on competitive advantage mediated by employee engagement in the JNE Cikarang area. This study found a comprehensive analysis of competitive advantage. The method used in this study uses the SmartPLS Version 3.0 application. Analysis of the 87 respondents in this study used cluster random sampling method. This study resulted that the practice of human resource management and employee service quality had no effect on competitive advantage, furthermore there was a significant positive effect between employee engagement on competitive advantage in the JNE Cikarang Area. The final results of this study reveal that human resource management practices have a positive effect on competitive advantage through employee engagement, as well as employee service quality have a positive effect on competitive advantage through employee engagement.

Abstract

In Indonesia the tourism sector has very good potential which is one of the sectors that refers to the economy in Indonesia. Kasie River is a new tourist destination in Lubuk Linggau City with the need for tourism, recreation and entertainment, it will add to the community's economy and increase Human Resources in the Lubuk Linggau region. The purpose of this research is to get a potential to increase the potential that is developed because it has economic and social values ​​for the community around the tourism area that will be developed. The research method used in this study is the quantitative method. Where the population in this study are tourists and residents around the Kasie River area. For the sampling technique in this study, namely purposive sampling, where in data analysis using the SWOT analysis method. So that the results of the research analysis conducted by researchers can be concluded that the Kasie River tourist area has the potential to be developed by having beautiful natural scenic characteristics, this area also has large land and a strategic location so that it can be developed more broadly. There is also a Rafting ride, thereby increasing the attractiveness of the public to visit these tourist attractions. River area development strategy by increasing human resources, creating jobs and becoming a source of income for the surrounding community, increasing promotion and opportunities for collaboration with the private sector and the community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih jauh tentang komitmen Ekstrakurikuler Palang Merah Remaja dalam penguatan kompetensi tanggung jawab kemasyarakatan bagi siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAN 2 Sukoharjo. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan subjek penelitian sebagai kepala sekolah, pembina PMR dan anggota PMR SMAN 2 Sukkoharjo. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penguatan tanggung jawab kemasyarakatan yang dilakukan di SMA Negeri 2 Sukoharjo melalui ekstrakurikuler PMR dapat dilihat dengan dilaksanakannya berbagai kegiatan PMR. Langkah yang dilakukan antara lain latihan rutin, P3K, senam sendi dan jumbara. Kegiatan tersebut mengandung nilai-nilai peduli sosial dan lingkungan, pola hidup sehat, disiplin, mandiri dan bertanggung jawab, sehingga dapat memperkuat dan membentuk kompetensi civic responsibility yang merupakan bagian dari good citizen bagi peserta didik. dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat.

Abstract

This study discusses the discourse contained in Luthfi Halimawan's YouTube uploads in playing the game "Stumble Guys" which contains many words that are verbal abuse in speech. The use of sentences with elements of verbal abuse is quite concerning considering that the gameplay content of "Stumble Guys" is also watched by people of a minor age. In this study, researchers used a critical paradigm, with Rodney H. Jones's digital discourse analysis method. The findings from this digital discourse analysis explain that the "Stumble Guys" gameplay video content uploaded on Luthfi Halimawan's YouTube channel is a discourse on the use of sentences with elements of verbal abuse in gameplay content intended to make this content appear more liked by the audience. Luthfi produces content with elements of verbal abuse which he uses in titles, clips, highlights, and content in order to please his audience.

Abstract

Aktivitas kegiatan melukis dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu cara untuk mengukur kemampuan imaginasi dan tingkat kreativitas pada anak namun permasalahan saat ini banyak yang kurang tertarik minat anak karena standar penilaian hanya pada mata pelajaran bidang lainnya, padahal subsektor seni rupa Indonesia memiliki potensi besar baik secara kualitas, kuantitas, pelaku kreatif, produktivitas, hingga potensi pasar.Sehingga kegiatan melukis dengan cat air ini bertujuan selain mengembangkan imaginasi dan kreatifitas anak sedari kecil melalui pengenalan ragam karya seni rupa Indonesia, juga nantinya dapat mengangkat nama Indonesia ke mata dunia dan menjadi sumber devisa kebudayaan yang bernilai tinggi. Media cat air adalah Media Lukis dengan teknik menggunakan sesikit warna dan air yang banyak, sehingga lukisan dengan teknik ini cenderung bersifar transparat atau • Peluang ini dapat menjadi lukisan memberi efek bergradasi baik dalam perbedaan intensitas ataupun dengan warna yang berbeda di Taman Alamanda Bekasi. Hasil yang didapat anak-anak dapat menampilkan visual lukis tema pemandangan alam Indonesia dengan mengggunakan teknik menggunakan cat air. Kesimpulan dari pengenalan kegiatan melukis pada anak-anak dimana Seni Rupa menjadi standar penilaian masyarakat internasional, dan menjadi ukuran kemajuan peradaban budaya sebuah bangsa sehingga perlu dilakukan edukasi pada anak anak untuk meningkatkan kreativitasnya serta mau mengembangkan bidang senirupa khususnya melukis dengan cat air dengan terus dilatih melalui kegiatan melukis.
