Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Artikel yang diterima dan diproses oleh redaksi adalah artikel secara substansi berhubungan dengan kawasan pendidikan.

This study aims to determine the effect of Job Insecurity, Organizational Climate and Work Stress on Turnover Intention of Non-PNS Employees in District and Kelurahan Offices in East Ciputat District. This study uses primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires. The population used in this study were 168 non-civil servant employees in the District and Kelurahan Offices of East Ciputat District, while the sample used was 118 non-civil servants in the District and Kelurahan Offices of East Ciputat District. The sampling technique used was the Purpose Sampling Method. This research method uses quantitative methods using multiple regression analysis formulas, multiple correlation coefficients, coefficient of determination, t test and f test. Data analysis used parametic statistics with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that Job Insecurity has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Organizational climate has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Job Stress has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Job Insecurity, Organizational Climate, Work Stress together have a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention

Education is always aimed at increasing students' understanding of a material without prioritizing the student's character which will be the key to future changes. This study aims to find out learning strategies that can instill students' character according to the challenges of the times they face. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The authors carry out research steps by collecting and analyzing data related to the discussion based on various literative sources, then the facts of events that have been written in the statements are revealed to be a conclusion. The results of the study conclude that changes in student character that occur due to the development of the times require teachers to look for strategies to deal with them, namely by applying quantum teaching and learning

The condition of health services in Jambi province still needs to be addressed. Many reports from the public, stated that most of the hospitals did not have good service quality. This study focuses on customers, especially outpatients at Baiturrahim Hospital to examine the effect of Customer Relationship Management & Brand Image on Outpatient Satisfaction during the Covid-19 Pandemic (Study at Baiturrahim Hospital Jambi). The research method used is a quantitative type with a descriptive nature by distributing questionnaires to 233 outpatients at the Baiturrahim Hospital during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. The distribution of questionnaires uses a Likert scale and is processed using SmartPLS 2.0 software. This research has met the evaluation test of the measurement model and the evaluation of the structural model with valid and reliable results. The biggest influence is the influence of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) variable on the Customer Satisfaction variable. Then followed by the influence of the Brand Image variable on the Patient Satisfaction variable. The conclusions of this study are (1) there is a significant positive effect of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) variable on the Patient Satisfaction variable and (2) there is a significant positive effect of the Brand Image variable on the Patient Satisfaction variable

The wood processing industry in Indonesia is a barometer of improvement in the national economy and a key factor in efforts to increase state revenues from the forestry sector. The purpose of this research is related to the work activities and productivity of a company that is needed and to find out strategies that can advance the company for the better in the future. In this study, the methods used were IFAS-EFAS analysis and SWOT analysis with interviews and questionnaires. The main strength of Cv. Cahaya Sawmill is a wide distribution network of 0.52. The main weakness of the company is that the warehouse is not too wide for product placement as much as 0.16. The main opportunity is the development of increasingly sophisticated technology by 0.48. The main threat Cv. Cahaya Sawmill is a bargaining power of 0.48 suppliers. From the results of data processing, it can be concluded that the strategies that can be carried out on Cv. Cahaya Sawmill is a SWOT strategy to penetrate the market, take advantage of technological developments, improve branding, make investments, create an integrated system, look for alternative warehouse locations, take advantage of business relationships, offer products, and improve company systems.

This study aims to examine and analyze as well as determine the analysis of employee performance at the Bekasi Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service (DPMD). This research is a descriptive qualitative type with data collection techniques carried out using triangulation which includes interviews, observations and documentation studies, then the data is analyzed by reducing, presenting and drawing conclusions. The theory used is the performance of Suyadi Prawirosentono (2008:27) with four dimensions, namely effectiveness, responsibility, initiative and discipline. The results of this study indicate that the performance of DPMD Bekasi Regency employees can be said to be good for all dimensions, so that the performance of DPMD employees can run quite optimally according to the needs and desires of the community and other bureaucracies related to the Bekasi Regency DPMD.

This study aims to examine and analyze and determine the implementation of local government policies in Bekasi Regency in alleviating community poverty (descriptive study in Cipayung Village, East Cikarang District). This research is a descriptive qualitative type with data collection techniques carried out using triangulation which includes interviews, observations and documentation studies, then the data is analyzed by reducing, presenting and drawing conclusions. The theory used is Edwards III's Policy Implementation in Putra (2001:9) in which there are four dimensions, namely nature, organizational structure, communication and resources. The results of this study indicate that the policies made by the Bekasi Regency Government have not gone well because the communication between the Regional Government Apparatus and the Cipayung Village Government has not been coordinated and has not been implemented and has not been implemented by the regional government in implementing poverty alleviation policies against the Bekasi Regency Regional Regulations. Number 10 of 2012 concerning the organizational structure has not yet created characteristics that are able to encourage Small and Medium Micro Business actors to develop better.

Culture-based mathematics is often called ethnomathematics. Ethnomathematics is an approach to explain the role of mathematics in a multicultural society so that it is more meaningful. Every culture can be used as a source of learning and literacy for students to learn mathematics where in each culture there are values that are important in life. Where in teaching geometry to elementary school students really need media to visualize geometric shapes and geometric shapes. This research is very useful for teachers and students in elementary schools, because it can help students understand and also make it easier for teachers to explain geometry material to their students. The method used in this research is a literature study, namely reviewing relevant previous studies and making conclusions based on the results obtained. The results of this study are the concept of the shape of each typical Tegal food, namely latopia cake, tofu aci, olos, pestle, bogis poci, kamir and apem typical of Tegal, which have been described can be used as alternative learning resources related to the discussion of flat geometry. and geometry of space as well as other relevant things to learn related to mathematics

Jawara of a special position in Banten society. Jawara was part of the subculture in Banten society that has a special position other than "Kiai" and "Ulama". Jawara's position in Banten society had a strong influence that penetrates the boundaries of rural hierarchies in Banten, so that Jawara gets informal labeling by the people of Banten. The purpose of this study was to identify the moral values of Jawara Banten in the formation of students' character. The method used in this research was to use the literature review method. Based on the research, it can be said that the moral values of Banten's Jawara were positive in the formation of student character, namely: the values of discipline, independence, and hard work that can be realized in students' daily lives.

Making an application requires a software to support its creation, for example Android Studio and MIT App Inventor. The advantage of MIT App Inventor compared to Android studio is that there is no need to use a qualified laptop/PC specification because MIT App Inventor Inventor is available on Google and use a gmail account to register. Furthermore, the advantage of MIT App Inventor is that it does not require a programming language in its manufacture, which is like a puzzle. This application has several features in it, namely it can see whether the class has been used or not. Furthermore, this application has a class reservation feature that can make it easier to use the class. This application can support the 5.1 Lollipop operating system up to the latest version. The results of the research on the development of a class monitoring system application (SMOKE) are in the Very Eligible category because it meets the aspects of Functionality 100% (very feasible), Efficiency 88% (very good), Usability 87.6% (very feasible), and Portability of 100% ( very worthy).

The variables in this study are; (1). The application of the inquiry method, (2) increase students' interest in learning. This research includes classroom action research (CAR). The aims of this study are: to determine the increase in learning interest of students in class XI MAS Gotowasi. The instruments used in this research are observation and questionnaire sheets. The results in this study using the application of the inquiry method to increase student interest in learning in XIMASal-Ikhwan Gotowasi class can increase interest in learning physics. This is indicated by the increasing interest in learning of students in the high category, namely in the first cycle 28.57% and the second cycle 76.19%.
