Abstract

Especially fishing easy to gain risks and have fluctuating income pattern. These have encouraged women, both housewives and daughters to get involved in increasing the familys income. The research method was a case study. In Maitara, there were 56 fishermans families whose wives worked in fisheries and 3 families in other economic activities. Sampling used a propotional stratified random sampling technique, in which data were collected through direct observations, interview and documentation study. Results showed that fishermens family communities in Maitara. The husband spent more time for productive activities as pure seine workers. The role of women was double, both in the productive activities, such as children care, cooking and washing. The role of women in the family to raise the income level was dependent upon the type of work done and the size of capital, but so far the income obtained by housewives could support the familys economic. Domestic activities couid also reduce living cost, since these could be done by themselves and assisted by their children.

Abstract

This research aimed at investigating effectiveness of mini lab based cognitive conflict model application in physics learning on context, process and result components. This research used two types of data; they were primary data gained through observation and interview, and secondary data gained through documentation study. The instruments of research were interview guideline and observation sheet that was validated by using Aiken’s validation formula. The result in context component showed that teacher had fulfilled all criteria appropriately. It can be observed by the fulfillment of indicator of preparing syllabus, lesson plan, material characteristic and learning media. The result of process component showed that teacher and student had fulfilled process component well include indicator of student’s orientation in conflict, indicator of organizing students to learn, indicator of guiding individual and group investigation, indicator of developing and presenting the work, indicator of analyzing and evaluating. The result of result component showed that teacher was able to create learning evaluation properly. It showed by carried out of student’s cognitive learning achievement, the indicator of effective learning achievement, and the indicator of psychomotor leaning achievement. The conclusion of this research that mini lab based cognitive conflict model application in physics learning in context component, process and result is effective. Thus, mini lab based cognitive conflict model application in can be used in physics learning because it has been test it’s effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to improve reading skills in Indonesian language through the use of techniques and techniques for third grade students of SDN Inklusi Kelapa Gading Timur 03 North Jakarta. This study also aims to improve the quality and efficiency of learning. The research method in this research is action research which aims to improve the quality and efficiency of learning. In this study clothes to improve the reading ability of dyslexic children in grade III students. Data on student learning outcomes on average average repair service ability for dyslexic children Measurement from cycle I was 61.14% to 81.14% in cycle II. Whereas the average results of student action monitoring amounted to 30.00% from 60.00% to 90.00%, as well as monitoring the attitudes of attribution teachers by 26.66% from 66.67% to 93.33%. Improved reading skills in remedial program services for dyslexic children that show improvement from cycle I to cycle II

Abstract

This study aims to obtain data, facts, and information about the influence of leadership and work performance conflict. This study uses survey research methods using quantitative-causal using path analysis. This mapping is carried out to analyze the relationship between variables with the aim to make direct or indirect relations of exogenous variables to endogenous variables. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been described in the previous chapter, in the research on the Effect of Leadership and Conflict on Employee Performance of the Tanggerang District Education Office, it was concluded: (1) Direct positive leadership towards Job Performance. That is, effective leadership results in an increase in the work performance of employees of the Tanggerang District Education Office. (2) Negative direct conflict with Work Performance. That is, a decrease in work conflict Increases Job Performance of the Staff of the Tanggerang District Education Office. (3) Leadership has a direct negative effect on conflict. That is, effective leadership leads to a decline in the status of employees of the Tanggerang District Education Office. Thus, based on the results of these studies, it can be concluded that the Work Performance of the District Education Office of Tanggerang District is by conflict and conflict

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa yang menyebabkan terjadinya perceraian pasangan suami istri dan bagaimna cara penangananya. Ketika suatu perkawinan sering diwarnai pertengkaran, merasa tidak bahagia, ketidak setiaan pasangan atau masalah lainnya, seringkali terpikir untuk segera mengakhiri pernikahan tersebut. Bercerai dengan pasangan hidup merupakan solusi terbaik bagi banyak pasangan yang menikah. Tapi dengan bercerai tidak berarti bebas dari persoalan dan pasti ada masalah lain yang dihadapi untuk itu harus dipertimbangkan matang-matang untuk mengambil sebuah keputusan, mewujudkan keluarga yang mawaddah dan warahmah harus dilandasi cinta dan kasih sayang serta saling pengertian antara kedua belah pihak.

Abstract

A study of determining the influence of self confidence and communication on the teacher’s performance at junior high school have been done which the samples were taken at a district of Pulogadung ,East Jakarta. In this work a survey method with path analysis techniques was used by applying a questioner as a researched instrument. 98 responders were involved by sending their feedback within the questioner. Those responders were decided using simple random sampling among all teachers that working at the predetermined location. The results showing both self confidence and communication perform significant effect on the teacher’s performance. Moreover there is a correlation between self confidence and communication which one affects the other.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of teaching style and confidence in the results of learning passing the ball in the game of football, at MTS Madinatul Furqon Bogor class II 2017/2018. The research method is experiment with treatment design by level 2x2 with sample 32 people. The results of this study are as follows: 1) overall there is a difference between the teaching style of reciprocal and the style of teaching exercise to the learning outcomes of ball passing, 2) for students who have high self-confidence, resirokal teaching style gives better effect than the teaching style exercises on the learning outcomes of ball passing, 3) for students with low self-esteem, the provision of practice-style teaching exercises gives a better effect than the reciprocal teaching style for the learning outcomes of ball passing and 4) there is an interaction between teaching styles with confidence in learning outcomes passing ball.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of (1) organizational climate, (2) work motivation, (3) organizational citizenship behavior of high school teachers in the capital city of Jakarta. In data analysis, this study uses causal survey method using Path Analysis Technicque. This study used a sample of 138 teachers in 7 Buddhist secondary schools in the capital city of Jakarta who were selected using the Slovin formula. The results revealed that: first, there was a positive effect between the organizational climate and organizational citizenship behavior of teachers in schools. This means that an increase in the organizational climate results in an increase in teacher's organizational citizenship behavior. Second, there is a positive effect between work motivation and organizational citizenship behavior of teachers in schools. This means that increasing work motivation results in an increase in teacher's organizational citizenship behavior. Third, there is a positive effect between the organizational climate and the work motivation of teachers in schools. This means that an increase in the organizational climate has resulted in an increase in teacher's work motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of the research in writing this Classroom Action Research is to find out whether the use of picture media can improve Arabic learning outcomes (mastery mufrodat ) in students of class VII-5 MTs Negeri 24 Jakarta. The research method used isClass Action Researchin two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely the planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. While data collection uses observation, tests, field notes and documentation that is directly carried out in the field. Sources of data from this study were students of class VII-5 MTs Negeri 24 Jakarta. Analysis of the data used includes presenting data, and drawing conclusions.learning Mufrodat Arabic using media Images of the subject matter الأدوات المدرسية have improved learning outcomes. This is indicated by student learning outcomes on the average value obtained by students in the final question cycle I / P1 is 68.57, the end of the I / P2 cycle is 73.33 then after doing the second cycle get an average value of 74 (Post Test 1) and value average 78.86 (Post Test 2). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded thatlearning Mufrodat Arabicusing Media Visual Images can improve mufrodat mastery and learning outcomes of students of class VII-5 MTs Negeri 24 Jakarta Odd Semester 2015/2016 Academic Year.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of reward and psychological contract on lecturer organizational citizenship behavior.It was quantitative research with survey methodinof FKIP Halu Oleo University.The research was conducted to all lecturer of FKIP Halu Oleo University (UHO) by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number 156 lecturer as sample was selected by using Slovin formula.The research conclude: (1) Thereis a direct positive effect of reward on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
