Abstract

Conflict is basically something that always exists and is difficult to separate in social life. Conflicts, whether occurring individually or in groups, are a common spectacle in social life. This arises as a result of the inability of humans to manage and deal with differences and diversity, both racial, ethnic and cultural diversity. Conflict usually does not just appear, but there are factors behind it. Conflicts can arise on different scales, such as conflicts between individuals (interpersonal conflict), conflicts between groups (intergroup conflict), conflicts between groups and the state (vertical conflict) and conflicts between countries (interstate conflict). Each scale has its own background and direction of development. Conflict itself is present as a manifestation of social, political, economic and cultural tensions or it can be caused by general feelings of dissatisfaction. If conflict can be managed and resolved properly by every element of society, it will have a good impact on the progress and change of society. On the other hand, if the conflict that occurs in the community is not able to be managed and handled properly, the conflict will have a negative impact, resulting in various damages, both physical and non-physical, insecurity, disharmony, and create instability, even resulting in casualties. This is what happened to the dorit and teiwa people in Madar Pantar District, East Nusa Tenggara. However, they also have a method or culture of reconciliation that can be a means of reconciling conflicts in their context, which is known as Bela. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with the aim of seeing the concept of Bela as a means of reconciliation for the pantar dorit and teiwa tribes studied according to the theory of Misrosla Volf. Based on the results of the research, the stages of recognition and acceptance in the martial tradition correspond to and fulfill the reconciliation stages of Mirosla Volf's theory so that it can be a means of reconciliation for conflicts that occur in the two tribes

Abstract

Learning to think is a cognitive activity that is carried out mentally to solve problems, thinking is also a process of rearranging knowledge that is cognitive. Thinking is generally considered as a person's mental process in dealing with and solving a problem. By thinking, people can solve a problem in life. Students are people who are studying in higher education so that they are considered to have high intellectuality, are intelligent in thinking and planned in acting. Learning that is knowledge transfer and memorization without requiring students to think critically and creatively causes students to not optimally have the ability to develop their ideas or concepts. This research is oriented towards the development of a scientific learning model to improve students' thinking skills. The purpose of this research is to produce a practical and effective scientific learning model design for students. R&D method with Borg & Gall procedure. The research products are Semester Learning Plan (RPS) documents and teaching materials and test instruments. Data analysis in this study uses descriptive quantitative method, comparative test 't'. The results of the validator's research on the assessment of the device showed that the category was very good. The results of data analysis related to student responses to scientific model learning tools are in the very pleasant category, meaning that 55% of students have a positive response to scientific model learning tools. The results of the comparison test of the average learning outcomes of students who study using the learning model show that the scores obtained by students after using the scientific learning model are 79.60 and the learning outcomes before using the scientific learning model are 61.30. Thus, it can be said that the student learning outcomes after using the scientific learning model is better than before.

Abstract

Teenagers are vulnerable to being exposed to the virus of intolerance and radicalism, this must be used as a study material for all parties. The purpose of this study is to describe the form of mainstreaming religious moderation among adolescents. The approach used is a qualitative approach. Its nature is natural and fundamental and oriented to natural or naturalistic phenomena or phenomena. This research method uses library research. The results of his research include: (1) religious moderation in the family is very important. The practice of moderate attitude that is highlighted by parents is part of learning by doing. (2) religious moderation in schools/madrasas is very strategic to implement. the values ​​of religious moderation are easy to apply to students, teachers are the main pioneers in internalizing the values ​​of religious moderation in subjects. (3) religious moderation on social media is very representative. The reach of socialization and internalization of the values ​​of religious moderation is not only accessible to the surrounding community, but is able to penetrate various cities, provinces and across countries.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how to apply problem-based learning methods to improve student learning outcomes in social science learning. The research was conducted at SD GMIM Tokin, South Minahasa, with the research subjects being fourth grade students. This research is an action research using the Kemmis and McTaggart model, which was conducted for two cycles. Each cycle consists of stages of planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting on actions. Action observation data in the process of learning activities during the action is carried out using problem-based learning methods. The results of the percentage of classical learning completeness in the first cycle were only 58.67%. It was found that the students' learning mastery level was 7 students who were able to complete the learning process. While the percentage of classical learning completeness increased significantly in the second cycle which was only 91.67%. It was found that the level of completeness of student learning increased with a number of 15 students being able to complete the learning process. Based on the implementation of research using a problem-based learning model, it can be said that the problem-based learning model can improve the learning outcomes of fourth students at the GMIM Tokin Minahasa Selatan elementary school.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve learning outcomes in mathematics learning through the application of direct learning models to Class VI students of SDN 71 Manado. The type of research carried out is classroom action research. The classroom action research method used in this study is a spiral model. In the spiral model, the research stages are divided into four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection stages, and so on until the expected improvement or improvement is achieved. The data collection technique used in this research is through observation and tests. Data analysis techniques in this study include qualitative data analysis techniques and quantitative data. This research can be said to be successful if there is an increase in the activity and learning outcomes of class VI students in mathematics in each cycle from a predetermined minimum completeness criterion value of 65. Individual students are considered to have completed learning if students are able to get a score of at least a score of 65 and Student learning activities are considered complete if they increase classically by 75%. The direct learning model can improve the learning outcomes of sixth grade elementary school students. This is shown in the first cycle obtained classical completeness of 60.67% and in the second cycle increased with classical completeness of 94%. The direct learning model is a learning model that will help students learn and master the subject matter and has proven successful in improving learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of parenting on the learning motivation of fourth grade students at GMIM Raanan Lama Elementary School. The type of research used is a quantitative approach with a survey method, where research is carried out using questionnaires as a research tool carried out on large and small populations, but the data studied are data from samples taken from the population, so that relative incidence, distributions are found. and the relationship between variables, sociological and psychological. Data collection is done by interview, quiz, observation, and a combination of the three. The instrument used is a questionnaire containing closed statements so that alternative respondents' answers have been provided by the researcher. Based on the t value, it is known that the tcount value is 5.860 > ttable 2.306 with a contribution of R 0.811 or 81.1%, which means that there is an effect of parenting patterns on the learning motivation of fourth grade elementary school students, with a magnitude of effect of 81.1% on motivation. student learning. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between parenting patterns on the learning motivation of fourth grade elementary school students.

Abstract

Soap operas are spectacles that are in great demand by the wider community, especially teenagers, but in this millennial era, soap operas only present the negative side rather than instilling values in it. This is what motivates the author to study this problem. Then, this study aims to find out the description of the soap opera Ustad Millennial, then the soap opera show that can foster the values of Islamic religious education for the millennial generation, then the values of Islamic religious education contained in the soap opera Ustad Millennial. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, this type of research is a qualitative literature (library research). Then the subject of this research is the soap opera Ustad Millennial broadcast on the WeTv platform. The research instrument used is data collection techniques by means of documentation. The data analysis technique used is content analysis technique. The results of this literature research show that there are many values of Islamic religious education contained in the soap opera Ustad Millennial which includes the value of aqidah/faith, moral values and worship values.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in the Civics subject matter of Norms in the Community through a Contextual Approach to Class II Students of SDN 53/IX Kenali Kecil. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which is research conducted by classroom teachers where they teach by emphasizing improving practices and processes on material norms in society so that later student learning outcomes increase. The research subjects were all second grade students of SDN 53/IX Kenali Kecil, totaling 20 students. The implementation of 3 cycles, each cycle is carried out 3 x meetings, each cycle is designed in 4 (four) activities, namely: (1) Planning, (2) Action Implementation, (3) Observation and Evaluation, (4) Analysis and Reflection. Date on learning mastery is taken with a test instrument. Date analysis generally uses technical percentages. The results showed that the first cycle of students who completed 54.3%, in the second cycle students who completed 62.6% and in the third cycle students who completed 87.5%. Abstract

The problem of this research is that the researcher suspected the decrease of students’ interest in extracurricular football activities at SMP Negeri 2 Purwadadi in Purwadadi. This research used quantitative descriptive research as a research design and used a survey method as collecting the data. The data collection technique used a questionnaire instrument and the data were analysis by using descriptive statistics with percentages. The population of this research were student of grade VIII at SMP Negeri 2 Purwadadi. However, the research used the purposive sampling technique along with 30 students as respondents. From the results of this research, it is known that the level of student interest in participating in extracurricular football activities at SMPN 2 Purwadadi states in the "Very Good" category with a percentage of 7% with a total of 2 students, in the "Good" category with a percentage of 17% with a total of 5 students, in the category " Fairly Good" with a percentage of 47% with a total of 14 students, in the "Poor Good" category with a percentage of 10% with a total of 6 students, and in the "Very Poor" category with a percentage of 10% with a total of 3 students. The results showed that students' interest in participating in extracurricular football activities at SMPN 2 Purwadadi was at pretty good category.

Abstract

This research is correlational research penjas five semester student population. The sampling technique in this research by using total sampling, where samples performance this research is the population of 20 people.Instruments that do ntuk collect data in this research is to use the test and direct measurement explosive muscle power arm and shoulder with bullet style of reject O’Brien. Explosive muscle power measurement by using a medicine ball and shot put O’Brien style as much as 3 times. This study aims to determine how much information the relationship between explosive power arm and shoulder muscles with the results of shot put, as well as to determine whether there is any information about a meaningful relationship between the two variables.The data obtained as a result of the research is quantitative data through tests and measurements which will then be processed with statistical normality test done to test Liliefors at level α = 0.05. To find out how much the relationship between the two variables can be determined by using the product moment formula, whereas to find significant correlations can be determined by using t-test. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between explosive muscle power arm and shoulder with the , bullet style of reject O’Brien, where the level of α = 0.05 obtained t 88,2 1.734 so t tabel Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, donations variable X the Y variables considered sufficient and obtained r = 0,98. variabel X terhadap variabel Y dikategorikan tinggi dan diperoleh rhitung = 0,98 >rtabel=0,444.
