Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that uses secondary data as the main data. Data were collected through literature studies from the results of previous research in high schools throughout Ternate City. The population of this research is Geography teachers of high school in Ternae City. The population of Geography teachers is 20 Geography teachers. By using a total sampling technique. The sample of geography teachers is 20 teachers. The student population is 890 students. Instruments of data collection using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data that had been collected were analyzed using descriptive percentages. The results showed that the geography teachers in instilling awareness of students' love for the environment were in the good category. The teacher's role in fostering the character of students in Ternate City High School has done its role very well, namely by educating, guiding and directing students to always care about the school environment, every day on the sidelines of learning geography teachers provide education about environmental love through learning videos and its application in daily life by teaching students to dispose of garbage in its place and cleaning the school environment.

The research with the title Study of correlation between learning achievement in the field of Civics and national awareness in third grade students of SMP country 31 West Halmahera. Which aims to find out several things, namely, the level of learning achievement in the field of Civics and the level of national awareness. The method used in obtaining this research data is the method of documentation and questionnaires. Analysis of data for learning achievement in the field of Civics and national awareness used the arithmetic mean formula. Meanwhile, to analyze the correlation between IPS learning achievement and the level of national awareness, the correlation technique is the crude product moment correlation. The results of the analysis of the existing data show that the average level of Civics learning achievement is sufficient with an average value of 72.66. Analysis of the high national awareness variable with an average value of 92.44. The correlation analysis between learning achievement in Civics Studies and national awareness shows a significant relationship. Learning achievement in the field of Civics, which is still in the good enough category, needs to be improved by improving the teaching and learning process, especially in providing motivation for students' learning so that students' national awareness needs to be improved or at least maintained.

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in economic subjects material economic problems. It is necessary to create a learning condition that allows active participatory students so that they can understand the material in a meaningful way. In this research, the research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The results showed that the Word Square learning model could improve student learning outcomes, especially the economic problem material from the second cycle, an increase compared to the first cycle, namely 19 students had a sufficient score in accordance with the standard of learning completeness with an average value of 81.0. % compared to the first cycle with an average value of 68.9%. With the above results, it can be concluded that based on the results of research conducted in cycle I and cycle II using the Word Square learning model, students have achieved mastery learning, but there has been an increase from the results of 68.9% in the first cycle to 81.0% in the first cycle. cycle II so as to improve student learning outcomes.

The objectives of this research were to find out moral values in Up and Doctor Strange film that can be used as material for teaching character education that involve in curriculum. This research is a qualitative research through content analysis method. The data in this research was collected through documentation and key informant with expert. In analyzing the data, the researcher used character table by Bohlin’s theory (2013) that consist of moral starting point, 1st morally pivotal point, 2nd morally pivotal point, challenge point, and new change. The result of this research showed there are some moral values in Up and Doctor Strange film that can be used as material for teaching character education involve in curriculum. The moral values are responsibility, caring other people, work hard, appreciate achievement of other people, curiosity, like to read and caring environment. These moral values also include in 18 that should be taught by teacher in teaching character education according to the Depdiknas (2010).

This type of research is classroom action research (CAR), classroom action research. The research was carried out in class IV SDN 113 Hal-Sel. This research was carried out from June to July 2020. The subject of the research was class IV SDN 113 Hal-Sel which collected 20 students consisting of 13 male students and 7 female students). In the first cycle the average value was 59.25 or increased after improvements in the first cycle to 11 students who completed 55%. In the second cycle the average value of students became 66.75 the number of students increased to 95%. Based on data analysis, it is known that Civics lessons using the jigsaw method in the material values contained in Pancasila have been successful. learning takes place very conductively and interactively students seem happy to learn Civics material values contained in Pancasila. This can be seen from the students' learning outcomes which can be seen in their complete learning, the number of students who have completed has reached 95 (19 students who completed).

This study aims to determine the results of learning science material on the structure and function of plant parts through the application of active knowledge sharing learning strategies to fourth grade students of SD Negeri Keporo, Sula Islands Regency. This research is a type of classroom action research (CAR) which consists of two cycles with research procedures, namely, planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques for research data consisted of observation, tests and documentation. Based on the results of research conducted on student learning outcomes in the implementation of the action cycle I, the level of student mastery reached an average value of 7.928 students while the KKM was 70. The students who had experienced individual mastery in Cycle II reached 80.95%, it was said to be successful even though there were still students. whose value is less than the expected KKM.

Given the importance of the role of reading for student development, the way teachers teach reading must choose appropriate and correct teaching strategies so that it is easy for children to understand. So far, the way teachers deliver to third grade students at SD Negeri 115, South Halmahera Regency is not appropriate. In teaching both methods and approaches, the results obtained by class III students are relatively low and children are less interested in teaching Indonesian. From the various problems above, the guided training method is felt to be very instrumental in helping the process and the gradual achievement of learning objectives. In this study, the researcher describes the Improvement of Reading Aloud Skills Through Guided Practice Methods for Third Grade Students of SD Negeri 115, South Halmahera Regency. The research method that will be used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects in this study were third grade students of SD Negeri 115, South Halmahera Regency, with a total of 20 students consisting of (9 male students and 11 female students).

This study discusses the communication strategy carried out by Vapor Sindikat Bekasi in increasing consumer buying interest. The theory used is Marketing Mix Communication which has four dimensions, namely product, price, promotion and place. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data sources in this study are primary and secondary which are obtained through triangulation, interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques which are then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model data analysis concept which consists of three stages including, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. . The results and discussion of the research show that the products sold by Vapor Sindikat Bekasi are very good in terms of quality but the packaging is less attractive and the services provided by Vapor Sindikat Bekasi employees are said to be very good and able to provide education to consumers about vaping. The price applied by Vapor Sindikat Bekasi is still the same as that set by similar stores, but Vapor Sindikat Bekasi is superior in terms of providing free goods from several products being marketed. Promotions carried out by Vapor Sindikat Bekasi in increasing consumer buying interest using Instagram social media, also providing promotions and prizes or giveaways on every big day. The place for buying and selling Vapor Syndikat Bekasi with consumers is an area that is easily accessible by all types of private vehicles, making it easier for consumers to communicate with Vaporista Sindikat Bekasi.

Implementation of public policy is a very basic demand for modern government. Where every citizen has the right to get good service for goods, services and administrative services provided by the government. The management of relations between the center and the regions has become “fuzzy and unclear”, when Indonesia faces a situation known as a Public Health Emergency. This health emergency arises because of the spread of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) which is spread throughout Indonesia. In addition, when the central government has not determined policies, local governments are required to exercise discretion to decide prevention policies. There are various forms of prevention. There are regions that have taken a policy of closing access in and out of the city for four months, confirming the area as an Extraordinary Event (KLB), and closing flight routes and sea routes. However, this discretionary step that is often taken is sometimes wrong, as if it is not directed. This research uses normative legal research by using literature study. The secondary data collected in this study were re-examined to determine the completeness of the data obtained, their clarity and relevance to the formulation.

Learning media according to (Surayya, 2012) is a tool that is able to assist the teaching and learning process and serves to clarify the meaning of the message or information conveyed, so as to achieve the planned learning objectives. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of validity according to expert opinion regarding the product development of Animated Video Based on ANIMAKER To Improve Learning Outcomes in Grade 3 Students. This type of research is research and development (R&D). Research using the ADDIE design model The ADDIE Development Model has stages (Analysis-Design-Development-Implementation-Evaluation). This study aims to develop Animaker-based Animation Video Learning Media to improve learning outcomes of Poetry Materials for 3rd grade elementary school students, knowing the level of product validity which includes the validity of materials, media, learning designs, and evaluation questions according to experts. The data from the validation test results are obtained as follows: (1) the percentage obtained from the material expert validation test is 97% with the assessment criteria obtained is high; (2) the percentage obtained from the media expert validation test is 78% with the assessment criteria obtained is very high. Based on the validation test from media experts and material experts, it can be concluded that the learning media in the form of Animated Video Based on ANIMAKER To Improve Learning Outcomes of Indonesian Language Lessons for Grade 3 Elementary School can be said to be feasible to use
