Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Abstract

This research was conducted in the city of Yogyakarta by visiting Cultural Tourism objects to find out the cultural diversity of Yogyakarta as a Destination. The focus of this research is to obtain an analysis of the impact that has occurred on the expansion of Yogyakarta's cultural diversity starting from the tourist Attractions of Gamelan, Wayang, Art, Macapat. Then identify leading Cultural Tourism with Tourist Arrivals. This research method uses descriptive research using a qualitative approach that refers to superior cultural Tourist Attractions. And the results of this study conclude that the diversity of tourist destinations in superior cultural Tourist Attractions if managed evenly and the preservation of their culture will have a good impact on the city of Yogyakarta starting from the Economic, Social and Cultural Aspects.

Abstract

Bullying in school is a serious problem that causing negative impact on child. To prevent bullying, it is important to build up shame and culture on student. This culture help students developing empathy, responsibility and awareness for consequences of bad attitude. In this article, we are discussing about the important of shame culture and guilt culture also the strategy that can be applied to prevent bullying in elementary school. The strategy includes education of value and social morality, learning by example, developing positive and accurate consequences, parental involvement, social skill training, and building up anti-bullying commit. By applying these steps, schools are expected to create a safe, caring, and free from bullying environment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions for Telkomsel products in Karawang regency. The survey in this study was conducted at the Grapari Outlet, Karawang Regency. The data used in this study is primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to Telkomsel provider users. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive and verification approach. The samples used were 375 samples and 5,987 populations which were taken using the nonprobability sampling method with the accidental sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this study is Scale Range Analysis and Path Analysis using the Succesive Interval Method (MSI) and SPSS 26 Software. The results of the research that has been conducted show that partially product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, promotion has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Simultaneously Product Quality and Promotion affect Purchase Decisions

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan aspek penting dalam proses pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk membentuk kepribadian yang baik dan bermartabat pada individu. Dalam mengembangkan pendidikan karakter, sekolah dasar memiliki peran yang sangat vital karena pada usia ini karakter seseorang masih dalam tahap perkembangan yang dapat dibentuk dengan baik.Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat digunakan untuk menanamkan pendidikan karakter pada siswa sekolah dasar adalah melalui pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Pendidikan kewarganegaraan memiliki fokus pada pembentukan sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan yang berkaitan dengan menjadi warga negara yang baik dan bertanggung jawab.Melalui pendidikan kewarganegaraan, siswa diajarkan nilai-nilai dasar seperti rasa hormat terhadap hak-hak dan kewajiban warga negara, kerja sama, toleransi, keadilan, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Pada penelitian ini, tujuan utamanya adalah untuk mengeksplorasi dan memahami bagaimana pendidikan karakter dapat ditanamkan melalui pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan pada siswa di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang melibatkan pengumpulan data non-numerik, seperti wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Berikut adalah langkah-langkah umum yang dapat diikut. Manfaat dari bpenuliisan ini adalah untuk menambah wawasan terhadap peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penulisan ini agar peserta didik dapat memahami karakter dan juga pemebelajaran pendidikan kewenegaraan. Pembahasan ini adalah pendidikan terhadap karakter Dan juga tinjuan tentang karakter pendidikan kewenegaraan.

Abstract

Es Teh Indonesia reaching its customers by uploading a variety of marketing content on social media platforms, but throughout 2022 this content has become controversial in terms of the attitude policy taken by Es Teh Indonesia and how the company maintains relationship with its customers to the point of causing various perceptions that influence purchase intentions, especially among potential consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Social Media Content Marketing and Brand Perception on Purchase Intention for Es Teh Indonesia’s products. This study used a quantitative method with a causal conclusive research model, using non-probability sampling and purposive sampling techniques. Questionnaires were distributed online to 220 respondents using a Likert scale of 1-5. The results showed that there was a significant influence between Social Media Content Marketing and Brand Perception on Purchase Intention for Es Teh Indonesia Products. Companies must consider what kind of content can shape perceptions that can lead to purchase intentions for Es Teh Indonesia’s products.

Abstract

This research aims to see how students engage behaviorally in using Wordwall.Net in vocabulary learning at vocational high schools. This research used a qualitative approach and case study method. The research data was collected from observations in the classroom during students' use Wordwall.Net as learning media and verified by interview data after using Wordwall.Net in vocabulary learning. This research was conducted at a Vocational high school in East Jakarta. One class was observed for two meetings during vocabulary learning mediated Wordwall.Net, and six students were interviewed to find out their perspective towards the web tool Wordwall.Net. The interview data of this research was gained with ten questions for interview guidelines. The data from observations and interviews were analyzed using A six-phase method by Braun & Clarke (2006) and interpreted. This research found that using Wordwall.Net in vocabulary learning at vocational high school positively impacts students' engagement in behavioral aspects. Students pay attention marked by responses during the vocabulary learning, students' study habits from two meetings improve each day, and students respond to rules and instructions during the learning process marked by the students finish all task and submit it on time.

Abstract

Civic education and Pancasila are crucial for developing kids' character in elementary school. Citizenship education and Pancasila Teachers serve as the main educators in the learning process, working to help students acquire attitudes, information, and abilities that are consistent with Pancasila principles and good citizenship. The goal of this study is to establish the significance of citizenship and Pancasila teachers in helping young children develop positive character traits. Data were gathered using a qualitative case study technique through observations of classes, interviews, and document analysis of Pancasila and citizenship education curriculum and learning materials. The findings indicated that teachers of Pancasila and Citizenship Education play a significant part in forming the character of primary school children

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions for Emina Cosmetics products in Surabaya. In this quantitative study, 102 respondents were selected using non-probability and quota sampling methods. Data was collected through a questionnaire that explored consumer perceptions of advertising appeal, price, product quality, and purchasing decisions. The results showed that advertising attractiveness and purchasing decisions have a significant partial effect, while price does not have a significant partial effect. However, simultaneously, advertising attractiveness, price, and product quality have an effect on purchasing decisions. It can be concluded that consumers tend to choose products with good quality supported by attractive advertisements. These results provide important insights for Emina Cosmetics in designing effective marketing strategies to maintain and increase its market share in this competitive cosmetics industry.

Abstract

Textbook is the most basic but essential media to support the teaching and learning process. Textbooks can primarily be used to support teacher-led instruction and also can provide students with language learning. This research focused on the analysis of interpersonal meaning in exercise sheets in English textbook for senior high school students in grade IX. Mood types and modality types are the primary resource for the realization of interpersonal meaning in this research. This research employed descriptive qualitative method. As a result, it is shown that the most dominant mood types in the exercise sheet are polar interrogative and there were 5 modality (can, shall, would, will, should). Polar interrogative kind of question expected the students to be more creative and critics in answering the question.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia atau karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan merupakan faktor terpenting dan modal dasar yang harus dimiliki karena memiliki peran penting dan dominan dalam kontribusi di setiap kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan karena manusia yang menjadi perencana, pelaku, dan penentu terwujudnya tujuan perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengukur hubungan antar variabel. Sedangkan untuk menunjang penelitian ini diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan observasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Pelindo Multi Terminal Branch Jamrud Nilam Mirah, sampel yang diambil adalah 130 responden yang ditentukan berdasarkan rumus SEM (Structural Equation Modelling), dan teknik yang digunakan adalah sampel acak sederhana. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kreativitas memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Pelindo Multi Terminal Branch Jamrud Nilam Mirah, kerjasama tim memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Pelindo Multi Terminal Branch Jamrud Nilam Mirah, komunikasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Pelindo Multi Terminal Branch Jamrud Nilam Mirah, kreativitas, kerjasama tim dan komunikasi secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Pelindo Multi Terminal Branch Jamrud Nilam Mirah.
