Abstract

This study aims to reduce pinhole defects that cause the rejects on breathable backsheet film products with the six sigma method approach through the tool, namely DMAIC. The define phase will define any problems that cause product rejection, then in the measure phase the sigma value calculation is carried out from the production process, then in the analyze phase an analysis of the pinhole causes is carried out, then in the improve phase improvements are made to the pinhole causes, lastly on the control phase is carried out by comparing the data from the measure stage before and after the repair. From the analysis, it can be concluded that the main cause of pinhole is the presence of dust in the recycle material. Improvements were made by making a dust separator for recycled materials and providing training to operators. The result of the improvement is a decrease in the number of pinholes and an increase in the sigma number of the process.

Abstract

Indonesian businessment must pay close attention to any problems that exist in the business sector. This study aims to measure the influence of Transformational leadership, Green Human Resources Management on Business Sustainability mediated by Organizational Innovation in millennial generation employees at the Tiara Cibarusah cafe or restaurant in the Bekasi Regency area. This data was analyzed using quantitative methods, saturated sampling techniques with a sample of 41 respondents. The processing of this research applies the SmartPLS 3.0 software program. The results of the analysis in this study found that there was a significant influence between Transformational Leadership on Business Sustainability of millennial generation employees at the Tiara Cibarusah cafe or restaurant in the Bekasi Regency area. There is a significant influence of Transformational Leadership on Organizational Innovation for millennial generation employees at the Tiara Cibarusah cafe or restaurant in the Bekasi Regency area. There is a significant influence of Organizational Innovation on Business Sustainability of millennial generation employees of the Tiara Cibarusah café or restaurant in the Bekasi Regency area. There is a significant influence of Transformational Leadership on Business Sustainability through Organizational Innovation of millennial generation employees at the Tiara Cibarusah cafe or restaurant in the Bekasi Regency area. There is a significant influence of Green Human Resources Management on Business Sustainability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the standards for evaluating education in Indonesia based on Permendikbud No. 21 of 2022. The research method used was literature study. The type of data used is data generated from literature studies, namely data related to Permendikbud No. 21 of 2022. Using a descriptive analysis method. Permendikbud No.21 of 2022 contains student assessment standards and aspects that are developed in the learning process. Assessment of student learning outcomes is carried out in accordance with the objectives of the assessment in a fair, objective and educative manner. In carrying out the assessment the teacher must first determine the assessment criteria before making a decision and must be adjusted to the conditions that exist in the class. Structured and systematic assessment procedures consist of formulation of assessment objectives, selection and development of assessment instruments, processing of assessment results and reporting of assessment results. The assessment is carried out by educators taking into account the characteristics of the needs of students and based on an assessment plan that is in accordance with the lesson plan.

Abstract

The Influence Of Self-Concept and Celebrity Worship on Body Image in BTS Fans. The Korean wave or hallyu, phenomenon that affects all age groups in Indonesia provides a new perspective on body image. Body image is an individual's overall view of his own body, which is obtained based on experience and point of view. The point of view obtained can be influenced by several factors, such as self-concept and celebrity worship. This study aims to determine the influence of self-concept and celebrity worship on the body image of BTS fans. This research uses quantitative methods. The results of the multiple linear regression test show that the sig. 0.000 0.05 means that there is a simultaneous influence between self-concept and celebrity worship on the body image of BTS fans. Self-concept and celebrity worship variables contributed 15.6% to body image variables. Future researchers are expected to be able to examine other variables that might affect body image, such as external factors, and do so on a wider subject.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teaching styles of old and young PAI teachers on students' attitudes and learning motivation in Class XI IPA MA Assalam Buaran Bantarkawung Brebes. This research uses a quantitative approach to research. The population in this study were students of class XI IPA MA assalam. The sample technique for class XI IPA is 30 students. Retrieval of data in this study is the method of documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used percentage descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS IBM 28. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded as follows: 1) there is no effect on learning attitudes of PAI Old Teacher Teaching Styles obtained tcount of -2,397 < from ttable 2,052 and a sig value of 0.024. 2) there is an influence on the learning attitude of the young PAI teacher's teaching style, the tcount value is 3,321 > from the ttable 2.052 and a sig value of 0.003. 3) there is no effect on the learning attitude of the Old PAI Teacher's Teaching Style, obtained a tcount value of -2,666 < from ttable 2,052 and a sig value of 0.013 4) the results of the influence on the learning attitude of the Young PAI Teacher's Teaching Style obtained a tcount value of 4,129 > from ttable 2,052 and sig value < 0.001.

Abstract

Humans in general are social beings, namely interacting with one another in order to complement their individual needs. Health is also an element of general welfare that must be realized in accordance with the national goals of the Indonesian nation. Abstract

The role is a set of behavior that is expected to be possessed by people who are domiciled in society, individual characteristics that are distinctive and special. Parents are the people who are primarily responsible for the education of children. Parents determine the future of children. The cultivation of religiosity values ​​(religiousness) according to Islam is implementing religious or Islamic teachings as a whole. Abstract

Plastic is a material that is widely used for the manufacture of various products. Plastic industrialization continues to be developed to meet human needs but this also has a negative impact. Plastic industrialization produces plastic waste which is a source of environmental damage. Plastic waste that can only decompose in a long time is not friendly and even becomes a threat to environmental sustainability. Departing from these problems, development and research related to plastic products that are able to provide added value but are environmentally friendly are continuously carried out. One example of the development of bioplastics is the research and development of biodegradable plastics for food packaging which contain antimicrobial properties. The application of antimicrobials to biodegradable plastics can be an added value because environmentally friendly plastic packaging can simultaneously maintain and protect food from being easily damaged or spoiled. Various kinds of antimicrobial agents have been studied, especially regarding their respective abilities against bacteria which are a source of food spoilage. This study uses a literature study on bacteria regarding descriptions and explanations and antimicrobial ingredients derived from organic and inorganic materials that are not harmful to health.

Abstract

Media relations are an important activity that directly relates to external parties and is carried out by the Corporate Communication team of PT. United Tractors Tbk to disseminate information, obtain publicity through mass media, and maintain the company's image. Recognizing the important role of the mass media in the sustainability of a company, there is no other way for an institution but to open itself to the media and optimize its function and role as a public relations practitioner in building good relationships with the media. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to identify the media relations strategies applied by PT. United Tractors Tbk in building relationships with the media.This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method, with data presented in the form of descriptive data through written words. Research findings were obtained from interviews. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction techniques. The model used in this study is the two-way symmetric model. The results of this study show that the relationship between PT. United Tractors and the media is effectively managed through the help of a third-party agency through well-planned media relations activities, thus creating a good and mutually beneficial approach for both parties.

Abstract

Penyumbang kecelakaan kerja terbesar di Indonesia berasal dari sektor konstruksi, terdapat 32% kecelakaan di sektor ini dari totalnya pada keseluruhan pada setiap tahunnya di Indonesia. Penelitian memiliki tujuan yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor paling berpengaruh atau dominan terhadap terjadinya kecelakaan kerja pekerja yang sedang membangun gedung Puskesmas Ketabang di Kota Surabaya. Penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan adalah analitik observasional (cross sectional) dan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik accidental sampling. Sampel penelitian sejumlah 60 responden. Analisis uji statistik yaitu uji statistik regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari beberapa faktor yaitu usia, tingkat pendidikan, masa kerja, tingkat pengetahuan, tindakan tidak aman, penggunaan pada Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) dan lingkungan kerja terdapat faktor kejadian kecelakaan kerja di sektor konstruksi yang paling berpengaruh. Faktor dominan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja pada proyek ini yaitu faktor tindakan tidak aman menunjukkan Pvalue dengan besar nilainya 0,000 yang berarti nilai Pvalue<0,05 serta menunjukkan nilai kemaknaan OR yaitu 0,001 yang berarti bahwa pekerja yang bertindakan tidak aman saat bekerja memiliki resiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja dengan besarnya 1 kali daripada pekerja yang bertindakan aman dengan CI: 0,000-0,020. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor tindakan tidak aman menjadi faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi terhadap kejadian kecelakaan kerja di sektor konstruksi, sehingga peningkatan terhadap tindakan pencegahan dapat diupayakan untuk mengurangi terjadinya kecelakaan yang disebabkan oleh kerja khususnya di konstruksi.
