Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Abstract

This study aims to contribute to the development of education management and enrich conceptual studies related to create quality education through increase for teacher loyalty and discover loyalty factor there is empowerment and trust This research is a quantitative research with survey method and uses path analysis. The population in this study were teachers in the state high school in Depok. The data obtained from the questionnaire given to 100 teachers is about impact of loyalty, empowerment and teacher trust with their school. From the data calculated and analyse there are three research result; empowerment of teacher has a positive effect on teacher loyalty, then the trust of teacher has a positive effect on teacher loyalty, and the last is empowering teachers to have a positive effect on teacher's trust.

Abstract

The research aims to produce a techical training package for family planning counselor (PKB) to increase the competence of cadres of Village Family Planning (IMP). The strudy is research and development (RnD) which adopted 9 from 10 steps of Dick and Carey Model which integrated with Rontree Model considering of: 1) identify instructional goal, 2) conduct instructional analysis, 3) analize learners and contexts, 4) write performance objectives, 5) develop assessment instruments, 6) develop instructional strategy, 7) develop and select instructional materials, consist of planning, preparing for writing and writing and re-writing, 8. Design and conduct formative evaluation of instruction, 9) revise instruction. The research producted are curriculum, manual book of training, printed module, and instructional evaluation.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship between gender level reasoning abilities towards students' mathematics learning outcomes, the type of quantitative research. The population of this research was 98 students in class XII of Ketapang 1 Public High School, West Kalimantan. The research sample was 98 students based on Arkunto's income. Data collection techniques with questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique uses correlation analysis. The results of the study are known 1) There is no difference in mathematical learning reasoning abilities, between male students and female students in terms of learning outcomes, 2) There is no relationship between gender level reasoning skills in mathematics learning with student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of principals' leadership style, work motivation, and job satisfaction on the performance of high school teachers in Tanjung Priok Subdistrict. Both directly and indirectly. The population in this study were teachers in Tanjung Priok Subdistrict, amounting to 136 (one hundred and thirty six) people. A sample of 100 (one hundred) people. Sampling used the stratified proportionate random sampling method. Data collection using questionnaires, then analyzing data by path analysis using SPSS version 23.0. The results showed a significant positive effect between the principal's leadership style on work motivation (1), the principal's leadership style on job satisfaction (2), the principal's leadership style on teacher performance (3), work motivation on job satisfaction (4), work motivation on teacher performance (5), and job satisfaction on teacher performance (6). The overall effect is 44.08% directly and indirectly, while the rest of 55.92% is a factor influence other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The school is the second place of education for children. Schools can become educational identities that have positive and negative meanings. Schools that have strong identities tend to have good perceptions among the community. For this reason, a good reputation is needed to achieve education that has succeeded in bringing students to be human beings, devoted and accomplished. This research is motivated by the problem of School Administration and School Reputation The purpose of this paper is to answer how the identity and reputation of the school in Samarinda 10 SMA, Kalimantas Timur. The approach method used is quantitative approach while the data analysis technique is a correlation. The results of the study showed that School Identity had an effect on School Reputation

Abstract

Sending messages and ideas requires effective and efficient time. Students who are ready to receive messages will easily communicate with teachers and peers. The communication process is not as simple as imagined. Communication can be an obstacle in classroom learning. Communication skills are the ability of teachers to create a communicative climate between teachers and students in learning activities in accordance with learning objectives. Related to the learning process, communication is said to be effective if the message in this case is the subject matter can be received and understood, and generate positive feedback by students. This research method uses a literature review method, by collecting data and sorting and then giving conclusions. The results of this study indicate that effective and efficient communication plays an important role in the teaching and learning process, which ultimately results in better output.

Abstract

This study aims at producing an online module, revealing the feasibility of the module, and revealing the effectiveness of the module. The modeling of the research and development was conducted by combining Derek Rowntree model and ILDF (Integrative Learning Design Framework). The stages of Rowntree development model included planning, preparation of writing, writing and re-writing. These stages produced a printed module which was then designed and further developed into an online learning module through ILDF model. The ILDF modeling consists of exploration, enactment and evaluation stages. Based on experts’ judgment in scale 1-4, feasibility tests showed that the developed module is very appropriate to use. In term of learning aspects, this module was scored 3,72 or very good by content experts and 3,68 by learning design experts. As well, its media appropriateness was considered very good by media experts that scored 3,58. The readability of the module is easy, it is proved by 5,05 score of Fog Index. The result of face to face tryout shows that the feasibility score is 3,61. Based on a field trial involving 20 students, the average of pretest is 35,00 and posttest is 78,75. So, the increase of test result in a teaching process using the online module is 43,75. From that result above, it can be concluded that a teaching process in Chemistry using the online module is effective.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a product in the form of an integrated science learning package for students class VIII in junior high school to improve science learning outcomes. research methodology using the R & D method. The development model used is the Derex Rowntree and the design of the Sitepu learning material which consists of three stages; the preparation stage, the writing preparation stage, and the writing and editing stage. The product testing phase begins with the validation of several experts such as material experts, media experts and instructional design experts. With the acquisition of an average material expert of 3.31 media experts with the average of 3.6 and an instructional design expert with the average of 3.85, it means that the integrated science learning package is feasible to use. Furthermore, the product was tested for the number of students of class VIII with one to one test as many as 3 students, obtained an overall average score of 3.36 and the test filed test as many as 22 respondents with an average gain of 3.67. In conclusion, the integrated science learning package developed has been very good and feasible to be used in the science learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a product in the form of a multi-media IPS learning package for class VIII students at MTSN 24 Jakarta. The research methodology uses the R & D method. The product testing phase begins with the validation of several experts namely material experts, media experts and instructional design experts. With the acquisition of an average material expert of 3.63 media experts an average of 3.26 and an instructional design expert on average 3.68 means that the multi-media IPS learning package is feasible to use. Furthermore, the product was tested for the number of class VIII students with thetest one to one as many as 3 students obtained an overall average score of 3.82. In conclusion, the social studies learning package developed has been very good and feasible for use in the social studies learning process.

Abstract

Management of information technology and design work is very close to the services that will be provided to students. Establishing a good work design is a good part of planning. Information management can be applied in the era of digital technology. The purpose of this study is to determine whether Design Work influences the Quality of Teacher Services through Information Technology Management and Educational Communication. This research was conducted at State Vocational School 36 Samata, Gowa, South Sulawesi. By distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents with Path Analysis. The results of this study indicate that Design Work has an effect on the Quality of Teacher Services at SMK Samata, Gowa, South Sulawesi, through Information and Communication Technology Management.
