Abstract

The bicycle is a means of transportation that has two wheels and originated in France since the early 18th. One type of bicycle that is currently popular is a mini bike. Mini bike users mostly come from teenagers to adults, especially men who use mini bike to take part in mini trek events or straight-line races. This is because the mini bike is very easy to modifty its speed performance. In addition, the mini bike has a variety of frame materials ranging from hi-teen steel, chromoly, alloy, carbon fiber, and titanium. The result of this study are an analysis of the loading of the equilibrium moment on the Mini Bike Frame, the coordination point of the center of gravity on the Mini Bike, has an axis value of Xo = 736,36mm and Yo = 455,06mm of Gravity, against (x-coordinate axis on the ground) equals the safer. The biggest moment that occurs due to the rider’s load and the reaction stress of the Ray and Rby axes is 922.835,02N.mm2, the safety factor value on the 20 Inch Mini Bike frame is still said to be safe, with the safety result in the solidworks simulation of 1,974.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) Data regarding the training of employees of the Haurgeulis Substation PT. PLN (Persero). (2) Data on work productivity of employees of the Haurgeulis Substation PT. PLN (Persero). (3) Data on the effect of training on work productivity for employees of the Haurgeulis Substation PT. PLN (Persero). The subjects of this study were employees who worked at the Haurgeulis Substation PT. PLN (Persero) Haurgeulis District, Majalengka Regency, amounting to 18 people. Data were collected by observation and questionnaires. The analysis used is descriptive percentage analysis, simple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The training for employees of the Haurgeulis Substation PT. PLN (Persero) has reached more than 60% which is proven, this can be seen from the t count value of more than t table (4.103 > 2.120). (2) The work productivity of the employees of the Haurgeulis Substation PT. PLN (Persero) has reached more than 60%, which is proven, this can be seen from the t arithmetic value of more than t table (4,091 > 2,120). (3) Training has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of the employees of the Haurgeulis Substation PT. PLN (Persero). This is evident from the value of tcount > ttable (3.764 > 2.120).

Abstract

Fatigue is a condition that is felt by every individual that can cause work accidents and even death, fatigue symptoms for each individual are different but centered on loss of efficiency and decreased capacity as well as endurance, work fatigue is caused by several factors, one of which is nutritional status. This study aims to determine the relationship between nutritional status and work fatigue on employees at PT X. The sample is 92 employees, data collection uses, observations, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. Hypothesis testing using the Spearman Rank test. The results of the study there was no relationship between nutritional status and work fatigue on employees at PT. X

Abstract

Islamic Boarding School is an educational institution located in the Indonesian community with a coaching model that is full of value education, both religious values ​​and the noble values ​​of the nation. Ma'hadut Tholabah Babakan Islamic Boarding School is a salaf Islamic boarding school (salafiyah) located in Tegal Regency and integrated with formal school education. Ma'hadut Tholabah Babakan Islamic Boarding School is one of the educational institutions that instills religious values, nationalism, religious character, educational context and prevents negative things that occur along with the times. learning methods in the pesantren environment apply the "ta'lim" (teaching) system. Methodically, education and teaching in Islamic boarding schools are given in the form of: sorogan, bandongan, halaqah, and memorization. However, due to Covid-19, this teaching method cannot be fully implemented with inherent habits. Therefore, the Board of Directors of the Ma'hadut Tholabah Babakan Islamic Boarding School one of the learning strategies by including one A'dlo Council (Management) / Coordinator in each room to guide and direct other students in the room to maintain health and monitor if there are any. students who are affected by the symptoms of the corona virus, besides the kyai also carry out learning with strict procedures, one of which is by wearing masks when learning at Islamic boarding schools. This is expected to fulfill the right to education for its students even though the results are not optimal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the implementation of the competence of Christian Religious Education teachers in the online learning process at the Rehobot Christian Elementary School, Manado. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the competence of Christian Religious Education Teachers in online learning at Rehobot Christian Elementary School has not been maximally implemented. The number of inhibiting factors needs to be communicated jointly between the Principal, Christian Religious Education Teachers and Parents so that the best solution is found for the development of student learning during online learning.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company engaged in the manufacturing industry. PT XYZ has several visions and missions to realize or achieve the goals of the company. In the manufacturing industry, the availability of raw materials or materials is a very important process. The procurement process is the most crucial component of supporting production process activities. To ensure this process runs smoothly, it is necessary to have the ability to anticipate the risks that might occur that could disrupt or hinder the smooth running of the process. Without a good and structured risk management, the impacts of these risks will affect the smooth performance of the company. In identifying the risks that may occur in the procurement process and the proposed mitigation actions that may be carried out, the House of Risk (HOR) method is used. The HOR method is used to solve problems regarding the relationship between risk events, the relationship between risk causes, the relationship between risk and risk causes and risk mitigation actions. In this study, the 5 most crucial causes of risk were found, and then 5 mitigation actions were designed to overcome the impact of these risks.

Abstract

With the application of the EOQ and JIT methods, PT. XYZ can find out the right time and quantity of inventory orders and can be determined by safety stock to overcome the uncertainty of customer demand in accordance with the calculation results of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Just In Time (JIT) methods. Comparative research is used by researchers to compare inventory methods according to PT. XYZ with EOQ method and JIT method in efficiency of inventory costs and inventory optimization. The optimal quantity of raw material purchases on the EOQ method for Lever A, Lever B, Bolt, Joint, Base Ratchet, Ratchet Plate, Rod Release Assy, Equalizer, Spring Rod, Equalizer Pin, and Nut, Adjust is 10,421 on each raw material. As for the raw material, the Pawl is 22,162 and for PCV Compound it is 2,665 kg The total cost of the EOQ method on PT. XYZ of Rp. 33,571,768. The minimum inventory of just in time method of Lever A and Base Ratchet raw materials is 20,842 pcs, for Lever B, Bolt, Joint, Ratchet Plate, Rod Release Assy, Equalizer is 23,302 pcs, for Pawl is 54,285 pcs, PVC Compound is 5,331 kg, Spring Rod, Equalizer Pin, and Nut, Adjust is 27,571 pcs. The total cost of the Just In Time method at PT. XYZ of Rp. 14,766,569

Abstract

Since the outbreak of a disease called Corona Virus originating from Wuhan, China, otherwise known as COVID19, it has been reported in various aspects at the end of 2019. In this regard, the practice of applied education was still traditional education before COVID-19 reached Indonesia. Some schools have developed a culture of education through IT, especially at the elementary school level, but traditional education is still the main priority. Therefore, bypassing this section, the author wants to dig deeper into educational innovations that are involved in educational practice in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a literature review (books, magazines, determinations, similar to essays). Literature study is the procedure used to collect information or sources related to the subject discussed in the determination. The result of this determination is that a solution is found in the form of an innovation from government policies to education in Indonesia after the pandemic

Abstract

Micronutrient deficiency remains a major concern in Indonesia, demonstrating how critical it is to meet micronutrient requirements, particularly for Zn micronutrients. Zn can boost a child’s IQ and lessen the risk of bleeding during childbirth (Kennedy et al, 2003). Inpara 1, Inpara 2, Inpara 3, Inpara 4, Inpara 5, Inpara 7, Inpara 9, Aek Sibundong, Bahbutong, Baroma, Batu tei, Ciasem, Cibodas, Cibogo, Cigeulis, Ciherang, Cialamaya Muncul, Cisokan, Conde, Fatmawati, IR 64, and Ketonggo) and 10 SSR markers with high Zn content were used as genetic material (RM475, RM3322, RM441, RM5607, RM335, RM300, RM162, RM3331, RM8007, and RM243). Contamination and the leftover solution used in the DNA extraction and isolation method can generate smears on some rice genotyping samples

Abstract

In the automotive world today, there are many two-wheeled vehicles with automatic transmission which have become the primary need for many people. To be able to work the vehicle, one that can support the running of the vehicle is the axle on the CVT (Continously Variable Transmission). Likewise with this study, which aims to analyze the calculation of the shaft, pulley and v-belt on the 2018 Honda Vario 125cc motorcycle in order to meet the required criteria and applicable standards. The type of research used is experimental research, data collection is carried out directly. From the calculation analysis that has been carried out, the results obtained; Shaft Diameter = 17.1 mm, Drive Pulley Diameter = 125 mm, Driven Pulley Diameter = 150 mm, Type B standard belt type with the following specifications; Width = 17 mm, Thickness = 11 mm, Groove Angle = 38°, Rubber Density = 1140 kg/cm3, Maximum Tensile Stress = 1.72 Mpa, Velocity V – Belt = 11.77 m/sec, Length V – Belt = 1071.1 mm, maximum tension V – Belt = 250.8 N, Voltage requirement V – Belt = 152.9 N, so that V – belt with Type B can be said to be safe.
