Abstract

This article explores students' writing ability in narrative texts in terms of their level of writing self-efficacy categories. Using a qualitative research approach with a case study design, this study was conducted in a high school located in Karawang. Two participants were selected based on predetermined categories from 30 students. The research instruments included questionnaires, written tests, interviews, and documentation. The findings of this study indicate that students' narrative writing ability can be seen from their level of self-efficacy. This study highlights the interaction between students' perceptions of their writing ability and their actual performance in narrative writing tasks. The insights gained from this study contribute to a deeper understanding of the dynamics of students' writing skills and self-efficacy beliefs, which offers valuable implications for teaching and learning practices in the context of narrative writing education.

Abstract

Today the trend of online shopping (Online Shopping) continues to grow rapidly, so that many parties are trying to take advantage of this opportunity as a place to sell products. Erigo Apparel is a local Indonesian fashion brand that competes with business people in other fashion sectors through online stores and social media. As one of the marketing strategies implemented, Erigo Apparel cooperates with the idol group JKT48 from Jakarta Indonesia, which is the sister group of the famous AKB48 idol group from Akihabara Japan which has millions of fans and JKT48 has been around for more than 12 years since its inception. This study aims to prove the influence of JKT48 as Erigo Apparel's brand ambassador on purchasing decisions. The sample used in this study are fans of the JKT48 idol group who are more than 15 years old. The analytical technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression technique, so that it can be easier to see whether JKT48 has an effect on the decision to buy Erigo Apparel products.

Abstract

In spite of numerous investigations conducted on the portrayal of gender in language textbook, in Indonesia gender representation exploration using ELT textbook for senior high school is still relatively under-researched especially in social context such as domestic chore, careers, academic achievement and participation, hobbies and interests. To fill this gap, this research is designed to examine the representation of females in the mandated ELT textbook for senior high school especially for 10th grade students using critical discourse analysis (CDA) as a research approach. The aim of this study is to reveal the representation of female roles in the English foreign language (EFL) textbook reflects and reinforces gender stereotypes and expectations in society. By using Theo Van Leeuwen’s (2008) theory, it was found that gender representations are still found in this ELT textbook. The representation of female roles in it are still portrayed in traditional forms. This research provides recommendations for textbook publishers, authors, and teachers to pay more attention to gender equality in the design and use of ELT textbooks

Abstract

Generator thermoelectric power generation system is one of the promising technologies in converting heat into electrical energy. This technology utilizes the Seebeck effect, where the temperature difference between the two ends of a thermoelectric material will generate an electric current. Even though it has great potential, the efficiency of converting heat to electricity in generator thermoelectric systems still needs to be improved. This study aims to implement voltage and current sensors, namely the voltage sensor and INA219 sensor, in a Thermoelectric Generator Power Plant (PETRIKOR) to carry out accurate measurements and monitoring of the parameters of voltage and current in the system. PETRIKOR is a thermoelectric-based power generation system that uses temperature differences to generate electrical energy. With these sensors, real-time measurements of voltage and current can be made and can help optimize PETRIKOR performance. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development and monitoring of thermoelectric power generation systems. With accurate measurement of voltage and current.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Emotional Brand Attachment and Brand Love in the transition from satisfaction to loyalty to fast fashion products in Jakarta. The unit of analysis for this research is individuals who have experience shopping for fast fashion products (H&M, Uniqlo, Pull&Bear, Stradivarius, and Bershka brands) at malls in Jakarta. The data collection method used was to distribute online questionnaires with samples taken using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling to respondents who had shopped for 5 types of fast fashion brands in Jakarta. Hypothesis testing is used to analyze the influence on the H&M, Uniqlo, Pull&Bear, Stradivarius, and Bershka brands. The data used in this study is primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to 119 respondents. The method of data analysis used in this study to analyze the variables owned using the instrument test method (validity and reliability test) and the goodness of fit test. In this study using SPSS and Amos software to test the hypothesis.

This study aims For explain Personal Branding on circles student Faculty of Social And Political Riau Batam Island Universitry which uses second-hand iPhones. Background behind study This started from some students of FISIP UNRIKA who use second-hand iPhones from circles class medium as event For Personal Branding. Theory used For analyze study This that is theory interaction symbolic from George Herbert Mead. Study This use method ode study qualitative descriptive with technique snowball sampling, amount informant on study This as many as 6 people. Data collection was carried out with method interview deep And documentation , technique analysis use data reduction , data presentation , and data verification . The results study to show that Personal Branding of FISIP UNRIKA students with using a used iPhone can seen through 3 concepts in accordance with theory used that is interaction symbolic . Abstract

Consumption has become a profitable business in order to extend the life of the agricultural industry. The best way to increase traffic is to increase the number of visitors. Consumption is one of the most important factors in the success of any business. The purpose of this study is to learn about the characteristics of people who visit, the frequency with which they visit, and the variety of people who visit. Peneliti selected 100 people as respondents using the purposive sampling method, with a likert scale used for scoring. The method of analysis used is quantitative deskriptif. Data analysis in this study employs Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results of the study show 1) The most common type of consumer is a woman, with a median age of 26 to 35 and a median level of education. In the upper school, around 72% have graduated and are working as housewife, The majority of consumers are women; the majority of them are between the ages of 26 and 35; their primary educational institution is Sekolah Menengah Atas; around 72% of them have already married; and, on average, they work as Ibu Rumah Tangga. 2) The attribute with the highest level of kepuasan in the country is the product being sold, and the attribute with the lowest level of kepuasan is the work itself. Customer Satisfaction Index Measurement of Consumer Satisfaction indicates that a score of at least 70,74% is considered to be satisfied.

Abstract

In the production process contained in the company there are aspects that cannot escape the development of the times, namely occupational health and safety (K3). PT Hino Motors Manufacturing Indonesia is a company engaged in the automotive sector that focuses on the production and assembly of trucks and buses in Indonesia. In the data on work accident cases reported to the Ministry of Manpower through the Provincial Manpower Office for the 2019-2021 period, there were findings of work accidents originating from all 126 million workers spread across every province throughout Indonesia. According to BPJS Employment in 2021 there will be 20 cases of work accidents at PT Hino Motors Manufacturing Indonesia. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out hazard identification and hazard risk assessment. Hazard identification is carried out with the aim of knowing the hazards contained in a work process in the company, while hazard risk assessment is carried out to determine the level of influence of the hazards that occur so that they can be corrected by the company. The results showed that the highest level of risk was found in hazard findings Not using self protection in accordance with the SOP, which resulted in shortness of breath and long-term biological disease. This was caused by the residual smoke from the production process that came out of the vacuum machine and spread to the production process area and had an impact on the operator .

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi Pemerintah Kota Tangerang terhadap Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat melalui UMKM dan untuk mengetahui hambatan apa saja yang menjadi penghambat dalam Strategi Pemerintah Kota Tangerang terhadap Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat melalui UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Jenis dan sumber data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik analisa data antara lain, pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Konsep teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Indikator Strategi Pemberdayaan Pranaka dan Priyono (1996) dapat dilakukan dalam 3 (tiga) fase, yaitu fase inisial, fase partisipatoris, dan fase emansipatoris. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah peneliti laksanakan serta berdasarkan indikator penelitian yang menjadi sumber landasan pada penelitian ini diantaranya adalah fase inisial, fase partisipatoris, dan fase emansipatoris menunjukan hasil penelitian yaitu, 2 indikator yang menunjukan sudah optimal dalam menjalankan strategi program ini dengan baik yaitu fase inisial, fase partisipatoris. Sedangkan pada indikator fase emansipatoris masih perlu ditingkatkan lebih baik lagi. Adapun beberapa yang menjadi faktor penghambat strategi program pemberdayaan antara lain keterbatasan Sumber Daya Manusia, Terbatasnya Anggaran Yang Dimiliki, dan Banyaknya Pesaing UMK.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat, pelayanan publik di sektor pemerintahan mengalami transformasi besar. Salah satu pendekatan yang diadopsi oleh banyak instansi pemerintah adalah konsep New Public Service (NPS), yang menekankan pada penerapan prinsip-prinsip inovatif dan berorientasi pada masyarakat dalam memberikan layanan publik yang lebih efisien dan responsif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan dan langkah keberlanjutan dari New Public Service pada layanan KTP-el di Dinas kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Tangerang. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah petugas/operator kependudukan (OKP) yang berada di lingkungan Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Tangerang. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan mixed methods. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan konsep New Public Service di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Tangerang sudah optimal dengan 7 indikator dari prinsip-prinsip New Public Service. Penerapan ini telah memberikan dampak positif pada peningkatan kualitas pelayanan. Disdukcapil dalam hal ini terus memberikaan upaya perbaikan dalam hal pelayanan termasuk pelayanan KTP-el seperti; adanya sosialisasi layanan online maupun layanan IKD, memberikan kepastian waktu dalm proses pencetakan KTP-el, mempercepat proses pelayanan dengan memperbanyak loket dan layanan-layanan di luar kantor Disdukcapil, serta prosedur pelayanan yang sesuai SOP. Untuk memaksimalkan hasil dari penerapan ini, perlu adanya upaya berkelanjutan dalam memperkuat kesadaran masyarakat, menyediakan sumber daya yang memadai, dan terus menerapkan teknologi informasi terbaru dalam proses pelayanan publik.
