Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Abstract

Speaking is one aspect of language skills and is also a target of language learning for children aged 6-8 years, including preschool children who have characteristics of distinctive physical and psychological development. One of the highlights of children aged 6-8 years is that they are already fond of chatting. Based on the observations of researchers the problem that is often encountered in SD Aisyah Lubuklinggau is the delay in speaking that is saying words that are not perfect, such as the letters R, S, L, Z, Y, F, C in the pronunciation there are still some lisp. Of the 19 students, only 25% or 5 people were able, while 75% or 16 people were categorized as less. So it must be corrected immediately so that in the teaching and learning process there is no communication barrier between the teacher and the child and between children and their peers. For this reason researchers are motivated to improve children's speaking skills by using role playing methods while paying attention to the characteristics of early childhood language development.

Abstract

Education within the family is the main education. In the family are laid the foundations of educational norms. A solid foundation in education is in the family. Parental education influences the pattern of children's education at home. The purpose of this study is to find out the magnitude of the relationship between the level of education of parents to the learning achievement of students of class X IPS at Alihsan High School Bekasi. The research method used is a quantitative method. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the level of education of parents and the learning achievement of class X students at Alihsan High School.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of school culture and work climate on performance. This research was conducted in public high schools using a survey method with multiple linear regression analysis applied in hypothesis testing and 60 samples selected by the sampling area. The findings of this study are (1) the positive direct influence of school culture on performance, (2) the positive direct influence of the work climate on performance, and (3) the positive direct influence of school culture on the work climate. Based on the findings in this study, it can be concluded that school culture and work climate have a direct effect on performance, and school culture has a very significant degree of influence compared to the work climate.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work and the progress that has been made by someone in their field of work. In achieving good result it needs to be supported by managerial effectiveness and a good work ethic between each person has an influence in improving teacher performance Elementary School at Kecamatan Teluk Mutiara Kabupater Alor.The population in this study amounted to 229 teachers, taking research samples using simple random sampling techniques using Slovin formula so that there were 146 teachers. Data is empirical data obtained from questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data was anakyzed by descriptive analysis, then the hypothesis used path analysis.The results of the study show that there is a Principal Management Effectiveness that has a positive direct on performance. Work Ethics has a positive direct effect on performance. PPrincipal Management Effectiveness has a positive direct effect on the Work Ethic. The research implications are to improve the managerial effectiveness

Abstract

The problem of population in Indonesia essentially involves three aspects, namely the aspect of quantity, aspects of quality and aspects of mobility (migration). Migration is the movement of the population with the aim of settling from somewhere else. This study aims to examine the culture of migration and local wisdom of the Bajo people which are related to sustainable use of natural resources. The method used is literature review. In the discussion, information was obtained that dependence on marine natural resources caused the people of the Bajo to move from one area to another with the aim of obtaining sources of life from the sea. To preserve marine natural resources, the Bajo tribe has a concept of local wisdom called pamali.

Abstract

This research is aimed to design the teaching material: Active Reading text book. The researchers applied the Pebble Pond Model to design the book. The model consists of six different phases namely, problem, progression, analysis, strategy, design and production. Merril (2002). The result of the research is expected to help the lecturers to teach active reading course and deliver the knowledge through the reading material to the students. After identifying students’ problem in comprehend ESL texts, analyzing the students’ needs, designing the draft, and arranging the materials, the researchers designed the book based on the available syllabus. The Active Reading book is designed to assist the students in learning reading at the third semester. The book consists of the reading material completed by the reading strategies. The various ESL texts will help the students be successful readers.

Abstract

Influence of business plan proposal (business plan) is the beginning of human activity in developing its business. The creation of business plan proposals important things must be learned and understood. The training plan of business plan in SMK Bhakti Husada gives correlation (R) value of 0.411 and explained the percentage of influence of independent variable to the dependent variable called coefficient of determination which is the result of squaring R. From the coefficient of determination R2 contributed of 16.9%, while the rest is influenced by other variables. The value of t arithmetic = 2.387 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 then H0 is accepted, which means there is a significant effect (significant) variable making business plan proposals to entrepreneurship variables.

Abstract

Evaluasi Program Bantuan Biaya Personal Pendidikan Melalui Kartu Jakarta Pintar (KJP) di SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Jakarta yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian konteks, input, proses, dan produk Program Bantuan Biaya Personal Pendidikan Melalui Kartu Jakarta Pintar (KJP) di SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Jakarta. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah metode mix method dengan menggambungkan dua metode penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Prosedur pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan angket. Sumber datanya kepala sekolah, ketua tata usaha, operator sekolah, bendahara, guru dan peserta didik. Berdasarkan analisis data ditemukan bahwa tingkat ketercapaian Program Bantuan Biaya Personal Pendidikan Melalui Kartu Jakarta Pintar (KJP) pada variabel konteks Program Bantuan Biaya Personal Pendidikan Melalui Kartu Jakarta Pintar (KJP) di SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Jakarta sebesar 83,86% dengan kategori sangat baik. Variabel input Program Bantuan Biaya Personal Pendidikan Melalui Kartu Jakarta Pintar (KJP) di SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Jakarta sebesar 77,36 dengan kategori baik. Variabel proses Program Bantuan Biaya Personal Pendidikan Melalui Kartu Jakarta Pintar (KJP) di SMK Muhammad 7 Jakarta sebesar 85,01% dengan kategori sangat baik. Variabel produk Program Bantuan Biaya Personal Pendidikan Melalui Kartu Jakarta Pintar (KJP) di SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Jakarta sebesar 85,97% dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Program Bantuan Biaya Personal Pendidikan Melalui Kartu Jakarta Pintar (KJP) di SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Jakarta dapat dilanjutkan.

Abstract

An entrepreneur or entrepreneur is a person who is responsible for a business by bearing the risk of profit or loss. Entrepreneurs can be classified into two groups, namely business entrepreneurs (business entrepreneurs) and social entrepreneurs (social entrepreneurs). The main difference between them lies in the use of profits. For business entrepreneurs the benefits will be utilized for business expansion, while for social entrepreneurs the profits gained (in part or in whole) are reinvested in community empowerment. But the number of entrepreneurs is still below 2 percent of Indonesia's total population of 260 million. This research is using experimental method. Data is taken from vocational students. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of Cooperative Learning Method and self confidence on the interest in entrepreneurship in Bekasi's Future Gate High School students. The results showed that, there was no significant effect of cooperative method and self confidence together on the interest in entrepreneurship and there was an effect of self confidence in the interest in entrepreneurship, and there was a significant effect of cooperative methods on entrepreneurial interest.
