Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Abstract

Saat ini, media sosial telah menjadi platform untuk memperkenalkan produk ataupun bisnis dan ini merupakan peluang besar bagi para pebisnis. Dan media sosial Instagram merupakan salah satu media sosial dengan pengguna terbanyak tidak hanya di Indonesia tapi diseluruh dunia. Banyak perusahaan besar maupun start-up telah menggunakan Instagram sebagai alat untuk meningkatkan Brand Awareness mereka, dan Pizza Hart adalah salah satu dari sekian banyak perusahaan yang menggunakan platform tersebut. Pada awal berdirinya, Pizza Hart tidak banyak menarik minat masyarakat, namun dengan meluncurkan produknya melalui media sosial Instagram, Pizza Hart banyak mendapat perhatian. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, penulis ingin meneliti apakah pengaruh Penggunaan Media Sosial Instagram @Pizzahart_ta dapat memberikan peningkatan kesadaran merek (Brand Awareness) Pizza Hart. Metodologi kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah non-probability sampling dengan jenis convenience sampling. Pengumpulan data berupa survei online yang dibagikan secara direct message kepada followers akun Instagram @Pizzahart_ta. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 100 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan aplikasi SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Instagram berpengaruh terhadap Peningkatan Brand Awareness konsumen Pizza Hart. Analisis korelasi menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang cukup erat dan positif sebesar 0,292, dan pengaruh penggunaan Instagram dapat menjelaskan 71,7% variasi Peningkatan Brand Awareness, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 28,3% merupakan faktor yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Pemilikan rumah, sebagai kebutuhan dasar, sering kali dipenuhi melalui sistem Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR) di era modern. Studi ini menganalisis pandangan Islam terhadap sistem KPR serta potensi kerugian ekonomi dan sosial yang mungkin muncul dari implementasinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menyelidiki apakah sistem KPR sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip keadilan dan keuangan Islam, serta menganalisis potensi kerugian ekonomi dan sosial yang dapat timbul dari penggunaannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analisis. Data dikumpulkan melalui literatur terkait, studi kasus, dan wawancara dengan ahli ekonomi Islam. Analisis data dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi pandangan Islam terhadap sistem KPR dan mengidentifikasi potensi kerugian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sistem KPR perlu dievaluasi dari perspektif Islam, khususnya terkait unsur riba, transparansi, dan distribusi kekayaan yang adil. Selain itu, pembahasan juga menyoroti potensi kerugian seperti tingginya beban cicilan, risiko default, dan dampak terhadap stabilitas ekonomi keluarga. Dalam konteks pandangan Islam, aspek-aspek ini perlu dicermati untuk memastikan keberlanjutan sistem KPR. Kesimpulannya, evaluasi mendalam terhadap sistem KPR dari perspektif Islam adalah penting. Sistem ini harus memastikan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip-prinsip Islam, transparansi, dan distribusi kekayaan yang adil. Sementara itu, kerugian ekonomi dan sosial, seperti tingginya beban cicilan, harus dikelola dengan bijaksana melalui mekanisme perlindungan dan fleksibilitas pembayaran. Edukasi finansial perlu ditingkatkan, peraturan yang jelas dan ketat harus ditetapkan, dan pengembangan alternatif seperti skema pembiayaan syariah perlu dieksplorasi. Keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pengambilan keputusan dan kajian dampak sosial-ekonomi yang periodik juga mendukung perbaikan sistem KPR. Implementasi saran ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keadilan dan keberlanjutan dalam kepemilikan rumah, sejalan dengan nilai-nilai Islam dan kebutuhan masyarakat

Abstract

Abstract: Floods are one of the most frequent disasters in Indonesia and Jakarta is the city most frequently affected by these disasters. One factor that greatly influences the frequent occurrence of floods is the lack of water catchment areas. This is caused by the number of standing buildings, the majority of which are intended for residence. One tool that can be used to overcome the problem of stagnant water that often occurs is Biopori. Biopori infiltration holes are a container or tool to reduce or prevent puddles. Research Objectives: 1) To provide knowledge to students of SMAN 42 Jakarta regarding the use of biopore infiltration holes. 2) To determine the effectiveness of infographic media. This research is a type of quantitative research using quantitative descriptive methods. The data collection technique used in the research was in the form of pretest and posttest questions. Based on the results of calculating the average pretest and posttest scores, it can be concluded that infographic media can increase the knowledge of students of SMA Negeri 42 Jakarta in biopori knowledge.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of work culture (X1) and leadership styles (X2) on employee job satisfaction (Y). Applied to 75 populations of PT. Kaya Raya Turun Temurun employees using the sampling method of census. Method research uses descriptive verification methods with the approaches of quantitative. The statistic tools using SPSS 26 version. The research results show a correlation between work culture and leadership styles, with the t score (4,972) > t table (1,666). There is no significant influence between work culture and job satisfaction, with a significant score (0,113) > (0,05), but for the total influence, it has a contribution score of 7,4%. Leadership styles have a significant influence on job satisfaction, with a significant score (0,000)< (0,05) and a contribution score of 37.3%. Work culture and leadership styles have a simultaneous influence on job satisfaction, with a total influence score of 0,447. So the conclusion of this study is that work culture and leadership style simultaneously influenced as much as 44.7% of job satisfaction, and the rest of 55.3% was influenced by another variable that was excluded from this research.

Abstract

Children's independence in Xavier Catholic Kindergarten is still low. This is the background for carrying out this research. The aim of this research is to describe the use of picture storybook media to increase children's independence. The research method used is Classroom Action Research model Kemmis and Mc. Taggart is carried out twice in cycles with the steps namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this research were the Xaverius Kairagi Manado Catholic Kindergarten group B, totaling 17 children. The data collection techniques used were observation and field notes as well as data analysis using assessment techniques in kindergarten. The results of the research showed that the first cycle was 58.82% and the second cycle experienced an increase after improvements were made to 100%. It was concluded that the use of picture storybook media can increase children's independence at the Xaverius Kairagi Manado Kindergarten

Abstract

This research aims to determine (1) learning planning using the cooperative learning model at the GMIM VI TOMOHON elementary school, (2) implementing learning using the cooperative learning model at the GMIM VI TOMOHON elementary school, (3) evaluating learning using the cooperative learning model at the GMIM elementary school. VI PLEASE. This research is a case study and the object of this research is learning planning, learning implementation, and learning evaluation using the cooperative learning model. The research subjects were elementary school children, teachers and school principals. Data collection used used methods (1) observation, (2) interviews, (3) and documentation. The results of this research show that (1) the learning planning for the observation report text using the cooperative learning model is in accordance with learning based on the characteristics of the cooperative learning method and is also in line with the provisions of the Merdeka Curriculum, but it is necessary to add learning resources that are appropriate to the learning, learning media should be adapted to the characteristics students (2) the learning implementation is carried out in accordance with the learning scenario based on the characteristics of the cooperative learning model, but there are things that are still missing, namely apperception and utilization of allocations, (3) the learning evaluation is in accordance with the principles of the cooperative learning method. However, there are some things that still escape the attention of teachers, namely the question instructions and the range of scores on the questions

Abstract

The background to this research is the low ability to recognize letters in children at the GMIM Eben Haezer Kapataran Kindergarten. The aim of this research is to describe the use of floor puzzle media to improve the ability to recognize letters. The research method used is Classroom Action Research model Kemmis and Mc. Taggart is carried out twice in cycles with the steps namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this research were 22 children from GMIM Eben Haezer Kapataran Kindergarten Group B. The data collection techniques used were observation and field notes as well as data analysis using assessment techniques in kindergarten. The results of the research showed that cycle I was 59% and cycle II had increased after improvements were made to 100%. It was concluded that the use of floor puzzle media can improve the ability to recognize letters in children at the GMIM Eben Haezer Kapataran Kindergarten

Abstract

Use of Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Methods for Grade 1 Students at SD GMIM II SARONGSONG. This research is to expand the teacher's ability to increase motivation and reading learning outcomes for beginning Grade 1 students. The main objective of this research method is first grade students with the subject of the teacher's research and the research object being beginning reading ability, but the method used is Contextual theory. Teaching and Learning (CTL). This theory describes that education, learning and guidance for children must be in students' real world situations. The method used is the observation method, where the observation method is the process of collecting information or data by directly observing and recording events or behavior that occur in a certain environment. From the results of observations, the learning carried out has experienced improvement and progress. The improvements that occur are as follows: 1. Varied learning methods. 2. Students are always actively involved. 3. Students are braver in reading. Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) highlights several main problems. Abstract

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes by implementing the inquiry learning model at SD GMIM VI Tomohon with the topic of Length Measurement being discussed. This type of research is qualitative research with data collection techniques through student observations in the classroom. The subjects of this research were 20 class II students. The results of this research show that the application of the inquiry learning model can improve students' mathematics learning outcomes. Improving student learning outcomes can be done by conveying learning objectives, providing problems related to concepts, providing practice questions, and providing guidance to students who have difficulty by discussing practice questions.

Abstract

The aim of this classroom action research is to find out how much influence the implementation of the Simulation learning model has on improving student learning outcomes in Class VI PKN subjects at SDN 1 Ayong. The research was carried out in 2 cycles. Each research cycle consists of 4 (four) stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this research were 19 class VI students at SDN 1 Ayong. The data collection techniques used consisted of observation (direct observation), tests (pre-test & post-test), and field notes. There was an increase in learning outcomes using the Simulation learning model for class VI students at SDN 1 Ayong. The results of the research showed that in cycle I the classical percentage value of student learning outcomes was 62.94, then it increased in cycle II with the classical percentage value of student learning outcomes being 88.10. Meanwhile, 11 people completed individual learning in cycle I or 57.89% and 8 people did not complete it, meaning 42.11% then increased in cycle II, namely 100% all completed. So it can be concluded that through the Simulation learning model it can improve student learning outcomes in PKN subjects, especially in class VI SDN 1 Ayong.
