Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Abstract

Depression is a disorder of a person's emotional or mental state which is characterized by persistent feelings of anxiety, sadness. Orange peel contains flavonoids, tannins, polyphenols and triterpenoids which are quite effective as antidepressants by providing a relaxing function to the body. This study aims to determine the antidepressant effectiveness of ethanol extract of sunkist orange peel (Citrus sinensis (L.) Osbeck). The method used for antidepressant test is FST (Forced Swim Test) and TST (Tail Suspension Test) and observed immobility time before and after treatment. The antidepressant test used 20 mice divided into 5 treatments, namely negative control (Na-CMC 0.5%), positive control (Amitriptyline 25 mg), doses of sunkist orange peel extract 200 mg/kgBW, 300 mg/kgBW and 400 mg/kgBW given orally. Immobility time data before and after treatment were statistically analyzed with Paired T-Test. The test results stated that all doses of ethanol extract of sunkist orange peel showed antidepressant effectiveness in mice that differed not statistically significant (p>0.05).

Abstract

One of the various factors influencing a company's success in achieving its goals is the level of employee commitment to the company. This research was conducted by collecting data through a survey distributing questionnaires to 92 working respondents. The analysis method employed was quantitative, utilizing the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 22 software for Windows. Data were gathered using Likert scale questionnaires, with samples taken through non-probability sampling using purposive sampling technique. Analysis was performed using simple regression to examine the relationship between organizational commitment (Y) and adversity quotient (X). The research findings indicate a significant relationship between adversity quotient and organizational commitment, with a significance value of 0.004 (<0.05); (F=8.644; p<0.05). With a coefficient of determination of 0.088, it can be concluded that adversity quotient influences organizational commitment by 9%, while other factors outside the scope of the study affect 91% of the organizational commitment variable

Abstract

Multiplication is material that students must master. These ingredients are essential ingredients that take quite a long time to grow. In fact, when it is presented in story problems, students often experience difficulties. Therefore, various efforts to improve the quality of lessons, especially mathematics subjects, continue to be carried out. These efforts include using appropriate media. The aim of the research was to determine the effect of realistic mathematical learning models on multiplication critical thinking abilities and students' multiplication learning outcomes at UPTD SDN Pangpong. This research used a quantitative approach, namely experimental research with a Quasi experimental design, using two classes with treatment, pre-test and post-test. The first conclusion is that there is a correlation between realistic mathematical learning models and critical thinking skills of 63.6% and significantly the variable correlation has a value of 0.015 and has an influence of 40.4% and significantly has a value of 0.010, secondly there is a correlation with learning outcomes. The correlation is 73.6% and the significance value is 0.033. then the influence that the realistic mathematical learning model has on learning outcomes has a percentage of 54.20% and a significant value of 0.028.

Abstract

Learning models are created in order to maximize learning activities carried out between teachers and students. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of the Discovery Learning learning model with video tutorials on the interest and creativity of students at SMPS Maarif NU 3 Sampang?. This research uses a quantitative approach and Quasi experimental design. The results of the analysis and explanation based on the data significantly have a correlation relationship of 0.031 <0.05 which is proven in the SPSS output results, then the percentage of correlation relationship is 37.0%. From the data obtained in the field and analyzed and calculated with the help of SPSS, it can be said that the influence of the Discovery Learning learning model with video tutorials on student interest in learning is 13.7%, while the percentage of influence of the Discovery Learning learning model with video tutorials on student creativity is 40.4%. very influential.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara persepsi terhadap harapan orang tua dan ketakutan akan kegagalan pada mahasiswa Psikologi Universitas Negeri Manado, Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi Psikologi UNIMA, sejumlah 30 mahasiswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala persepsi terhadap harapan orang tua (X) terdiri dari 40 item (a = 0,909) dan skala ketakutan akan kegagalan (Y) yang terdiri dari 55 item (a = 0,791). Hasil analisis korelasi menunjukkan nilai r = 0,529 dengan p = 0.00 (p<0.05) berarti ada hubungan positif antara persepsi terhadap harapan orang tua dan ketakutan akan kegagalan pada mahasiswa Psikologi Universitas Negeri Manado. Semakin tinggi harapan orang tua yang dipersepsi oleh mahasiswa maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat ketakutan akan kegagalan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut peneliti memberikan saran bahwa orang tua diharapkan untuk pemahaman lebih mendalam tentang bagaimana persepsi terhadap harapan orang tua dapat mempengaruhi ketakutan akan kegagalan pada mahasiswa. Implikasi praktisnya dapat termanifestasi dalam pengembangan strategi pendekatan dan intervensi yang lebih efektif untuk membantu individu mengelelola ketakutan mereka, meningkatkan tingkat kepercayaan diri, dan mempromosikan kesejahteraan psikologi.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the implementation of emergency curriculum in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri I Kepulauan Sula during the COVID-19 pandemic, involving the Head of Madrasah, Wakamad Kurikulum, and PAI teachers. Socialisation strategies, meetings, and collective decisions are described to overcome learning challenges during the pandemic. Discovery learning was chosen for emergency curriculum implementation, customised for online and offline learning. The allocation of BOS funds to purchase internet data is a crucial step to ensure access to online learning. Learning evaluation involves question and answer sessions and assignments, with teachers playing a critical role in providing feedback. Although technical constraints arise regarding the availability of student facilities, a group approach is used for students without Android phones. Discovery learning is relevant in developing students' competencies, and BOS funds support access to online learning. Despite modifications, discovery learning can still be adapted through technology, ensuring an interactive and exploratory learning experience for students.

Abstract

Terdapat banyak perusahaan digital payment yang popular di Indonesia seperti GoPay, M-Banking, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, dan lain lain. Untuktuk dapat bertahan dalam ketat nya persaingan yang ada, perusahaan harus selalu melakukan inovasi yang focus terhadap konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepuasan pengguna dan perilaku konsumen dengan loyalitas sebagai mediasi terhadap penggunaan pembayaran digital yang dilakukan oleh Generasi Z di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik kuesioner. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang yang menggunakan digital payment dalam sistem pembayaran mereka. Tiga hipotesis diformulasikan dan diuji menggunakan Uji SEM. Hasil pengujian SEM menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pengguna, perilaku konsumen, dan loyalitas berpengaruh pada penggunaan pembayarn digital yang dilakukan oleh generasi Z di Jakarta

Abstract

Teachers carry out innovations and new strategies in solving the social science learning problems above, namely by using the discovery learning learning model. Discovery learning learning provides opportunities for students to independently improve their literacy skills by reading, remembering, understanding, interpreting, and arriving at the ability to conclude information contained in reading, both individually and in groups. Familiarity with literacy activities in social science learning is expected to be able to improve students' high-level thinking abilities on a basic basis. The research objectives include: 1) The influence of the Discovery learning learning model on students' literacy skills in Class VI Social Sciences learning at UPTD SDN Ujung Piring Bangkalan, 2) The influence of the Discovery learning learning model on students' higher level thinking abilities in Class VI Social Sciences learning at UPTD SDN Ujung Piring Bangkalan, and 3) The influence of the Discovery learning learning model on students' high-level literacy and thinking skills in Class VI Social Sciences learning at UPTD SDN Ujung Piring Bangkalan. This research uses a quantitative approach and experimental research type. The research population and sample were 24 class VI students at UPTD SD Negeri Ujung Piring Bangkalan. The results of the research include: 1) There is an influence of the Discovery learning learning model on students' literacy skills in Class VI Social Sciences learning at UPTD SDN Ujung Piring Bangkalan, 2) There is an influence of the Discovery learning learning model on students' higher level thinking abilities in Class VI Social Sciences learning at UPTD SDN Ujung Piring Bangkalan , and 3) There is an influence of the Discovery learning learning model on students' higher level literacy and thinking skills in Class VI Social Sciences learning at UPTD SDN Ujung Piring Bangkalan.

Abstract

By using the Team Games Tournament learning model, it is hoped that learning activities will be able to have a positive impact on cooperation and physical fitness of students in elementary schools. Thus, researchers are interested in examining the influence of the Team Games Tournament learning model on student cooperation and fitness. The objectives of this research include: 1) knowing the influence of the Team Games Tournament Learning Model on Student Collaboration in Class III Volleyball Games at UPTD SDN Ujung Piring Bangkalan, and 2) knowing the influence of the Team Games Tournament Learning Model on Students' Physical Fitness in Class III Volleyball Games UPTD SDN Ujung Piring Bangkalan. This research is quantitative research and uses an experimental research design. The instruments used to collect data were student cooperation and physical fitness questionnaire sheets. The research data was analyzed using the paired sample t test analysis technique and produced research conclusions, namely: 1) There is an influence of the Team Games Tournament learning model on student collaboration in class III volleyball games at UPTD SDN Ujung Piring Bangkalan, and 2) There is an influence of the Team Games learning model Tournament on Students' Physical Fitness in Class III Volleyball Games at UPTD SDN Ujung Piring Bangkalan.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the problems faced by 8th semester students majoring in Islamic Religious Education at IAIN Ternate in reading the Qur'an. Some of the problems identified involve difficulties in reading Arabic letters, improper pronunciation, as well as inadequate understanding of tajweed. To address these problems, this study used a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews and observations of 9 students. The results show that some students have good Qur'an reading skills, while others have difficulties. Factors such as educational background, motivation, curriculum and support play an important role in the ability to read the Qur'an. This study provides a comprehensive picture of the actual situation and provides a basis for future improvement of the education system
