Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Abstract

One of the theoretical approaches that studies mental processes involving structure, dynamics, as well as personality development is psychoanalysis. Psychoanalytic theory has a role in the formation of adolescent character through the application of psychological knowledge that analyzes the dynamics and psychological elements in influencing human behavior, as well as the importance of early life experiences in the formation of one's personality. This study uses a systematic literature review approach that is used to identify, study, and evaluate in a study. The literature review used comes from journals contained in Google Scholar and Sinta indexed journals, besides that research sources are also taken from several books and articles. This psychoanalytic theory plays a role in the interactions that adolescents carry out with their surroundings and the influence of the id, ego and superego in shaping the character of adolescents. According to this study, psychoanalysis aims to reveal how a person's personality develops and functions, where character formation is an important factor involved in this process. In its application, adolescents need to be given a positive environment from an early age because it can help and support positive growth and development as well. Besides that, the theory in this study also provides an understanding of the importance of self-reflection in adolescents.

Abstract

It is very important to consider production costs that are directly related to the manufacturing process, such as raw material costs, direct labor costs, and factory overhead costs, when calculating the cost of goods manufactured. Both the selling price and the company's profit margin will be affected by this calculation. Knowing the manufacturing costs in Muncheaps SMEs is the aim of this research. Direct interviews with Muncheaps UMKM owners were used with a descriptive qualitative research type. Based on this, the results of research on Muncheaps SMEs are able to produce goods at a price of IDR 5,385,000 using a variable costing approach. Due to the owner's ignorance to record in making a report on the cost of the product.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax, Hotel Tax and Restaurant Tax on Local Revenue of Alor Regency. The analysis technique is descriptive analysis. The population in this study is all realization of Alor Regency Local Own Revenue, Urban and Rural Land and Building Tax, Hotel Tax and Restaurant Tax for the year of observation 2016-2020. The sampling method is purposive sampling. The statistical method in this study is multiple linear regression with the significance of the t test and F test as benchmarks for testing hypotheses and managing data using the help of the IBM SPSS 22 for windows program. This type of research is quantitative research with data collection techniques, observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study prove that 1) Urban and Rural Land and Building Tax has a partial effect on Local Revenue of Alor Regency, thus H1 is accepted. 2) Hotel Tax has a partial effect on Local Revenue of Alor Regency, thus H2 is accepted. 3) Restaurant Tax has a partial effect on Local Revenue of Alor Regency, thus H3 is accepted. 4) Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax, Hotel Tax and Restaurant Tax simultaneously affect Alor Regency Local Revenue, so H4 is also accepted.

Abstract

Education is a process, method or act of educating. Education aims to change a person's behavior or attitude by shaping the attitude or behavior of that person. The purpose of this study was to find out the teacher's knowledge about verbal bullying, identify various forms of verbal bullying and the behavior shown by perpetrators, victims and spectators of verbal bullying that occurred at SD Negeri Pulosari 01, Karangtengah District, Demak Regency. This type of research is qualitative research. The method in this study uses observation techniques, interviews and documentation. From the findings of this study indicate that verbal bullying is when someone uses aggressive spoken language that is done with the intention of demeaning, slandering, and embarrassing. Bullying of students during empty class hours, recess time, or during school hours. Victims and perpetrators can suffer the negative effects of verbal bullying. The impact on victims is 1) Psychological Problems; 2) Sleep Disorders; 3) Unable to socialize; 4) decreased learning outcomes. While the impact on the perpetrator is getting punished. Some things students need to do when they see verbal bullying are 1) Don't be intimidated; 2) Report to adults; 3) Reprimand the perpetrators of bullying; and 4) Accompany the victim. Suggestions in this study are cooperation between the school and parents of students in optimizing the prevention of verbal bullying behavior. Parents can convey the bullying they are experiencing, and schools open up opportunities to discuss finding the best solution.

Abstract

Banten Province is one of the provinces that has a customary law community that is still alive and developing today, namely the Baduy/Bedouin customary law community (Baduy tribe). The Baduy customary law community has social stratification or community stratification based on a certain status or level according to the agreement. They live in remote areas of customary land and still uphold the beliefs of Sunda Wiwitan. The Baduy tribe in their daily lives speak Sundanese and Indonesian. The Baduy tribe has a population of around 26,000 people consisting of inner Baduy and outer Baduy. Officially, recognition, acceptance or justification for the existence of indigenous peoples in the constitutional structure is regulated in Article 18 of the 1945 Constitution. The civilization of indigenous peoples has a long history in Indonesia. Indigenous peoples are a real segment of the Indonesian population. The existence of these provisions as an explanation of the status of indigenous peoples who have long been part of the Indonesian state. The enactment of 3 (three) legal sub-systems in the legal system in Indonesia, namely Western Law, Customary Law and Islamic Law since the independence of the Republic of Indonesia, on August 17, 1945 until now. This supports the existence of indigenous peoples as a historical reality that cannot be avoided or denied by the government.

Abstract

One-source revenue is revenue received by the local government of Alor Regency, which comes from sources within its own territory. This study aims to determine the effect of hotel taxes, restaurant taxes and vehicle taxes on Alor Regency regional original income for the period 2018-2022 researchers carry out research at the Revenue Agency District of Alor. This type of research is quantitative research with data collection techriques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation studies. This study is multiple linier regrestion while hypothesis testing is carried out, using the t test of 0,000 or 6%. Partially the restaurant tas has an effect on local revenue of Alor Regency for the 2018-2022 period as indicated by a significance value of the t test of 0,00 or 0% of 0,005. Simultaneously, hotel taxes, restaurant taxes, and vehicle taxes have an effect on local revenue in Alor Regency for the 2018-2022 period, which is indicated by a significance value of the F test of 0,000 or 0%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of basic literacy on reading interest in fourth grade students at Advent Tomohon Elementary School. This research uses experimental research methods with this type of research one group pretest-posttest design with the aim of seeing the effect of students' reading interest before and after basic literacy treatment. The population in this study were all fourth-grade students at Tomohon Adventist Elementary School for the 2020 academic year. The sample in this study was 13 fourth grade students at Tomohon Adventist Elementary School for the 2020 academic year. The data collection technique in this research is by using a questionnaire instrument student reading interest questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive statistical tests to see the increase in students' reading interest and t-test paired sample t-test to see the difference in students' reading interest before and after treatment. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the reading interest of fourth grade students at Advent Tomohon Elementary School increased as evidenced by the results of the average score or mean before treatment, namely 64.38% after treatment obtained an average value or mean namely 87.53. Hypothesis via t-test usingPaired Samples T-Test shows that valuesay.(2-tailed)=0.000 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, thus it can be concluded that there is an influence of basic literacy activities on the reading interest of fourth grade students at Tomohon Adventist Elementary School

Abstract

The variable in this research is a single variable, namely the Survey of Attitudes in Corner Learning for Students at SMK Negeri 4 Buru in participating in physical education. What is meant in this research is a person's tendency to behave, desire, and persevere or encourage them to take physical education lessons at school. The data collection technique in this research is to use a questionnaire to collect survey data on interest in learning physical education. Questionnaires are circulated individually in order to control respondents to fill out questionnaires so that the data obtained is data that is filled in correctly by respondents without being influenced by other people or friends. Data obtained from research results regarding interest in learning physical education among students in the Survey of Attitudes in Learning Physical Education among Students at SMK Negeri 4 Buru. Data analysis in this research uses percentage descriptive statistical analysis. This research data is categorized into five (5) categories, namely; strongly disagree (1), disagree (2), disagree (3), agree (4), and strongly agree (5). The results of descriptive statistical analysis of overall PJOK interest in learning data obtained the lowest score (Min) = 68; highest score (Max) = 116; Mean (M) = 99. In more detail, scores and categories of interest in learning PJOK.

Abstract

Kepuasan konsumen dalam penelitian ini adalah rasa puas yang dirasakan oleh konsumen atas pelayanan yang ada di rumah makan Jawa Indah Kalabahi Kabupaten Alor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada rumah makan Jawa Indah Kalabahi Kabupaten Alor. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, interview, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Analisis data menggunakan uji instrumen yang terdiri dari uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas; uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas dan uji lineratis. Sedangkan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis linier berganda, dengan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjuukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikan uji t sebesar 0,006, dimana nilai ini lebih kecil dari nilai alfa yaitu 0,05 (0,006 < 0,05). Secara parsial harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen yang ditunjukan dengan nilai signifikan uji t sebesar 0,033, dimana nilai ini lebih kecil dari nilai alfa yaitu 0,05 (0,033 < 0,05) dan Secara parsial lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen yang ditunjukan dengan nilai signifikan uji t sebesar 0,022, dimana nilai ini lebih kecil dari nilai alfa yaitu 0,05 (0,022 < 0,05). Secara simultan variabel kualitas pelayanan, harga dan lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada rumah makan Jawa Indah Kalabahi Kabupaten Alor yang ditunjukan dengan nilai signifikasi uji F sebesar 0,000 atau 0,0%, dimana nilai ini lebih kecil dari nilai alfa yaitu 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kriteria penyadapan (cyber espionage) yang berimplikasi tindak pidana dan mengetahui dan menganalisis dasar hukum penyadapan (cyber espionage) menurut hukum positif di indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian hukum normatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undang (statute approach), pendekatan konpseptual (conceptual approach). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam penjelasan Pasal 40 UU No. 36 Tahun 1999 tentang Telekomunikasi, Pasal 31 UU No. 11 Tahun 2008 tentang ITE, dan Pasal 322 ayat 1 sampai ayat 3 UU No. 1 Tahun 2023 tentang KUHP secara tegas menyatakan bahwa penyadapan yang dilakukan dalam bentuk apapun merupakan suatu perbuatan pidana yang berakibat penjatuhan sanksi pidana, dengan kriteria penyadapan itu dilakukan dengan sengaja secara melawan hukum untuk memperoleh informasi/dokumen elektronik milik orang lain. Meskipun penyadapan merupakan suatu perbuatan yang dilarang, namun didalam beberapa peraturan perundang-undangan, penyadapan ini dapat dimungkinkan untuk dilakukan oleh aparat penegak hukum guna mengungkap suatu tindak pidana tertentu berdasarkan undang-undang yang berlaku
