Abstract

This research aims to analyse the level of equality based on Mona Baker's theory translated by J.K. Rowling's "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" from English to Indonesian using Google Translate. Specific goals include identifying and discussing translation issues at various linguistic levels and providing post-editing suggestions for machine-translated output. The methodology section outlines the qualitative research design, using observation and document methods for data collection. The data source is J.K. Rowling's novel, translated by Google Translate into Indonesian. The process includes observing, identifying, classifying, and evaluating the level of equivalence in the translated text. In conclusion, this introduction provides the basis for an in-depth analysis of the degree of translation equivalence in the context of machine translation, especially in the translation of literary works such as "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix". the analysis of translation problems in the Harry Potter novel reveals common challenges across different parts of sentences, categorized into word level, above word level, textual level, grammatical level, and pragmatic level. While machine translators assist in translating text, especially with large volumes, they still require human monitoring for post-editing to rectify inaccuracies. Consistency in translation practice is emphasized to improve student abilities and ensure progress. Teachers are urged to apply consistent practices, progressing from simple to complex texts and allowing students freedom in choosing translation materials once professional.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of halal tourism quality on economic growth in countries with the largest Muslim population in the world. This study also examines the role of the level of tourism acceptance as a mediator variable in mediating the effect of halal tourism quality on economic growth. In this study, the quality of halal tourism with the global Muslim travel index (GMTI) was published by Crescenrating. Using 26 countries that are members of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in the period 2016 to 2022, this study found that halal tourism quality has a positive effect on tourism revenue. In addition, halal quality also has a direct positive effect on economic growth. On the other hand, this study did not find a significant role of tourism revenue in mediating the indirect effect of halal tourism quality on economic growth. This study implies the importance of improving the quality of halal tourism in driving economic growth in Muslim-majority countries, especially to compete in attracting more Muslim tourists.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the application of the problem-based learning (PBL) model in the context of Islamic religious education learning in the Bosowa Bina Insani Middle School environment, Bogor, with a special focus on developing students' religious character. The PBL model is considered a learning method that is able to stimulate problem solving, build conceptual understanding, and strengthen spiritual aspects of religious learning. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis approach; in other words, this research attempts to describe a phenomenon that occurs based on facts and information that are related to each other. Research findings show that the application of the PBL model can provide a more interesting and interactive learning experience, motivating students to actively participate in solving problems based on the context of everyday life. Apart from that, the PBL model has also succeeded in increasing understanding of Islamic religious concepts and strengthening students' religious character, such as social concern, integrity, and responsibility. It is hoped that this research can become the basis for developing curriculum and learning strategies that focus on strengthening religious character in the context of Islamic religious education in junior high schools, especially in Bosowa Bina Insani, Bogor. The implications of this research can contribute to efforts to develop religious education that is holistic and relevant to the demands of the times, as well as providing an empirical basis for further research in this field.

Abstract

The company's ability to generate cash in the future is the key for stakeholders to build expectations for the company. Therefore, the choice of variables used in modeling to predict future cash flows is the key to the precision of predictive modeling. The Financial Accounting Standard Board's recommendation states that accrual-based information regarding company value is a better basis for assessing company's historical and future performance than current year cash flow information. However, research regarding predictors of future cash flows suggests otherwise. This is due to the potential for asymmetric information from financial reports that are prepared as a financialshenanigans. In this research, the ability of net profit will be tested again to predict aggregate cash flow. The choice of aggregate cash flow rather than operating cash flow as in previous research is because net profit is generated not only from operating activities but also investment activities and financing activities.

The establishment of Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park as 10 Priority Tourism Destinations by the Ministry of Tourism, caused Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park to experience a significant increase in visits and also has implications for tourism development in Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park and its surroundings. This shows the weakness of natural tourism management whose success is only measured by the number of visitors. Green Marketing which is carried out sustainably is the result of corrections to the development of mass tourism which has had many negative impacts on the natural environment and local communities. This research aims to identify the impact of tourism on the environment, analyze the market, apply the marketing mix, and develop a Green Marketing strategy for preservation in Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park. Based on the results of the analysis, environmental impacts arise due to a lack of awareness from tourists and the community, a lack of human resources from managers, and mass tourism

The data analysis method used is descriptive statistical methods. The results of this research show that although there are differences in characteristics between earnings management and predicting investment decisions, this does not make a difference between earnings management and predicting investment decisions. The research results show that the higher the company practices earnings management, the higher the value of the company and banking sector companies in stock investment decisions, especially fundamental analysis information.
