The existence of flat is a solution to fulfill the housing needs of citizens considering the limited land to build landed house. Each flat consists of common property, common share, and common land. The management of the flats is carried out by owner corporation, either by forming their own building management or by appointing an external building management. The current problem is the intervention by developer in the management of flats that occurred in several flats in Indonesia. In fact, there several cases regarding the formation of owner corporation that should be facilitated by developers, but have not been carried out consistently and optimally by developers. The intervention by developer in flat management will have potential for privatization and management monopoly, which will be detrimental to flat’s owner. Therefore, the local government and the department of housing should supervise developer’s performance and ensure that developers are aware of and carry out their obligations under the law. To examine this problem, I apply normative juridical methods with qualitative analysis techniques. I also use several approaches in conducting the analysis, such as case approach, conceptual approach, and statute approach.

The research aims to analyze the decision-making of the boycott of proIsrael food and beverage products carried out by students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Bengkulu University. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach, and the data collection process was carried out through interviews and observations. The results of the study were analyzed using the theory of social action proposed by Max Weber. Based on the results of interviews submitted by informants, it is obtained that the boycott of pro-Israel products by students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Bengkulu University is a form of contribution from students to help have a negative impact on the company's performance so that it withdraws its support for Israel. The boycott action carried out by students is due to the emergence of a sense of humanity and feelings of concern, anger, and sadness felt towards the atrocities committed by Israel against Palestine. In addition, boycott actions are also carried out through the dissemination of information with social media as a tool which aims to disseminate information on boycott products and seek the truth of information received from social media such as Tiktok, Instagram, and Twitter. This research is expected to provide deeper insight into the factors that influence student decisionmaking in boycotting pro-Israel products, and can be a reference for academics, educational institutions, and social activists in understanding social care, humanitarian values, and the use of social media in shaping student attitudes towards global issues.

In learning vocabulary, synonyms become a big difficulty for Indonesian language learners as a second language, because they have the same or similar semantic meanings. The emergence of the corpus has brought about new research methods for the identification and analysis of synonyms. This study aims to compare semantic collocations and prosody of Indonesian synonyms 'secepat' and 'so that' so as to find differences in usage between the two words. This research method uses qualitative and quantitative methods. The results of this study are: the frequency of 'secepat' is higher than 'soleh' in the Indonesian Web Corpus (IndonesiaWeC), and 'soleh' is only side by side with the class of prepositions. Meanwhile, words that are collocated 'so' tend to be personal pronouns. There are 6 similar collocations between 'so' and 'so that'. Meanwhile, 'so that' and 'so that' have the same semantic prosody that is neutral.

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Langkat Regency in regional regulation legislation (Perda) during the 2019-2024 period. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document studies. The results of the study show that the Langkat Regency DPRD has ratified a number of Regional Regulations, both initiated by the DPRD itself and proposed by the executive. However, the effectiveness of the DPRD in legislation is still influenced by the quality of human resources, low public participation, dominance of executive roles, and political dynamics within the DPRD. The quality of human resources and the capacity of DPRD members are obstacles in formulating Regional Regulations that are responsive to the needs of the community. Community participation in the process of formulating the Regional Regulation is also still limited, so the aspirations of the community have not been fully accommodated. In addition, the dominance of the executive in the submission of the Regional Regulation reduces the initiative of the DPRD in making policies. Despite the challenges, opportunities to increase the effectiveness of the DPRD are still open through increasing human resource capacity and optimizing community participation. With this effort, it is hoped that the Langkat Regency DPRD can produce a higher quality Regional Regulation and support regional development.

Cyberbullying is a form of violence committed through electronic contact, either individually or in groups to harm others psychologically. This study examines the psychosocial factors behind the phenomenon of cyberbullying from the perspective of victims, perpetrators, and both victims and perpetrators, namely social anxiety, general belongingness, and social connectedness. Data were collected from 377 students aged 16-18 years by the use of purposive random sampling. All measuring instruments used were translated into Indonesian Language by a sworn translator, and the validity and reliability were tested. The results of data testing using hierarchical multiple regression show that psychosocial factors like general belongingness, social anxiety and social connectedness partially influence cyberbullying with the biggest role coming from general belongingness in a negative direction. Meanwhile, the results of simultaneous testing show that the role of social connectedness is not visible because it is dominated by general belongingness and social anxiety. The findings of the test using support vector machine (SVM-AI) clearly show that cyberbullying is a real phenomenon among teenagers. The psychosocial factors behind the phenomenon of cyberbullying are primarily driven by individual needs which not only require connectedness that meets the need for affiliation, but also relationships based on trust and care.

This study investigates the implementation of the "PAK CEPAT YANLING" (On-the-Spot Printing Mobile Service) innovation for civil documentation at the Department of Population and Civil Registration in Serdang Bedagai Regency. It aims to assess the effectiveness of this initiative and identify the factors hindering its implementation. Using George C. Edward III's implementation theory, this research employs a qualitative descriptive method with data collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The findings reveal that the implementation of "PAK CEPAT YANLING" has been successful based on four indicators: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. However, challenges persist, including low public awareness of the importance of civil documentation, insufficient socialization of requirements, and limited community interest in managing civil documents. The study concludes that while the initiative demonstrates notable progress, addressing these barriers is essential for maximizing its impact and ensuring sustainable success.

Marital relationships are always related to harmony and balance is an important cornerstone. However, often, interference from third parties can become a problem that damages and threatens the stability of a household. This study aims to explore the detrimental effects of such interference on marital stability, emphasizing the importance of communication, boundaries, and mutual respect in marital relationships to overcome challenges within the household. This research uses a qualitative approach. Based on the researchers' findings, one of the common causes of marital breakdown is interference from the husband's relatives or family who are too dominant in the couple's household affairs. The role of the husband's siblings, be they younger siblings, parents, or even extended family, is often an important question in marriage dynamics.

This study aims to provide an overview of traditional bags in several regions in Indonesia, as well as perceptions (semantics) related to the suitability between shapes and colors when bags (traditional bags) are used with the main clothing as a complement to the fashion. This study uses a qualitative method, where the researcher focuses on understanding and trying to interpret the events that occur along with interaction with the subject from the researcher's point of view. The research techniques carried out are through observation to several related sources, conducting interviews with users and taking documentation for a visual analysis. The conclusion of this study is in the form of a simulation shown through images/visuals by trying to combine the bag with the color that represents the traditional bag when used in the main fashion with various possibilities of visual combinations. The results of the simulation in the form of visual combinations were then cross-checked with data from several related research sources as well as research references about color combinations and then the results became a conclusion from this study.
