Abstract

This study aims to show the role of moral-ethical education for pastors in carrying out their calling duties as servants of the people, by referring to the pastor's competence to seek and save "lost sheep" but also efforts to protect people from various moral and ethical problems that often occur in congregation. The research method used is descriptive narrative method, which is a method that describes or describes experiences or events that will be examined in the form of narration or storytelling through a qualitative approach, so that it can be used to examine the status of a human group, an object, a set of conditions, a system of thought or an event class. This qualitative approach is used as a problem-solving procedure that will be examined by describing the subject-object situation, now based on the facts that appear in the study. The research was conducted to look at various moral and ethical violations that can occur to anyone, including the life of a pastor so it can be concluded that pastors have an obligation to develop their moral and ethical vocation by actively training themselves to assess morals and ethics in the community of believers , as well as guardians to maintain morals and ethics to later become a good example for the congregation and the community by responding positively to various violations that occur not only through the punishment approach, but also with an educational approach that is systemic, holistic, and comprehensive can be used as a way Exit.

Abstract

Weaving and women are a package that is a strength of the family economy based on women's local knowledge passed down from generation to generation. Woven women's work requires accuracy, patience, tenacity as an attitude of spirituality. The source of inspiration for weaving comes from nature encouraging women to weave rama towards nature. The theory used in explaining this reality from the perspective of ecofeminism spirituality theory. The data collected in writing this article is sourced from the assessment of data using a qualitative research approach. Research locations on weaving women in Maluku, Ambon City, generally women from Tanimbar (West Southeast Maluku). This paper explains 3 main things: 1). Woven women are the successors of local wisdom in Maluku, 2) Woven Women have a gifted spirituality challenging the motifs of modern textile weaving. Woven women care for nature with the spirit of ecofeminism spirituality.

Abstract

Development Policy of One Billion Villages (SDSM) in Pulau Morotai Regency. in this study, researchers focus on the issues raised namely the Impact of the One Billion One Village Policy in Kab. Morotai Island. This research program discusses the development policy of one village one budget development program, as well as efforts to examine the factors that are considered in improving the efficiency of one billion village program in the development that develops the village development. In this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive method. Using data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation, while the data analysis techniques used are to reduce data, present data, and collect conclusions and suggestions. The results showed that the SDSM program had positive and negative impacts. The positive impact felt was regarding the examination of development and welfare to the village level, budget negotiations for agriculture, and changes in better rural administration. And the negative effect is the incorporation of SDSM which has significant weaknesses, because it is still weak Top-down. Therefore, synergy of all elements is needed so that SDSM can be recycled to meet the needs of the community in the village.

Abstract

The people of the village of Galo-Galo, South Morotai Sub-district, Morotai Island Regency are inhabited as fishermen. The title of this research is the factors that influence the level of income of the fishermen in the village of Galo-Galo, South Morotai District, Morotai Island Regency. This type of research used in this study is quantitative research, using primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires which were distributed to fishermen and secondary data were obtained from related institutions. Data management is used with the Excel program and entered into the SPSS version 19, with multiple linear analysis methods. The results of the research began the method of multiple linear analysis showed that the age variable has a positive effect on fishermen's income, fuel has a positive effect on fishermen's income, season has a negative effect on fishermen's income and mileage has a positive effect on the income of fishermen in the village of Galo-Galo

Abstract

Issue of religion or religious politicization use in Morotai from the perspective of the reasonable circumstantial performed by elite politics, because of religious politicization issues on Morotai elections seen can destroy the presence voters in determining political options in accordance with prospective with the candidate in the same religious and ideological. Construction of religious-based identity politics issues considered may have benefits and a chance to win the election in the electoral District of Morotai Island. While aspects of interactional and communication can be concluded, that the political message blend religion and patterns of communication that uses religion as a source of the identity of the candidates can make the candidate build of misunderstanding with voters. In addition, religious politicization issues in the elections, it can be concluded that the Morotai candidates or young candidates in conducting socialization with voters feeling they in the same faith and religion. This situation is reinforced by the pattern of public relations of Morotai which still are paternalistic. The pattern of these relationships increasingly thick supported by a majority of the voters’ education level is still low and living in the village-rural. The result of the pattern of public relations as it was then the community that chooses the Regent and Vice Regent of emotional closeness will be up to voters with candidates. Whereas the community is needed in determining political rights in choosing the leader not because of emotional closeness or with prospective partners, but to choose the leader who has the vision, as well as a good program. In this jurnal, using writing research, because we use this method according to the author more profound understanding and explaining religious politic on Morotai. While the theory that the authors use as a knife, the theory is analyses of religious politicization, elite theory, and elections.

Abstract

This study aims to uncover learning lessons that are able to build a culture of collaboration in improving the quality of learning in the classroom. This study uses qualitative research with case study type. Data collection techniques are done by interview and observation. The subjects of this study were all teachers who were in charge of normative, adaptive and productive subjects involved in school-based learning. The findings in this study indicate two conclusions. First, it is the teacher who receives positive learning in improving the quality of learning in each class through the collaboration of fellow teachers in designing learning. Secondly, through this collaboration, a culture of learning to grow and develop together began to form between the teachers

Abstract

Sea cucumber is one of the organisms that live and are associated with various aquatic ecosystems, especially the seagrass ecosystems as the main habitat. The lack of public knowledge about the ecological functions of sea cucumber causes these organisms to be subjected to excessive exploitation to trade. Excessive pressure can cause an imbalance in the ecosystem even if left continuously, this organism will experience population degradation. This research was conducted from November to December 2019 at the Juanga Waters, Pulau Morotai Regency. The purpose of this research is to know the structure of the sea cucumber community in the waters of Juanga Village, South Morotai District, and Pulau Morotai Regency. Data retrieval in this research using the method transects squared which consists of three stations with a square size of 1x1 meter. Analysis of community structure data includes; density, Species Diversity, Dominance Index and Uniformity Index. The results of the analysis of the highest density values ​​are found in station II with a value of 1.133 (Ind / m2) hereinafter at station III with a value of 1,011 (Ind / m2) and the lowest density value is at a station I with a value of 1,000 (Ind /m2). The highest density value to three stations is the Holothuria atra type. The results of the analysis of species diversity (Holothuroidea) in the waters of Juanga from the three stations are relatively low with an average value of 2.42; the Dominance Index is relatively low. While the uniformity index indicates the medium category on all research stations.

Abstract

The objective to be achieved in this research is to study the application of Demonstration methods in Science Learning and cognitive, affective and psychomotor abilities in Science Learning about the Subject Style of Class IV students in Pilowo Elementary School. This type of research used in this study is the Class Research method we know as PTK (Classroom Action Research), this study consists of two cycles and an outline, containing four steps, namely (1) planning (planning), (2) implementing ( acting), (3) observation (observing), and (4) reflection. Based on data analysis and discussion, the conclusions that can be drawn from this study are student learning outcomes in science subject material style in cycle I on the cognitive aspects of students (40%), affective (35%), and psychomotor (45%) later completed in cycle II became Cognitive (85%), affective (90%), and psychomotor (85%) aspects, and 3 students who had not yet completed due to the limited research time not supported in cycle III and could only be remedied until they could achieve completeness. Thus the application of demonstration learning models can improve student learning in science subjects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the history of estabishing in pesantren Anwar-Ul-Uloom Bontocani province of South Sulawesi Regency. Focus in the problem was on the performance of the pesantren and leadeship Anwar-Ul-Uloom Bontocani province of South Sulawesi Regency. To address the issu posed. Date collection is carried outantle ground using observation techniques, interview and dokementation. The source of the date was pesantren, which included the founder of pesantren, leader of boarding schools and the local goverment. Data collected is then prepared using qualitative descriptive analysis with date reduction, date presentation and verification of date or deducation with drawel . As for the aproach used by historical aproach and the sosilogical aproach. Reseach shows that: 1) The reality of pesantren was initated by negotiation on family and approval of the local goverment. 2) Pesantren opesionalizing was led by one the tabligh members who was a close friend of the family of the founder of boarding school Anwar-Ul-Uloom Bontocani province of South Sulawesi Regency.

Abstract

This research aimed to known the effect of internal auditor competence and the justice organization toward prevention of fraud. The population of this research is Government Internal Controlling (APIP) in Inspektorat of North Moluccas. The method of taken sample is used multistage sampling. The technique which used to examine the hypotesa is simple regression.The result of this research is to show that internal auditor competence affect to prevention fraud justice organization is not affect to prevention fraud.
