Abstract

This study entitled "The Effect of Communication, Compensation, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Karwikarya Graha Tanjungpinang Wisman. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires, library data, and references to previous journals. The sample in this study were employees in the production section of PT. Karwikarya Wisman Graha Tanjungpinang totaling 115 employees with sampling techniques from a population of 162 employees using the Slovin formula. While the data analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis using SPSS 22. From the results of the Multiple Linear Regression test it can be seen that the Adjusted R Square value is 0.940 or 94.0%. So that it can be explained that 94.0% of Communication, Compensation and Work Discipline Variables affect employee performance. while the rest (100% -94.0% = 6%) is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study. The results of this study conclude that: (1) Partial communication does not have a positive effect on employee performance, (2) Partial Compensation has a positive effect on employee performance, (3) Work Discipline Partially has a positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, based on the results of the simultaneous test found that communication, compensation, and work discipline together on the performance of employees at PT. Karwikarya Wisman Graha Tanjungpinang.

Abstract

This study aims to committee government policies in an effort to make policies on the Export Repositioning of Riau Islands Province in 2019-2020 or before and during the Covid19 outbreak and government policies on the national and regional economies in Indonesia. The data used to analyze this research is secondary data, which is obtained from several agencies such as BPS Keepri, media on online pages that provide information about the economy that occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia and areas issued by the government. Especially for exporters and local governments who are more concerned with the health of the wider community by following the government's appeal in one way is to follow the lockdown until the implementation of the PSBB with the aim of preventing the chain of spread of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Wabah Virus Corona Covid’19 telah merubah tatatan kehidupan masyarakat seluruh bangsa disegala penjuru. Termasuk salah satunya Indonesia. Penelitian ini khusus ditujukan pada aktivitas bidang pendidikan selama Covid’19, dengan judul “Pengaruh Aplikasi Zoom Kuliah Daring Terhadap Minat Belajar Mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi - UMRAH Pada Masa Pandemi Covid’19”. Peneltian dengan kesimpulan bahwa. Sebanyak 119 responden atau 55% responden menyatakan bahwa Perkuliahan daring menggunakan aplikasi Zoom, sebagai perkuliahan yang Lebih nyaman dalam berdiskusi dan tanya jawab antar mahasiswa dan dosen. Yang kedua sebanyak ada 118 responden atau 54,4%, mahasiwa pada umumnya memiliki perangkat/peralatan untuk mengikuti kuliah dari rumah sesuai dengan petunjuk yang diberikan, dan yang ke Tiga adalah untuk menggunakan aplikasi Zoom, sebanyak 115 atau 53 % responden menyatakan bahwa dosen selama kuliah daring, memberikan respon terhadap pertanyaan yang muncul selama kuliah daring dan dosen memiliki Kompetensi yang baik.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of Diversity, Turnover Intention and Job Satisfaction on the Development of Potential Apparatus of Bintan Buyu Village, Bintan Regency. The study population was the Village apparatus in Bintan Regency, Riau Islands Province. The number of samples were 73 Village Apparatuses in Bintan Buyu Subdistrict, Bintan Regency consisting of 6 Villages, namely Tembeling Tanjung Village, Tembeling Village, Bintan Buyu Village, Penaga Village, Pengujan Village and Pangkil Village. For the efficiency and effectiveness of the research, the Village Apparatus in Pangkil Village is not included in the data because of access to Pangkil Village by sea. This type of research is quantitative research. The validity and reliability tests were performed on the questionnaire. Data were tested through the Classical Assumption Test, namely the Data Normality Test, the Data Multicollinearity Test and the Data Heteroscedasticity Test. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, including t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the Diversity (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X3) variables partially had a significant effect on Potential Development, while the Turnover Intention variable (X2) partially had no significant effect on the Potential Development variable (Y). F test results obtained calculated F value of 53,548 with F value of table 2.74 to identify that the variable Diversity, Turnover Intention and Job Satisfaction simultaneously influence the Potential Development variable (Y). Based on the coefficient of determination test, about 70% of the Potential Development variable is influenced by the Diversity, Turnover Intention and Job Satisfaction variables. And 30% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of profitability, tangible assets, company size, company growth, and company age toward capital structure in the raw material producing industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016. This study analyzed 17 Property and Real Estate sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in year 2013 - 2018 period. The analytical tools used are multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using t test calculations. The results showed that profitability, company size, company growth and company age had a positive effect on capital structure, while tangible assets did not have a significant effect on capital structure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Pegawai Biro Administasi Umum Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau yang berkedudukan di Gedung Rektorat UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau JL.H.R. Subrantas No. 155 Tampan-Pekanbaru, yang berlangsung dari bulan Januari sampai dengan Maret 2009. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif dan lingkungan kerja terhadap semangat kerja pegawai pada Biro Administrasi Umum UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau dan untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling dominan yang mempengaruhi semangat kerja pegawai. Perumusan masalah yang penulis kemukakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah insentif dan lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi semangat kerja pegawai Biro Administrasi Umum UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau dan manakah faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi semangat kerja pegawai pada Biro Administrasi Umum UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. Hipotesis yang penulis kemukakan pada penelitian ini adalah: diduga insentif dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap semangat kerja pegawai pada Biro Administasi Umum UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau dan faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi semangat kerja pegawai pada Biro Administrasi Umum UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau adalah faktor insentif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai pada Biro Administrasi Umum UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau dengan jumlah sampel adalah 54 orang responden. Variabel-variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Adapun variabel bebas terdiri dari insentif (X1) dan lingkungan kerja (X2) sedangkan variabel terikat adalah semangat kerja (Y). Secara bersama-sama, insentif (X1) dan lingkungan kerja (X2) berpengaruh terhadap semangat kerja (Y). Terbukti dari hasil perhitungan F-hitung = 40,107 lebih besar dari F-tabel = 3,17 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000. Hasil pengujian secara parsial diperoleh t-hitung masing-masing variabel X1 = 8,861 dan X2 = 2,578 yang lebih besar dari t-tabel = 1,6752, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel bebas secara parsial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja pegawai pada Biro Administrasi Umum UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. Nilai t-hitung variabel X1 lebih besar dari X2 menunjukkan bahwa faktor insentif mempunyai pengaruh lebih dominan dibandingkan faktor lingkungan kerja.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to examine the effect of Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) towards the financial performance of the company. The population in this research are manufacturing company sector consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2014-2018, totaling 49 companies. Sampling using purposive sampling method, and obtained 170 data from 34 companies in each period. This research used Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) to analyze data. The results of research showed that Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) have a positive significant impact on the financial performance used firm size as control variabel. Financial perfomance in this researchs measured by Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) dan Net Profit Margin (NPM). Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) measured by JSE Limited SRI Index 2019 and firm size measured by total assets, total sales and total employees.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine strategy for business unit based on quantitative SWOT analysis. This study was conducted in Eka Hospital Pekanbaru with the subject of research was Cardiovascular Services of Eka Hospital Pekanbaru. This study uses a qualitative analysis with internal data (primary data) and external data (secondary data). Sample of this study are individuals in hospital management. Determination of strategic factors in internal and external factors, ranking and weighting of each factor in the IFAS table and in the EFAS table was done through a Group Group Discussion (FGD). X value is obtained from the difference of total multiplication rating and weight of all factors in strength factors minus total multiplication rating and weight of all factors in the weakness factors. X value is 0.69 (possitive). Y value is obtained from the difference of total multiplication rating and weight of all factors in the ofactors minus total multiplication rating and weight of all factors in the weakness factors. Y value is 0.30, also possitive. Projection of X and Y in the SWOT quadrant are in the first quadrant. It means that progressive strategy (growth oriented strategy) is the recommended strategy because Eka Hospital Pekanbaru has strengths and good opportunities. Functional strategies are formulated based on progressive strategy as the recommendations strategy for business unit.

Abstract

The increasing likelihood of community buying today is on the food sector. Along with that, especially the growth of the business shop souvenirs typical of Tanjungpinang which is a part of culinary tourism for local people or tourists both from domestic and foreign. One important factor of packaging for the success of a product, then in this case marketers demanded more innovative and creative so that it can attract consumers in influencing consumers to provide a positive response and minimize negative risk of post-consumption. The purpose of this research is to know the role of packaging factor in influencing the decision of purchasing souvenirs from Tanjungpinang. This research is explanatory research using factor analysis. In this study the number of variables set is 9 variables that relate to the packaging factor packaging in influencing the decision of the purchase of souvenirs typical of Tanjungpinang. The results of this research are the product factors, security, economics, distribution channels, communication, ergonomic, aesthetics, identity, promotion, and environment are factors that influence the decision of the purchase of souvenirs typical of Tanjungpinang

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy and the use of online trading applications on financial inclusion of sharia stock Investors in Pekanbaru. The sample used in this study was 150 sharia stock Investors in Pekanbaru who use online trading applications in stock transactions. Sampling uses non-probability sampling methods and purposive sampling techniques. The data in this study are quantitative data obtained using a questionnaire and processed by using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial inclusion of sharia stock investors in Pekanbaru and financial technology has a positive and significant effect on sharia stock investors in Pekanbaru.
