Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Adaptive Physical Education online learning in special schools throughout Cirebon Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative approach research with survey method. The population of this study were 10 teachers of special education in Cirebon Regency. The sample size of the study used a total sampling technique considering that there were only 10 members of the population in this study. Data were collected by using the Guttman scale test. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis which was expressed in the form of percentages. The results of the research show that the implementation of adaptive physical education online learning in SLB throughout Cirebon Regency during the covid-19 pandemic was in the bad category with a percentage of 0%, the category of not being good with a percentage of 40%, sufficient category with a percentage of 0%, good category 60% and very good category. good 0%. Thus, it can be concluded that the Implementation of Adaptive Physical Education Online Learning at SLB Cirebon Regency During the Covid-19 Pandemic was in the Poor category, with a percentage of 40%. In conclusion, the implementation of adaptive physical education learning in Cirebon Regency is in the Good category.

Abstract

Research on the traditional rituals of Dongko, aims to find out the history of its birth, nonverbal meanings, and the formation of the mindset of the Bajo Guraping Tribe, Kayoa District, South Halmahera Regency. The method used in this study is the conversational engagement method, where researchers can involve themselves directly in activities by observing, listening, and conversing directly with cultural figures and people involved in rituals. The Dongko ritual is a transformation of the story of Princess Datu. The missing Dongko is equipped with offerings that have nonverbal meaning. The Dongko ritual also functions to form a community mindset that is full of communication ethics, social solidarity relationships, and high spiritual awareness

Abstract

Industrial world development makes companies have to do a lot of improvisation to achieve the company's final output that is in line with the company's vision and mission. PT. Nusa Toyotetsu Corp. is a company engaged in the manufacturing industry and produces various kinds of car spare parts. The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of Total Quality Management on company performance, identify the effect of Total Quality Management on employee productive behavior, and identify Total Quality Management on company performance through mediation of employee productivity. Research data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Nusa Toyotetsu Corp. Total Quality Management has a positive significant effect on employee productive behavior of 0.498, so H1 is accepted. Total Quality Management on the company's performance directly has a significant positive effect of 0.746 so that H2 is accepted. The effect of employee productive behavior on employee performance results in tcount which is smaller than ttable, then H3 is rejected. H4 for indirect effects using mediation in the form of employee productive behavior on Total Quality Management with employee performance accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of learning motivation of PJOk in students of MAN 3 Seram Timur, East Seram Regency. Motivation is one of the important elements that is very influential in the PJOK learning process, this is in line with the understanding of motivation according to Rahmiyanti 2017, motivation is the urge to move someone to behave, this urge is found in someone who moves something in accordance with the impulse within him. Thus, when students have motivation to learn PJOK, it can be ascertained that the participation of these students in learning will look good, but on the other hand, when students do not have motivation to learn PJOK, automatically these students will always be indifferent to learning PJOK. This research design uses quantitative descriptive research. Quantitative descriptive research, aims to describe, record, and analyze quantitatively the conditions under study. This research was conducted at MAN 3 Seram Timur, Seram Timur Regency with a population of 170 students and a sample of 100 students. Sampling was carried out using the Random Sampling technique, the data analysis technique was using the Percentage Formula. The results of the research conducted showed that PJOK learning motivation in MAN 3 Seram Timur students, East Seram Regency, there were 6% (6 samples) had very high PJOK learning motivation, 10% (10 samples) had high PJOK learning motivation, 33% ( 33 samples) have moderate learning motivation of PJOK, 47% (47 samples) have low learning motivation of PJOK, and 4% (4 samples) have very very low motivation to learn PJOK.

Abstract

This study aims to study and determine the Political Participation of the Jayakerta District Community in the 2020 Karawang Regency simultaneous regional head election during the Covid 19 pandemic. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method with data collection methods in the form of interviews, observations and documentation studies. This study uses the theory of political participation proposed by Milbrath with four indicators, namely the presence of political incentives, factors of a person's personal characteristics, factors of a person's social characteristics, and factors of the political situation or environment. The results of this study can be seen from the four factors of Milbrath's political participation. First, political stimulation shows that political stimulation in the 2020 Karawang Regency election in Jayakerta District shows a lack of stimulation, this is due to the lack of socialization carried out by the Jayakerta District PPK. The two factors of a person's personal characteristics indicate that the political awareness of the people of Jayakerta Subdistrict is still low, this can be seen from the lack of people who want to be involved in the Karawang election organizers in 2020. The three factors of a person's social characteristics, in terms of social characteristics in Jayakerta District, money politics are very massive and occur and strongly influence the community to participate. The four factors of the situation or political environment in the 2020 Karawang election, many people in the Jayakerta District were confirmed to have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus, so there were concerns from the public to attend and use their voting rights to the polling station.

Abstract

The manufacturing process is the processing of a raw material into a product. An example of a material used for manufacturing is plastic. Currently, more than 99% of microelectronic devices are packaged in plastic. One of the manufacturing processes used is transfer molding. Transfer molding is the most commonly used encapsulation method for integrated circuit technology in closed molding using thermosetting plastics which are transferred under pressure. The results of the observations that have been made, transfer molding aims to create a package that protects the chip and wire from the outside environment, electrical connections with the outside, releases heat, and makes assembly easier. The transfer molding process parameters include mold temperature, transfer pressure, mold-clamping pressure, and time to fill the cavity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ROA, ROE and PER on stock prices at the National Pension Savings Bank Tbk 2015-2021. The object of this research is ROA, ROE and PER on stock prices based on quarterly financial report data. The data source used is secondary data with time series data collection. The data collection technique was carried out by taking data through the Indonesian stock exchange site, to measure the magnitude of the influence of ROA, ROE and PER on stock prices at the National Pension Savings Bank Tbk 2015-2021 used multiple linear regression analysis techniques and classical assumption test using SPSS version Build 1.0 .0. 1447.

Abstract

Marketing is one of the important things in the sales system, good marketing will bring big profits for the company. Companies are competing in preparing marketing programs that will be carried out in order to maintain the existence of their company. In addition to a good marketing program, the company must also be supported by the management of a balanced product line and brand, such as the Go Karawang Coffee shop which provides important points in its marketing program so that its products can compete and survive with its competitors. The selection of a brand or brand that is easy to remember by the public provides a plus point for the company. In addition, it is implemented with a system to increase the brand through internet media by collaborating on food/beverage delivery services. From the results of the interview, it was found that the relationship between marketing product design and product line and brand management gave good results for the sales of Kopi Go Karawang products

Abstract

The ease of using fintech lending carries a considerable risk, such as services and the leakage of users' personal data. The issuance of OJK Regulation Number 06/POJK.07/2022 aims to strengthen aspects of consumer protection, including fintech lending users as consumers of financial services. Thus, this writing was conducted to find out how the concept of regulating the protection of personal data of fintech lending users in OJK Regulation Number 06/POJK.07/2022 as well as legal sanctions for financial service business actors if they violate the provisions on protection of consumer personal data regulated in the OJK Regulation. The research method used in this study is a normative juridical research approach. Can Key that the substance of the regulation of data and personal information protection in this latest OJK Regulation is stated in detail and clearly. The substance of the regulation of data and information protection as part of the basic behavior of financial services business actors. This OJK regulation also regulates administrative sanctions for parties who do not comply with the provisions, one of which is related to the protection of consumer data and information.
