Abstract

Consumer satisfaction (Consumer Satisfaction) is a given positive attitude of consumers towards a service provided by a service company. Companies are expected to consider the factors that affect customer satisfaction. Lion Air, which is based on top brand award, is ranked first in the category of aviation services that use the LCC (low cost carrier). The almost all airports increase in passenger numbers in Indonesia, particularly in the international airport Raja Haji Fisabilillah Tanjungpinang. This study aims to examine the effect of service quality and customer trust to satisfaction of the consumer. The sample size is 60 people. This study uses a sampling method is the accidental sampling technique. technical analysis hypothesis testing using the Lisrel 8.5 program and Microsoft Excel version 2013. From this test later it can be seen how much the contribution of the independent variable (Service Quality, customer trust to the dependent variable (Lion Air Airlines customer satisfaction). The results showed that both directly and indirectly service quality and customer trust affect the satisfaction of customers of Lion Air

Abstract

The increase and decrease in cash flow each year shows that the performance of a company is not stable. This is accompanied by the industry average return on investment ratio below 30%, which means that the return on investment is not good. This is because the profit bars obtained decreased drastically in 2014. This study aims to analyze the effect of changes in cash flow and profitability on stock returns at PT Mayora Indah Tbk either partially or simultaneously. This study uses an associative approach. The population of this research is the financial statement data of PT Mayora Indah Tbk for 43 years from 1977 - 2020. The sample of this research is for 12 years from 2009 - 2020. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The type of data is quantitative research with secondary data sources. The data analysis technique uses the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation, the coefficient of determination, the T test and the F test using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 16 program. In this study, operating cash flow, investment cash flow, funding cash flow and return on investment have an effect on stock returns with the magnitude of the effect of 67.1% and the remaining 32.9% is influenced by other factors. Partially, only the investment cash flow variable has a significant effect on stock returns, while the operating cash flow, funding cash flow and return on investment variables have no effect on stock returns. Simultaneously, there is no significant influence on the independent variable operating cash flow, investment cash flow, funding cash flow and return on investment on the dependent variable of stock returns.

Abstract

This study was aimed to reveal whether or not the effect of modal structure and BI Rate of company’s value in PT Bank Mega Tbk. The type study is associative research. The population was the financial data report of PT Bank Mega Tbk which accessed by www.idx.co.id in financial balance report from 2101 to 2019. This research used purposive sampling method. The technique of analysis data used multiple regression analysis couple with the classic assumption testing of normalities, multicolinearity tests, heterosticity tests, autocoreeclation tests, and regression model equations. Based on the result of this research shows that there is no significant effect of modal structure and negative to company’s value while BI Rate also is no significant and the result is positive to company’s value of PT Bank Mega Tbk

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Celebrity Endorsement, Brand Image, and Testimonials on consumer buying interest in Kylafood products on Instagram Social Media. The research methods used in this research are descriptive and quantitative methods. Data analysis techniques and research model submissions use Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with 95 questionnaire distribution data aimed at people who at least follow one celebrity endorsment on Instagram, know the kylafood brand, know the testimonials of the kylafood brand and intending to buy kylafood products. The results of this study state that the celebrity endorsement and testimonial variables have a significant positive effect on buying interest in Kylafood products on Instagram, while the brand image variable has a positive but not significant effect.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze type 36 house demand elasticity in Padang City, West Sumatera Province. It used secondary data collected from 32 units of sample observation. The variables were 36-type housing price, distance to CBD, district density, number of household, and GDP per capita. The instruments of analysis were data panel regression using OLS approach, fixed effect , and random effect. The analysis results show that fixed method gives the best result of regression among the three approaches in the data panel. The variable of house price has a negative and significant correlation with the demand in Padang City with an elasticity level of 1.56%; the distance to CBD has a negative and correlation with demand with an elasticity level of 1.73%. The research results give a picture that the demand for simple houses in Padang city, West Sumatera Province is elastic toward the price of type 36 house, and distance to CBD.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the business model innovation with the Business Model Canvas approach that can be applied to MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic so that MSMEs can survive (business resilience). This research uses a qualitative method, with literature studies accessed from several sources, both print and electronic media, books, and research results from various electronic journals. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis. The description of the business model innovation is presented using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) tools. The nine blocks of BMC are important elements that must be thoroughly analyzed in detail in order to achieve business resilience. A business model strategy is needed in achieving business goals and developing SME products so that they are more competitive and can survive in the pandemic era. The use of the right business model will result in MSMEs being able to achieve business resilience.

Abstract

Covid-19 penetrates into Indonesia to have an impact on Business, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). One of the MSMEs affected by the Covid-19 pandemic is the Cibaduyut Shoe Industry Center. This has an impact on business, marketing, information and the competitiveness of MSME players in Cibaduyut. So the research objective is to find and determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, marketing performance, and ICT capabilities on competitive advantage. The research method used is quantitative with the research sample being SMEs in Cibaduyut and analysis using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square. While the results of the study provide results for the greatest influence on the ICT capability variable of 44.9%. The conclusion in this study is that the entrepreneurial orientation variable and marketing performance do not have a significant effect on competitive advantage, while the ICT capability variable has a significant effect.

Abstract

CV. Kembar Jaya Kreatif is an industry engaged in garment or convection. The results of the CV. Kembar Jaya Kreatif from September 2017 to April 2019 can be seen if there are some months of income that do not meet the income target that has been set. Therefore CV. Kembar Jaya Kreatif is obliged to devise a new strategy in order to increase income in order to achieve the targets that have been set. SWOT analysis is used to obtain alternative strategies, where strategic alternatives are obtained from internal and external aspects of the industry. Information and research data consist of primary and secondary information, the analytical tools used in this research are the IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) matrix, the EFE (External Factor Evaluation) matrix, the IE (Internal-External) matrix, the SWOT matrix (Strengths, Weakness). , Opportunities, and Threats), as well as QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). The SWOT matrix creates 5 strategic alternatives that can be implemented by the industry. Based on the QSPM results from 5 alternatives, one of the prioritized alternative strategies is to use existing technology to carry out marketing activities and sell products online such as through social media and e-commerce with a TAS score of 6, 303.

Abstract

In the business world today is growing rapidly this can be seen competition between companies.PT. Telesindo Shop as the official dealer of Telkomsel always improves the quality and quantity of the company.In this study reasearchers are interest in conducting research at PT. Telesindo Shop chapter Batam which aims to determine whether there is influence or how much influence the work stress, work conflict and physical work environment on employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through quentionnairies. Sample in this study were 30 people using full sample methods.The results of the study concluded that work stress, work conflict and physical environment partially have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously work stress, work conflict and work environment together have influences on employee performance at PT. Telesindo Shop chapter Batam. The most dominant variable is the physical environment. The results of this study imply that work stress, conflict and environment are things that need to be considered to improve employee performance to be better for the realization of company goals.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the Maritime Economic Development of ASEAN Countries and Riau Islands - Indonesia. ASEAN which was established on August 8, 1967 through the Bangkok Declaration by Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. Then in 1984 he joined the State of Brunei Darussalam, in 1995 followed by the country of Vietnam, in 1997 the countries of Laos and Myanmar, and in 1998 joined the country of Cambodia. ASEAN in the Indonesian language known as Perbara or Perhimpunan Nations of Southeast Asia is a collaborative organization in the field of economy and geo-politics. The variables used in this study are Economic Growth, Export Rate. Inflation, and IPM. The data used is time series data, namely from 2014-2016. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive and econometric analysis. World Bank data, in 2017, predicts that there are three countries, namely Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar, which are predicted to have the most expansive economic growth after India in 2017-2019, and it is estimated that economic growth can reach 7%. while Indonesia in Quarter II 2017 grew 5.1 percent (BPS, 2017), while in 2013 it grew 5.58 percent. Riau Islands, a small town that captures part of NKRI in 2015 6.02 percent (yoy) economic growth, in the second quarter of 2017 must be willing with the lowest number two national economic growth, which is 2.02 percent which was the highest in Sumatra exceed national figures of 4.79 percent. (yoy). Suggestions given in this study include the need to think about a policy strategy that has potential economic areas to support sustainable export growth so that it can improve economic growth better.
