This study aims to describe the role of the Bank Rakyat Indonesia Banking Financial Institution in Empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results obtained by the community are still reluctant to borrow capital through financial institutions due to complicated procedures, while showing that BRI through the People's Kredit Usaha Rakyat program (KUR) can help the progress of UMKM and UKMs, especially in Karawang Regency, through financing and empowerment with low-interest rates. . From the findings, BRI needs to take several approaches to the community, to create trust and change the negative stigma with the KUR program at Bank Rakyat Indonesia.

This research is motivated by the problems found in the field that students experience difficulties in learning to write official letters, besides that, the application of the learning model has never been applied in writing official letter skills. This affects student learning outcomes to be less than optimal. This study aims to describe student learning outcomes by applying the Complete Sentence learning model in writing official letters to class VII students of SMPN 1 Pusakajaya. This study aims to (1) describe the effect of applying the Complete Sentence learning model in writing official letters for class VII SMPN 1 Pusakajaya, (2) describe student learning outcomes by applying the Complete Sentence learning model in writing official letters to class VII students of SMPN 1 Pusakajaya. This study uses a quantitative approach. The method in this study was a quasi-experimental design with nonequivalent control group design. The correlation between the research design and the purpose of this study is the utilization of the two classes compared before and after receiving treatment. Processing of research data using SPSS software version 25. This research was conducted at SMPN 1 Pusakajaya by taking two classes as samples, namely class 7A and 7C. The sample in this study amounted to 60 students. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling. There are three stages in this study, namely pretest, treatment, and posttest. Based on the results of the study it was found that the average pretest and posttest scores for the experimental class were 52.57 and 84.47, this shows that the pretest and posttest scores had a difference of 31.9. Meanwhile, the average pretest and posttest scores for the control class were 50.85 and 61.14. shows that the two scores have a difference of 10.29. In this case it shows that the score of the experimental class is greater than that of the control class. The research results obtained from the pretest and posttest show that the data is normal and homogeneous. Based on the hypothesis test (T test) on the posttest data results obtained 0.000 <0.05, meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, it was concluded that there was an influence of the Complete Sentence learning model on the ability to write official letters in class VII students of SMPN 1 Pusakajaya.

This research was motivated by problems found in the field that students had difficulty in writing explanatory texts, besides that the problems began due to students' lack of interest in writing and the use of inappropriate learning strategies. The study aims to (1) Describe the application of critical incident learning strategies to the ability to write explanatory texts in grade VII students of SMP Negeri 2 Cikampek, (2) Describe student learning outcomes in the application of critical incident learning strategies to the ability to write explanatory texts in grade VII students of SMP Negeri 2 Cikampek. The author uses a quantitative approach with quasi-experimental methods and nonequivalent control group design. The correlation between the research design and the objectives of this study is the use of two classes that will be compared before and after receiving treatment. Research processing using SPSS software version 26. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Cikampek by taking two classes as samples, namely classes 7G and 7J, each consisting of 40 students. The study sample was taken by purposive sampling. There are three stages in this study, namely pretest, treatment or treatment and posttest. Pretest is conducted to determine the initial ability of students in writing explanatory texts before getting treatment. After being given a pretest, researchers gave treatment using critical incident strategies for experimental classes, while control classes used conventional strategies. The next step is to give a posttest to students to see the influence of the strategy used. Based on the results of the study, it was stated that the average score of the experimental class pretest and posttest scores were 44.9 and 78.4 and it showed that the posttest and pretest scores had a difference of 33.5. While the average score of the control class pretest and posttest scores of 43.1 and 61.3 shows that the two scores have a difference in value of 18.3. This shows that the experimental class is higher than the control class. Furthermore, the results of the hypothesis test with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05 which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted and the hypothesis test of N-gain value with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05 which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, the conclusion is that there is an influence of critical incident learning strategies in the ability to write explanatory texts in grade VII students of SMP Negeri 2 Cikampek.

Indonesian is an important language that is one of the main languages and must be learned from the education level, whether formal or non-formal. One of the efforts to develop Indonesian science is to improve literacy culture through types of stories from Fiction Books. In the learning process, students should be able to master the material and improve their learning activities through understanding the intricate elements in the story in a fiction book. But in fact teaching and learning activities are less effective because teachers provide a lot of theory without a practical process which makes the lack of opportunities for students to put their thoughts into assignments and conduct a discussion between groups, this is also an obstacle to student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 2 Telagasari, students become unenthusiastic in learning and the absence of motivation makes grades decrease below KKM. Then the TTW method was applied which aimed to support the learning ability of grade VII students of SMP Negeri 2 Telagasari by taking samples of 64 students in class VII B as an experimental class and class VII C as a control class. With the application of the TTW method, the average result (mean) obtained in the control class posttest results of 82.38, while the experimental class posttest was 90.50, then the results of the t-test showed a value of 25.563 with df 62 and a P value of 0.00, so by looking at these results, it can be said that there is a significant difference from the experimental class using the Think Talk Write method and the control class with the Conventional method in the ability of students to write intrinsic elements in fiction books.

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease characterized by high blood sugar levels above normal limits. Apart from being the cause of premature death globally, diabetes is also a major cause of blindness, kidney failure and heart disease. This research aims to explore the relationship between diet and diabetes mellitus. The method is literature analysis, in which information from previous publications is reviewed and summarized. The data used is secondary data. Of the five journals analyzed, all showed a significant relationship between diet and the risk of diabetes mellitus. Irregular eating patterns, consuming unhealthy foods, and not adhering to the principles of a balanced diet are the main factors in the occurrence of diabetes mellitus. Unbalanced nutritional intake and the habit of eating excessive portions can result in unstable blood sugar levels in the body. Therefore, maintaining a healthy, balanced and regular diet is key in preventing and managing diabetes mellitus, as well as reducing the risk of serious complications that can arise from this disease.

This study aims to test the hypothesis of the influence of briefings and the role of leaders on the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) ULP indralaya. The research method used is associative quantitative. The population of this study were 48 employees of PT PLN (Persero). The sampling technique is Probability sampling random sampling technique. Sources and data collection techniques of this research are primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents and secondary data by collecting documentation and literature studies relevant to the research. The data analysis techniques used are normality test, heteroscedasticity test and multicolonierity test. The hypothesis tests used are the t test and the F test. The t test results obtained on the significant value of the briefing variable of 0.040, the variable role of the leader of 0.004, then partially concluded to be influential. While the results of the F test sig. value on employee performance is 0.000, then briefing and the role of the leader have a joint or simultaneous effect on employee performance.

This research will aim to find out the result of students’ learning process by implementing the ‘quiz team’ learning method on the Endogenic Forces sub-chapter within the Lithosphere material in SMA Negeri 6 Depok. This research will be apart of the Quasi Experiment with the Group Pre-test and Post-test Design. The sample that is going to be used in this research will be taken with the Purposive Sampling technique. The sample that is going to be used in this research will be grade X IPS 1 as the experiment class which will utilize the ‘quiz team’ learning method during classes and grade X IPS 2 as the control class which will utilize the conventional learning method during classes. The data collection will be conducted in the form of a multiple choices test with 20 questions acting as pre-test and post-test. The testing in this research will use the instrumentation, analytic requirement, and data analysis technique. The result of the data testing that is going to be conducted will reveal the existence of an impact on the learning results of students in the experiment class. The experiment class shall experience a significant increase in learning results with the average grade of 72,50 from 55,78. Whereas the control class shall gain an average of 60,31 from 53,12. This conclusion will be supported by how the Sig. score obtained on the T test will not match for 0,000 meaning is denied and is accepted because the Sig. score is < 0,05. Thus, there will be an impact from the implementation of learning results in the X grade of SMA Negeri 6 Depok after using the ‘quiz team’ learning method during geography class.

This research is motivated by a lack of understanding about reduplication which can be used as an activity in language. The purposes of this study are 1. To describe the form and meaning of reduplication in the May 2023 edition of the Karawang Bekasi Ekspres newspaper, the Education & Sports column. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study were the May 2023 Edition of the Karawang Bekasi Ekspres newspaper. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, literature study, listening, reading and taking notes, and documentation. Researchers conducted an analysis of form and meaning reduplication in the May 2023 Edition of the Karawang Bekasi Ekspres newspaper. The tools used to collect data were laptops, mobile phones, theory books, notebooks and writing instruments. The results of the study found 22 repeated words in the May 2023 Edition of the Karawang Bekasi Express newspaper which were analyzed in full.

This study aims to determine the review writing skills of students taught by the Learning Cycle learning model on student learning outcomes on class XI review materials at SMA Negeri 5 Karawang, to determine the effect of the Learning Cycle learning model on the results of writing reviews for class XI students at SMA Negeri 5 Karawang. This type of research is experimental (quasi experimental) with the research design used is the non-equivalent control group design. The population of this study were all students of class XI and the sample in this study was class XI IPA 6 as the experimental class and XI IPA 7 as the control class. Data processing is done by descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis.Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the results of writing reviews of students taught by the Learning Cycle model in learning to write reviews for class XI SMA Negeri 5 Karawang are quite good. This can be proven in the tests carried out, namely the posttest test. Where, the posttest results of student learning are included in the high category with an average score of 88.43. There is an effect of using the Learning Cycle learning model on review writing skills on student learning outcomes in class XI SMA Negeri 5 Karawang. This has been proven based on the results of hypothesis testing using the Independent Simple Test, where a significant value is obtained for student learning outcomes, namely 0.000 <0.05.

This research aims to understand the correlation, partial influence, and simultaneous influence of Live Streaming Shopping and Sales Promotion on Fashion Product Purchase Decisions on the TikTok Shop Application in 2023. The research method uses a descriptive and verification quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 385 respondents taken from the unlimited population of TikTok users in Indonesia using the Lemeshow formula. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. Data analysis in this research uses path analysis and hypothesis testing using the t test and f test. By using Microsoft Excel tools, Method of Successive Interval (MSI), and the SPSS application version 25. The results of the analysis of this study show that the correlation between Live Streaming Shopping and Sales Promotion is strong, with a coefficient of 0.652, which indicates a positive and significant relationship. Live Streaming Shopping has a partial effect of 26.2% on Purchase Decisions, while Sales Promotions has a partial effect of 35.1%. The simultaneous effect of Live Streaming Shopping and Sales Promotion on Purchasing Decisions is 61.4%, while the remaining 38.6% are other variables not examined in this study.
