Abstract

This study aims to describe the relationship between teacher teaching creativity and learning outcomes in Natural Sciences in grade VI elementary school students, to determine the level of creativity in teaching teachers and the level of interest in learning Natural Sciences at grade VI elementary school students, and to find a relationship between teaching creativity learning. teachers, interest in learning and learning outcomes of Natural Sciences in grade VI elementary school students. This study uses a descriptive survey method with descriptive statistics to describe the data from the collected sample to make a generalization. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between teaching creativity and learning outcomes in Natural Sciences for grade VI elementary school students. Based on the results of the analysis in table 4.9, it was obtained Tcount = 3595 T table with a significant level = 0.05, with numerator = 2 and denominator = 69 obtained T table = 2,000. It turns out that the value of Tcount is 3595 > 2,000 Ttable, then there is a relationship between student interest in learning and learning outcomes in Natural Sciences for grade VI elementary school students. 69 obtained T table = 2,000. It turns out that the value of Tcount is 7,840 > 2,000 Ttable, and there is a significant relationship between teaching creativity and students' interest in learning together with learning outcomes in Natural Sciences for grade VI elementary school students. significance level of 0.000 and 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The existence of the corona virus (COVID-19) pandemic has forced both central and regional governments to have to think of strategies to prevent its spread. Even though the health protocols have been implemented, in practice there are still people who violate and even ignore the dangers of this virus. Therefore, further strategies are needed to overcome this. In Tridaya Sakti village, the strategy is to solidify between residents, RT, RW, babinsa, kamtibmas, and village officials. Some activities such as social worship, culture are limited by the provisions of health protocols. However, the obstacles to handling covid in Tridaya Sakti village, there are often crowds who do not comply with health protocols and do not obey the rules of opening hours during the pandemic, and there are still people who are not aware of the health protocols so that the task force or task force must intervene to educate the dangers of COVID -19.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, examine and analyze the application of e-government in the application of the Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) in the General Subsection of Personnel at the Bekasi Regency Education Office. This research is a descriptive qualitative type with data collection techniques carried out through triangulation which includes interviews, observations and documentation studies, then the data is analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model where the data is reduced, presented and drawn conclusions. The results of the discussion refer to the theory of E-government according to Indrajit, 2004 which has three supporting dimensions in the form of value, support and capacity. The results of this study are the Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) has been running quite well but on the one hand it has not met optimally in the realm of human resources and proper room capacity.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is the overall attitude that consumers show towards goods and services after they acquire and use them. If the quality is far below expectations, it will experience emotional dissatisfaction. Consumer satisfaction includes the difference between expectations and perceived performance or results. The purpose of this study is to find out how the level of consumer satisfaction with tuna shredded products in kub new flowers nangahure. This research is quantitative research. Respondents from this study were consumers who bought and consumed 30 tuna shreds. Data collection using kuisone. Data analysis is performed with simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that: consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on production results with a value of t count > t table and a significant value smaller than 0.05 so that Hi is rejected and Ho is accepted. This shows that consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on tuna shredded production. Between the consumer satisfaction variable (X) and the variable tuna production result (Y) has a strong correlation relationship because it has a correlation value of 0.688 between (0.60-0.799).

Abstract

Chili or lombok (Capsicum, L) is a seasonal vegetable horticultural plant for spices that is needed by all levels of society as a flavoring of cuisine and appetite enhancer. This research aims to find out to find out the prospects for the development of chili farming business in the planted practice of the faculty of agriculture, University of Nusa Nipa Indonesia. As for the results of the research obtained that: the prospects of chili farming development based on SWOT analysis are well developed, namely being on an aggressive strategy formed in quadrant 1, namely growth oriented strategic (supporting aggressive growth policies).

Abstract

VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil) is a pure coconut oil made from fresh coconut meat that is processed in low temperatures or without heating. The important content in the oil can still be maintained, and the oil has a clearer color and can last for two years without rancid. Pure coconut oil (VCO) is a high-grade coconut oil that has a low water content and free fatty acid content, clear in color, smells good, its shelf life is more than 12 months, does not contain cholesterol, and lauric acid is converted into monolaurin so that it is anti-viral. This research aims to find out the marketing strategy of VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil) products at the Nita Type Kena Production House. This type of study used 15 interview samples taken, including employees and general buyers. The results of the interview are processed using purposive sampling methods and SWOT analysis. The results of this study show that: VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil) Product Marketing Strategy at Kena Tipe Nita Production House, namely, increasing the price of VCO products by paying attention to production facilities and strategic business locations, increasing profits by increasing pure coconut oil production through regular labor utilization and working time

Abstract

Seaweed is one type of cultivation that has the opportunity to be developed. This seaweed stick business is one of the right alternatives to be developed in sikka regency. The purpose of this study wants to find out how much seaweed stick business income in KUB Kembang Baru Nangahure and also to find out whether the seaweed stick business is worth trying to do. The data used in the research is primary data and secondary data. As for the results of calculations from the analysis of seaweed stick business income in the KUB Kembang Baru household industry, conclusions were obtained. The total cost of receipts obtained by KUB Kembang Baru is Rp 3,750,000 then the total production costs incurred amounted to 2,928,000, so that the total revenue is reduced by the total cost after processing the income obtained by the KUB Kembang Baru Nangahure household industry which produces seaweed sticks of Rp 822,000. Seaweed stick business in the household industry KUB Kembang Baru Nangahure seen from revenue cost this business ratio is worth trying. Because the value of R / C is greater than one which is 1.28 Rupiah.

Abstract

The fruit of the coconut plant has a good source of vegetable protein and can be processed into various products that are beneficial to humans and can be used as raw materials for cooking oil. The competitiveness of coconut products today lies in its downstream industry, no longer in primary products, where the added value in coconut oil is the most valuable downstream product of coconut fruit and is widely used as an industrial raw material or as a goring oil. The purpose of the research is to fulfill the strategy of developing coconut oil business in PCP Rotat. 15 respondents took using purposive sampling techniques and using SWOT analysis tools. The results showed that this strategy was created by looking at the strength factors owned by the company and optimized to achieve the opportunities that exist to the maximum. The strength factors used are the quality of the product, the price offered. Opportunity factors used by technological development and supply sustainability

Abstract

An efficient marketing system will drive low marketing margins so that improvements in revenue on the part of producers, relatively cheap prices for consumers and normal profits for marketers will be achieved. Chili in addition to being able to be used as a daily requirement, chili is also widely used as a raw material for the food and pharmaceutical industries. The purpose of the research is to explore the marketing strategy of cayenne pepper farming business in Erik Farm, ladogahar village, nita subdistrict, sikka district. The marketing strategy of cayenne pepper farming business in ladogahar village of Nita District of Sikka Regency is in the position of quadrant I, which is the most profitable position for farmers because at this time cayenne pepper farming business has the opportunity and strength so that it can be utilized, namely: 1) increase market demand by utilizing the labor and experience of chili farmers. 2) Take advantage of the selling price by increasing the volume of production with the proper use of fertilizers and pesticides.

Abstract

This study is designed to analyze the relationship between variables so that this research belongs to the type of causal research. The variables used in this study are the independent variables, namely the material motivation and the material provider and the dependent variable, namely the employee performance variable. Primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 60 employees who attended the Culture House Training. The research was conducted using the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Technique, F test, t test, and the coefficient of determination which were run by the SPSS application. Motivation material has no effect on employee performance, indicated by the t value of 1.429 is smaller than the t table value of 2.00247. Giver of motivation has an effect on employee performance, as indicated by the t value of 7.648 which is greater than the t value of 2.00247. Motivation material and material giver jointly affect employee performance, indicated by the value of the F count of 31.131 is smaller than the F table value of 3.16 with a significance level of 0.008 Based on the coefficient of determination test, it is known that the dependent variable influenced by the independent variable is 50.5%, while the rest is influenced by factors outside of this study. The results of this study indicate that the material of motivation and motivation has an influence on the performance of the employees of PT. Pindo Deli Pulp and Paper Mills-2. Based on the conditions that occur in the field, this research produces recommendations for future improvements related to motivation, motivation, types of delivery, and employee performance.
