Abstract

Biji buah durian montong (Durio zibethinus Murr) adalah salah satu bagian dari tanaman durian yang memiliki aktivitas antibakteri. Biji buah durian montong (Durio zibethinus Murr) memiliki kandungan kimia yaitu flavonoid, tanin, dan terpenoid. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ekstrak metanol, fraksi n-heksan, fraksi etil asetat, dan fraksi air dari biji buah durian montong (Durio zibethinus Murr) yang memiliki aktivitas antibakteri yang paling aktif dalam menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Escherichia coli ATCC 25922. Pengujian aktivitas antibakteri dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode difusi cakram. Serbuk biji buah durian montong (Durio zibethinus Murr) dimaserasi menggunakan metanol, kemudian difraksinasi menggunakan pelarut n-heksan, etil asetat, dan air. Ekstrak metanol, fraksi n-heksan, fraksi etil asetat, dan fraksi air diuji aktivitas antibakteri menggunakan metode difusi cakram dengan konsentrasi 6,25%; 12,5%; dan 25% terhadap bakteri Escherichia coli ATCC 25922. Hasil penelitian aktivitas antibakteri dengan metode difusi cakram menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak metanol, fraksi n-heksan, fraksi etil asetat, dan fraksi air dari biji buah durian montong (Durio zibethinus Murr) mempunyai daya hambat terhadap Escherichia coli ATCC 25922 dengan terbentuknya zona hambat. Fraksi etil asetat mempunyai aktivitas antibakteri yang paling efektif dengan konsentrasi 6,25%; 12,5%; dan 25% memiliki rata-rata diameter zona hambat sebesar 10,43 mm; 12,33 mm; dan 15,40 mm. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa fraksi etil asetat dari biji buah durian montong (Durio zibethinus Murr) adalah fraksi teraktif yang dapat menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Escherichia coli ATCC 25922.

Abstract

PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk has been appointed as the government's strategic partner and has a special role to reach people who have not been touched by banking access. However, inversely, BRILink agents are state-owned banking agents who have had many cases of fraud. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and customer trust on customer loyalty through satisfaction as a mediating variable for BRILink Agent customers. This research is a type of descriptive research that is analyzed quantitatively and uses a non-probability sampling technique with the path analysis method. Respondents in this study were BRILink agent customers aged at least 17 years who had a BRI savings account and had made financial transactions at a BRILink agent at least 2 times in the last 6 months. The sample used was 220 respondents online using judgmental sampling. The results of the study show that there is an effect of service quality and customer trust on customer loyalty through satisfaction as a mediating variable for BRILink Agent customers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, taxpayer satisfaction and tax penalty on individual taxpayer compliance. This research was conducted in Karawang in 2023. This research used a quantitative approach. Samples taken by purposive sampling technique, with a total sample of 100 respondents. Methods of data collection related to research using a questionnaire method in the form of a statement. The results of the partial test (t) show that Service Quality, Taxpayer Satisfaction and Tax Penalty have an effect on Individual Taxpayer Compliance. Abstract

Air Minum Dalam Kemasan (AMDK) menjadi sumber utama air minum, persentase dari tahun ke tahun mengalami kenaikan hal ini menyebabkan sampah plastik juga mengalami peningkatan. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kemasan dan kualitas website terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen air galon Le Minerale. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan prosedur judgemental sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah 220 responden. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel kemasan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan kualitas website berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The textbook is the most important thing in the school learning process. With the teacher's textbooks, it has more ways of delivering materials in the classroom as well as instruction while he is teaching. Similarly, the students were also greatly helped by the textbook, where they could read it whenever they wanted, and from there they could train their knowledge from the problems it contained. However, while the textbook has many benefits, there are times when there are many more in the book that the institution of education sets, so an evaluation of the textbook must also be done to prevent students from receiving incorrect or incorrect material. So this study aims to evaluate and synthesize a class 4 textbook with material (wake up! Alarm clock) by reference to the book the 2013 text completion and worthiness.

Abstract

Questioning skill is one of the most common techniques for maintaining class interaction as well as stimulating students' thinking and guiding the development of knowledge that promotes a successful learning process. This study examines the questions delivere by Pre-service Teachers based on cognitive skills based on Bloom's Taxonomy. This study uses descriptive qualitative research in which the data were analyzed using content analysis. The data are taken from videos of the performances of Pre-Service teachers’ of the English Education department who were practicing Microteaching. The results found 20 questions of Low Order Thinking Skills (LOTS) and seven questions of High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) questions used by the PST. The LOTS consists of 5 questions of C1 (Remembering), 11 questions of C2 (Understanding), 2 questions of C3 (Applying); while the HOTS questions includes four questions of C4 (Analyzing), one question of C5 (Evaluating), and one question C6 (Creating) out of a total of 26 questions. This findings indicates the use of HOTS based questions in class is less than LOTS which means that the pre-service teachers’ skills in making HOTS based questions need to be improved.

Abstract

Vocabulary is the essence of language acquisition, for first, second, and foreign languages as stated by Nurdiansyah et al., (2019). In some cases vocabulary mastery can support students to master the four English skills namely listening, speaking, reading, writing easier. However, in fact students are at a low level of vocabulary. In order to overcome this problem, it is necessary to have appropriate and active learning techniques to develop their vocabulary level . Therefore, in this study, the authors used the Pictionary game to the students. The objective of this research is to find out how students' perception of the use of a pictionary game in learning English vocabulary. This research applied qualitative research with the data obtained from observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The study was conducted at SMPN 2 Sedayu which consists of 28 students. The results of the study indicate that students had a positive perception towards the use of Pictionary games in learning English vocabulary. Pictionary games had a great impact in making learning English fun, encouraging and easy to remember some new English words.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Profitability and Solvability on Corporate Sukuk Prices simultaneously or partially for the 2017-2021 period. This research took samples using the purposive sampling method from 6 companies. The data in this study is secondary data and collected by the method of documentation from the Indonesia Bond Market Directory and the annual reports of each company. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods to find the relationship between profitability and solvency on Sukuk prices. The results of this study are profitability and solvency simultaneously have a significant effect on Sukuk prices. Partially, profitability has a positive and insignificant effect on the price of sukuk, while solvency has a negative and significant effect on the price of sukuk. Recommendations for investors to pay attention to the company's solvency before buying the sukuk.

Abstract

This research was conducted because there were several performances that had not met the targets of the Department of Tourism and Culture, where the focus under study was performance focus and would be directed at how the level of Accountability, Responsiveness and Responsibility in developing the Effectiveness of the performance of Civil Servants in tourism management and Culture in Karawang Regency. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative method approach. Respondents amounted to three people, namely: Head of Tourism and Culture Office of Karawang Regency, Head of Sub-Coordinator of General Affairs and Personnel and Staff of Karawang Inventory and Cultural Needs. Data were collected by means of interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results showed that the effectiveness of employee performance at the Karawang Tourism and Culture Office was in accordance with the emphasized aspects, namely Accountability, Responsiveness and Responsibility which were in accordance with the conditions and facts in the field.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah latihan sirkuit berpengaruh terhadap akurasi menembak siswa ekstrakurikuler sepak bola Ma Nihayatul Amal Rawamerta. MA Nihayatul Amal Rawamerta menggunakan total sampling populasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 18 siswa ekstrakurikuler sepak bola MA Nihaytul Amal Rawamerta. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah instrumen keterampilan menembak yang digunakan untuk mengukur keterampilan menembak siswa ekstrakurikuler sepak bola di MA Nihayatul Amal Rawamerta. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji Paired sample T-test yang merupakan tes parametrik yang dapat digunakan pada dua data berpasangan. . Tujuan dari tes ini adalah untuk melihat apakah ada perbedaan rata-rata antara dua sampel berpasangan atau terkait. Karena dipasangkan, data dari kedua sampel tersebut harus memiliki jumlah yang sama atau berasal dari sumber yang sama. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi data adalah 0,000 <0,005. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada uji paired sample test Paired Sample T Test mengalami perubahan yang signifikan dan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara variabel awal dan akhir. Maka dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh latihan keliling terhadap akurasi menembak siswa ekstrakurikuler sepak bola MA Nihayatul Amal Rawamerta.
