Technological advances in education have encouraged innovation in learning assessment methods, including in English subjects. This article discusses the effectiveness of Learning Management System (LMS) versus conventional assessment in measuring students' English proficiency. Based on a systematic literature review of 15 journals, it explores the advantages and disadvantages of each method, such as speed of feedback, student engagement, and measurement accuracy. Results show that LMS-based assessments offer efficiency, interactivity and the ability to provide detailed data on student performance. However, challenges such as limited access to technology and lack of direct interaction are obstacles. In contrast, conventional assessments outperform in the aspects of social interaction and direct observation, although they are often slower and prone to subjective bias. This study concludes that the LMS has greater potential in improving English learning outcomes, but a combination of both approaches can be an optimal solution. The implications of this study provide insights for educators and policy makers in designing a more effective technology-based curriculum.

Amidst the current high global dynamics and volatility, BUMN as the spearhead of the national economy needs to strengthen its performance through innovation. However, innovation itself is still a challenge that needs to be overcome by BUMN to maximize its potential. This study aims to examine the mediating role of meaningfulness of work in the relationship between service leadership and employee innovative behavior, as well as the moderating role of the use of power. The measuring instruments used in this study consisted of a scale of innovative work behavior (α = 0.954), service leadership (α = 0.771), meaningfulness of work (α = 0.925), and use of power (α = 0.893). This study involved 366 BUMN employees who had direct superiors and were aged 20-40 years, and were selected using convenience sampling techniques. Data analysis using the PROCESS model 4 and model 14 procedures showed that meaningfulness of work mediated the relationship between service leadership and innovative work behavior. However, this study did not find a moderating effect of the use of power on the mediation effect.

This research explores the implementation of electronic certificates as a strategic step in government administration reform in Indonesia, particularly in the land sector. The implementation of electronic certificates aims to improve administrative efficiency, transparency and security through a digital technology approach in accordance with the principles of good governance. Using the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis method, this study evaluates the potential and challenges in implementing this policy. The results show that electronic certificates can speed up administrative processes, save operational costs, and increase transparency through digital track records. However, significant challenges such as limited technological infrastructure, resistance to change, and human resource readiness require strategic solutions. With the right policies and planned risk mitigation, electronic certificates have great potential in realizing a more modern, efficient, and inclusive administrative system.

This study discusses the role of women's movements in addressing the practice of Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), which is considered a violation of Human Rights. FGM is inflicted on women based on cultural demands, effectively stripping women of control over their own bodies. Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) is recognized as a form of human rights abuse that reflects deep gender inequality and constitutes extreme discrimination against girls and women. The research is conducted qualitatively, with data collection carried out through journals, books, websites, and scientific reports. In this study, the author concludes that the women's movement in the fight against FGM is effectively implemented due to the commitment of the Desert Flower Foundation and its supporters, which stands as a powerful and exemplary example of hope, courage, and solidarity. The efforts to end FGM in Africa over the years have garnered attention as international, regional, and national actors have united in taking actions designed to address this harmful practice. As the struggle against FGM continues, the Desert Flower Foundation remains a key player in the global effort to enable women to live dignified and free lives.
