Abstract

This research aims to determine the perception of elementary school-aged children, especially at the age of 10 years, on the moral values ​​conveyed from the animated film Upin and Ipin Episode Ikhlas dari Hati. Watching animated films has become a fun habit for elementary school-age children. Animated films cannot be separated from typical children's stories, depicting unique characters, and are fun. Television programs seen by children can affect the development of children's character. Therefore, in television shows, it is necessary to integrate moral values ​​in order to have a positive influence on character development. This research was conducted using qualitative methods. The data collection instrumens are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data in this study are the results of interviews with informants and the animated film Upin and Ipin Episode Ikhlas dari Hati. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be seen that children like Upin and Ipin films because the stories are interesting and not boring. The moral values ​​conveyed from Upin and Ipin's film Episode Ikhlas dai Hati include loyal friends, social care, tolerance, discipline, cooperation, and courage.

Abstract

This classroom action research has an aim to improve the learning of Chemistry by applying a media of Sreencast O Matic (SoM) by uploading the resulted material in a platform of Google Classroom (GC). The subject is the science major of Elevent Graders (XI MIPA-1), SMA Negeri 2 Tarakan. They are 35 students. The data were collected by observation, testing and documentation. This inquiry was implemented in two cycles with three learning meetings in each. Based on the analysis, it has been proved that the learning media SoM can be effectively used as learning media and it has improved the students’ learning process and results. These can be seen from their active participation in the learning and their learning achievement. The increase of their learning result indicated 11,4% at the end of first cycle. A dramatic rise of the students’ understanding was proved after the first cycle in which 85,3% of the students have reached more than a minimum completeness of understanding. There were a few of them need a follow up treatment by giving them a remedial.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the main character in the novel Gemaya by Risma Ridha Anissa using a literary psychology approach. The theory used is Sigmund Freud's literary psychology theory to analyze the personality structure of the main character and the dynamics of the main character's personality. The research approach used is a non-interactive approach and the research method used is descriptive analysis method. The source of the data in this research is the novel Gemaya by Risma Ridha Anissa. The results of this study are the personality of the main character Gehaya with the instinct of life which is described by motivating others. The death instinct is depicted by the choices of others through the character's attitude. Objective anxiety who experiences anxiety will respond to the real thing in front of him, so that it is described with feelings of panic. Neurotic anxiety that is described through the reaction of only the character of Gemaya to the network that is in his mind or imagination. The moral anxiety contained in the character of Gemaya is in the form of being ungrateful for what is not there and causing feelings of envy.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the personality of the character Lamin as the main character in the novel Cadl by Triskaidekaman by using a literary psychology approach. The theory used is humanistic psychology from Abraham Malow which discusses the five levels of human needs. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative approach and the method used in this research is descriptive analysis method. The data source used in this research is the novel Cadl by Triskaidekaman. The results and discussion of this research start from the intrinsic elements which include the theme, plot or plot, characters and characterizations, and finally the setting. The aspects of humanistic psychology contained in Triskaidekaman's CADL novel include basic physiological needs, the need for security, the need for love and belonging, the need for self-esteem and the need for self-actualization

Abstract

This study aims to examine urban portraits in the collection of short stories Sihir Perempuan by Intan Paramaditha. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The results showed that in the short story Vampire, the physical aspects of urban society were found, namely (1) social heterogeneity in the difference in social status between Irwan and Saras, (2) The secondary relationship in the short story is characterized by the lack of personal interaction involving the two, (3) high mobility The city lies in Saras' desire to develop his potential as a secretary where increasing work competence will also increase social status in society, (4) Individualization as a result of a person's high level of education so that he feels able to determine what is best for him without pressure from others narrated by Intan Paramaditha through Saras who accepted Irwan's offer without asking other people's considerations, and (5) Spatial segregation was raised through the discussion of cafes and stalls that marked the urban aspect

Abstract

The addition of organic matter in marginal soils is important to do in an effort to increase soil fertility so that plants can grow and produce optimal production. The purpose of this study was to obtain a dose of decomposer and length of incubation time in bokashi swallow droppings capable of increasing the growth and yield of green mustard plants (Brassica juncea L.) in marginal soils. This research was conducted at a screenhouse located in Sentiong Village, Rawagempol Wetan Village, Cilamaya Wetan Subdistrict, Karawang Regency, West Java. The method used was an experimental method with a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of two factors. The first factor is the decoposer dose consisting of 2 levels, namely: D1 (0 ml) and D2 (10 ml). The second factor is the length of incubation time consisting of 5 factors: W1 (0 days), W2 (4 days), W3 (8 days), W4 (12 days), and W5 (16 days). The results showed that there was no noticeable influence on the use of decoposer doses and differences in incubation time in bokashi swallow droppings against plant height parameters, number of leaves, fresh weight of plants, and dry weight of plants. However, there is an interaction influence on the parameters of the greenish level of the leaves. Giving of decomposer 10 ml (D2) treatment with an incubation time of 12 days (W4) was the best combination of treatment because it is able to provide the highest values on the height parameters of the plant (D2: 3,83-26,44 cm) and (W4: 3,88-26,67 cm), the number of leaves (D2: 3,87-11,00 leaf strands) and (W4: 3,89-11,11 leaf strands), and fresh weight of the plant (D2: 93,60 grams) and (W4: 102,18 grams).

Abstract

The research was conducted at the Tissue Culture Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Winaya Mukti Sumedang from September to November 2020. This study aimed to obtain the best response to the administration of various concentrations of corn extract (Zea mays). on the orchid plant Dendrobium sp.The research method used is an experimental method with a single factor Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 6 treatments and 5 replications. There were 6 treatment combinations, namely A (MS medium + 0% or without the addition of corn extract), B (MS medium + 8% corn extract), C (MS media + 9% corn extract), D (MS medium + 10% corn extract). ), E (medium MS + 11% corn extract), and F (medium MS + 12% corn extract). If the data were analyzed with variance and the F test at the 5% level showed significant results, then further tests were carried out with the Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at the 5% level to determine the best treatment.The results obtained in this study showed that there was a growth response on the parameters of the number of shoots, shoot height, number of leaves, time of root emergence, number of roots and root length on the protocorm Dendrobium sp by giving various concentrations of corn extract (Zea mays). The best treatment was found at a concentration of 9% corn extract giving optimal results with an average number of shoots 46.62, number of leaves 96.22 strands, and the fastest root growing time was 26 DAP.

Abstract

This study discusses the Strategy for Management of Village Owned Enterprises (Bumdes) in Improving the Community Economy in Kutamaneuh Village, Tegalwaru District, Karawang Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques carried out through the triangulation stages, namely interviews, observations and documentation studies. Then the data that has been obtained is analyzed through three stages of reduction, presentation and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the Village Bumdes of Kutamaneuh Village has formulated two strategic formulations, namely LPG gas and hajat rental. Meanwhile, in the implementation of the Bumdes strategy in Kutamaneuh Village, there are still obstacles in the human resources department. Meanwhile, for the evaluation of the strategy, it was found that there was inconsistency between village officials who always thought that the strategy had been running optimally, so that corrective steps were not carried out routinely

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Tissue Culture, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Winaya Mukti Jln Raya Bandung – Sumedang No. 29, Gunungmanik Tanjungsari District, Sumedang Regency, West Java Province. The time of this research was started from September 2020 to November 2020. The purpose of this study was to obtain the best response to the administration of various concentrations of BAP + Ambon banana extract on the orchid plant Dendrobium nindii X Dendrobium Jaya Srani. The method used is an experimental method with an environmental design, namely a 2 factor factorial completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 replications. The first factor is BAP with 4 levels (0 ppm; 1 ppm; 2 ppm; 3 ppm). The second factor is the Ambon banana extract with 4 levels (0% ; 5% ; 10% ; 15%). Data were analyzed using the F test at 5% level on all observed variables, if the data produced between treatments were significantly different, to find out the highest growth and yield, further tests were carried out with Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) further test data analysis at 5% level. . The results obtained in this study indicate that there is a growth response on the parameters of the number of shoots, number of leaves and number of roots on the protocorm of Dendrobium nindii X Dendrobium Jaya Srani orchids with various concentrations of BAP and Ambon banana extract. The best treatment was found at a concentration of 1 ppm BAP and 5% Ambon banana extract which gave optimal results on the number of leaves with an average of 6.25 leaves, the number of shoots with an average of 5.37 shoo

Abstract

The continuous use of inorganic fertilizers without the application of organic fertilizers can cause nutrient imbalances in the soil, low fertilization efficiency, damage to soil structure, and low soil microbiology. This experiment was conducted in Experimental Station of Indonesia Center for Rice Research Sukamandi Jaya Village, Subang District, West Java from July to November 2020. The objective of the experiment was to find out of N, P, K and organic fertilizer that gave the best yield on growth and yield of rice (Oryza sativa L.). The research was used experimenthal method it was arranged in split plot design with 6 threatment and 4 replications. As the main plot was N, P, K fertilizer, consist of 4 threatment of fertilizer: P1 (kontrol), P2 (+PK), P3 (PHSL), P4 (NP), P5 (+NK), and P6 (+NPK). As subplot was organic fertilizer: B1 (2 ton/ha), B2 (compost rice straw 5 ton/ha), and B3 (control). The effect of treatment is analyzed with variety analysis and if the F test is 5% significant, then to find out the best treatment continued with further DMRT tests (Duncan Multiple Range Test). The results showed that there was an interaction between the provision of inorganic and organic fertilizers to the height of plants aged 35 days after planting and 1000 grains weight. Meanwhile, at the height parameters of plants aged 21 days after planting, 57 days after planting, 64 days after planting, and 84 days after planting, number of tillers, number of panicles per hill, number of grains, and the grain yield there are real influences independently. The highest grain yield of 4,84 Kg/tile (6,45 tons/ha) was achieved by P5 (+NK) treatment and was not real different from P3 (PHSL), P4 (+NP), and P6 (+NPK) treatment with consecutive weights of 4,82 Kg/tile (6,43 tons/ha), 4,44 Kg/tile (5,92 tons/ha), and 4,46 Kg/tile (5,95 tons/ha).
