Abstract

Deck Load Capacity is the ability of a deck to accommodate a number of heavy loads, expressed in tons / m², can be found in the ship's capacity plan where you can find out how much each deck is capable, calculate high the maximum arrangement of the load is so that it does not exceed the deck strength. Navigation is everything related to Sailing - Navigation Assistance Facilities, Sailing Telecommunications, hydrography and meteorology, channels and crossings, dredging and reclamation, guidance, handling of ship frames, salvage and underwater work for the benefit of shipping safety. The planning of deck load for Kapal Kelas 1 Kenavigasian must also pay attention to the workload of the deck consisting of pedestal cranes, buoys and armature buoy with a load of 5-10 tons. By doing calculations and modeling with MSC PATRAN and MSC NASTRAN. By modeling with software, you will get a profile that can withstand loads on the deck so that the cargo space does not need to be installed pillars. From this modeling, it is hoped that it can be used on all navigation ships with a maximum deck load of 10 tons on the next navigation ship.aplication all navigation ships with a maximum deck load of 10 tons on the next navigation ship.

Abstract

In the world of shipyard, especially steel ships, the welding process is absolutely necessary. To get maximum results, good and low economic value, a professional welder is needed, and the right type of electrode. The use of cheap electrodes to obtain economic value is often done by shipyards. Electrodes of the E6013 type are most often used in the affirmation process in shipyards, because of their low price. Analysis of the results of the SMAW method of welding joints using grade A marine use steel material using two electrodes with the type E6013 but different brands, is very necessary to make it easier for us to reach the most economical value and have stronger resistance. This study compared the butt joint welding of grade A marine use steel material with a thickness of 12 mm using the standard electrode E6013, XXbrand, with the Elektroda YYbrand, which then carried out tensile testing, bending testing and impact testing. The results of the test analysis on the two materials using XXhave a tensile strength of 466.92 MPa and fracture in the base material, no defects are found and have an energy of 134.72 Joules, at a price of Rp 19,000, - / kg, the welding process is less smoke. Whereas those who use Elektroda YYhave Tensile Strength 446.07 MPa and fractures in the base material, defects are found and have 130.72 Joule energy at a price of IDR 18,000 / kg, the welding process is a lot of smoke so that it also helt and safety from the welder.

Abstract

Ship components industry has a very important role in shipbuilding industry development. It because the economic's scale of national shipbuilding industry has not been able to support this industry’s development. The Government's program to support the local ship production is an opportunity for the development of local ship parts industry, especially with the ship standardization policy. This paper is analyzing both the potential of ship components industry development based on the most affected factors using AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method and the ship component industries development with case study of 750 DWT Pioneer Vessel. Based on the results of research, Hull Construction group of components has the most potential to develop which has the biggest cost weight percentage to total ship production cost. Hull Construction group of components is selected by the result of AHP analysis with considering the characteristics of the components and have the highest possibilities to develop the industries.

Abstract

Seiring berkembangnya zaman sangat berpengaruh besar terhadap perkembangan teknologi dan berbanding lurus dengan angka kriminalitas. Seperti saat ini, tingkat kriminalitas di indonesia mengalami peningkatan luar biasa dari tahun ke tahun. Jenis dan bentuk kejahatan yang ditemukan bermacam – macam dan semakin bertambah, seperti kasus pembunuhan, perampokan, pencurian. Fakta lain yang terjadi saat ini yaitu tingkat pencurian sepeda motor yang atau sering disebut curanmor maupun begal di madura yang relatif tinggi. Pencurian atau pembegalan ini terjadi karena kelalaian pemilik dan juga kurangnya sistem keamanan yang terdapat pada sepeda motor pemilik. Sistem keamanan adalah sesuatu yang sangat penting dan diperlukan perhatian khusus seiring meningkatnya sebab akibat tingkat kriminalitas di indonesia. Saat ini perusahaan teknologi menyediakan solusi untuk masalah sistem keamanan ini. Salah satunya adalah sistem keamanan yang hirearki. Maka pada tugas akhir yang berjudul “Rancang Bangun Sistem Keamanan Sepeda Motor Berbasis Internet of Things” diharapkan mampu mengatasi masalah sistem keamanan pada sepeda motor. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini yaitu pengujian GPS jarak rata – rata 10.37 Meter memiliki rata – rata akurasi jarak sebesar 89.4%. Pada responsif relay yang diterima dari titik user ke titik GPS dengan rata – rata jarak 4.04 Km yaitu 1.4 detik respon yang diterima relay.

Abstract

Public facilities must support electric wheelchair users which of course must refer to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of clean and affordable energy. The solar panel-based charging station will assist users in charging electric wheelchair batteries. Users are expected to no longer worry about the battery running out in the electric wheelchair when outside the home and the battery adjusts from the electric wheelchair, which is 25.9V 6000mAh. The research method used is by utilizing solar panels as a source to charge the battery. From the solar panel source, the voltage and current will be read using a voltage sensor, where the voltage sensor will read the Analog Digital Converter (ADC) value through the ArduinoUNO microcontroller to convert the value, the voltage coming out of the solar panel is used for charging with a boost converter. when the voltage that comes out of the solar panel is known, the battery will charge with a constant voltage of no more than 32.4V. The battery charging circuit uses a boost converter circuit. The charging process is carried out until the battery is fully charged at a voltage of 29.4V, after the charging process is carried out to a voltage of 29.4V, the integration of charging control with the BMS monitors the State of Charge when it is full, the charging is disconnected so that there is no overcharging to the battery and can minimize damage to the battery

Abstract

The Abstract — The development of technology in the current era is growing rapidly, one of its uses is to be able to help industrial processes on a small or large scale. One technology that is developing rapidly is the CNC Wood carving machine. The problems that often arise in the process of the furniture industry are the limited number of workers with large orders. Therefore, in this study designing a CNC wood carving machine with 3 axes using a microcontroller as one way out to overcome these problems. The three x, y, z axes on the equipment will move in an orderly manner according to the code that has been made previously, using a stepper motor controlled by a microcontroller. while for the engraving process using a Wood Trimmer M-2700 motor. This equipment is still in prototype form which has dimensions of 80 cm x 60 cm and a maximum work area of ??30 cm x 30 cm. This equipment utilizes a code to command the machine to perform engraving automatically. The code is obtained from an image that has been designed and then converted to G-code through the Aspire 9.0 software. This machine is capable of engraving with the smallest size of 2 mm. The engraving process can be carried out at a speed of 0.62 cm/s and the measurement has an error rate of below 5%. This research can be developed so that it can help and encourage the process of the furniture industry in the wider community. Abstract

Engine trainer merupakan alat bantu untuk menopang suatu mesin tertentu agar memudahkan operator dalam melakukan pekerjaan perawatan. Jurusan Teknik Mesin Alat Berat di Politeknik Negeri Madura dalam kegiatan belajar mengajarnya juga melakukan kegiatan perawatan. Adanya alat bantu engine trainer tentunya mempermudah mahasiswa dan dosen dalam mengakses bagian-bagian mesin. Pembuatan rangka engine trainer tentunya harus kokoh untuk dapat menopang mesin Mitsubishi Canter 110PS yang bobotnya mencapai 400 kg. Sambungan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sambungan las. Metode pengelasan yang digunakan adalah metode las SMAW. Analisis pengaruh variasi arus dan electroda dilakukan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kekuatan pengelasan dan cacat permukaan yang terjadi karena adanya las. Variasi arus yang digunakan adalah 70 A, 80 A dan 90 A. Sedangkan variasi elektroda yang digunakan adalah E6013 dan E7016. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah tidak ada cacat permukaan setelah dilakukan pengelasan. Selain itu didapatkan tegangan bending terbesar pada variasi elektroda E6013 dengan kuat arus 90 A sebesar 35,52 MPa.

Abstract

Operation of crewboats in areas suffering from petroleum to be free from accidents. Therefore, the ease of operation of the ship is the main thing. The position of the ferry room and control room behind the PSV ship with the VS 493 series and the crewboat produced by Chantiers Allais is considered to be able to increase the comfort of the passenger room and the control room with only one maneuver position can facilitate the operation of the ship. The crewboat ship KCT 1902 is a ship already operating in an oil drilling area with a ferry space in front and a cargo deck at the rear. To be able to participate in the tender again, this ship must have a passenger room in the back and a cargo deck in front. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the transfer of passenger space from the technical side and from the economic side. From the results of technical analysis, there was an increase in weight of 0.56 tons and a significant shift in point. This result led to changes to the ship, but the changes to be faced still have to be made. From the results of the economic analysis, it was found that the capital needed was Rp. 26,669,803,218.01, operating costs per year was Rp. 3,624,750.00 and income per year was Rp. 11,343,105,000.00, a Break Event Point was obtained in the 7th year.

Abstract

Landing Craft Tank (LCT) ships are vessels used to transport large vehicles such as heavy cargo, bulldozers, excavators, dumb trucks, loaders, and other heavy equipment indispensable for construction and mining work. For shipping locations that are transported using a Landing Craft - Tank (LCT) ship, it is a mining location or project location that is on an island or beach and river route which is indeed difficult to reach by ordinary transport vessels. The Landing Craft - Tank (LCT) ship has a broad and flat deck so it can carry heavy equipment and construction materials. The LCT Sarana III ship has a main size of Length Over All = 47.00 m, Breadth Deck = 9.50 m, Draft Design = 2.00 m, Dept = 3.20 m. As a result of this load it will result in load distribution on the LCT ship. With changes in the ship's framing system, there will be a change in voltage characteristics. In each framing system, the maximum stress analysis is carried out with the help of a numerical finite element method (FEM) program. The analysis used is the analysis of static loads originating from the vehicle, the load for each loading condition and the hydrostatic load. The analysis aims to determine the stress characteristics and the greatest stress value of ship construction and to determine the location of the critical point on the ship, based on three variations of loading conditions, namely calm water, sagging and hogging. The results of the analysis and calculations carried out on the LCT model one in calm water conditions of 68 N / mm2, sagging conditions of 76.8 N / mm2, and hogging conditions of 74.1 N / mm2. For model two in calm water conditions of 68 N / mm2, sagging conditions of 74.8 N / mm2, and hogging conditions of 72.6 N / mm2. From the results of the stress values, it can be concluded that all stress values that occur on the ship are still meet the safety factor, both according to the material criteria and BKI standards.

Abstract

Peran galangan kapal Sebelum Pandemi sangat penting di dalam menunjang perekonomian khususnya di sektor transportasi laut, baik untuk pengadaan armada kapal Sebelum Pandemi maupun sebagai sarana perawatan. Kemampuan galangan Sebelum Pandemi baru mampu melayani 50% pekerjaan reparasi dan 30% pekerjaan pembuatan kapal baru dari potensi pekerjaan yang ada. penelitian ini menggambarkan pangsa pasar (market share) dari 5 galangan kapal di Kabupaten Gresik dengan cara membandingkan jumlah potensi pasar galangan Pada Masa Pandemi dan Sebelum Pandemi dengan hasil pekerjaan permintaan reparasi dan bangunan baru galangan-galangan kapal di Kabupaten Gresik. Metode yang kami gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode forecasting terhadap pangsa pasar galangan kapal di Kab. Gresik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, pangsa pasar galangan-galangan kapal di Kabupaten Gresik untuk Sebelum Pandemi untuk reparasi galangan kapal a. Pangsa pasar galangan-galangan di Kabupaten Gresik untuk Sebelum Pandemi adalah sebesar 0.31% dari potensi pasar galangan nasional b.Pangsa pasar galangan-galangan di Kabupaten Gresik untuk Pada Masa Pandemi adalah sebesar 0.0071% dari potensi pasar galangan nasional. Dan untuk bangunan baru galangan kapal sebagai berikut a.Pangsa pasar galangan-galangan di Kabupaten Gresik untuk Sebelum Pandemi adalah sebesar 6.92% dari potensi pasar galangan nasional. b.Pangsa pasar galangan-galangan di Kabupaten Gresik untuk Pada Masa Pandemi adalah sebesar 0.0527% dari potensi pasar galangan nasional.
