Abstract

AbstractThe Hadith of the Prophet as one of the two largest sources of Islam has a very important influence in determining Islamic law. Knowing the asbab al-wurud is the best way to understand the meaning of hadith correctly, so that we can properly ground it in our behavior. Also it is an important science in showing the relationship of text with reality. Or in other words it is the social context for the text (hadith).

Abstract

Before the Indonesian nation proclaimed its independence, the Indonesian people had often made waqf. This waqf practice is in line with the many Islamic kingdoms in Indonesia, such as the Demak kingdom, the Pasai kingdom, the Mataram kingdom and so on. The implementation of waqf that develops in society is carried out based on Islamic teachings that originate from Islamic values. Looking at waqf historically, it has actually taught Muslims the importance of continuous economic resources to ensure ongoing prosperity in society. Waqf as an economic instrument that gives life to its managers and the community. Waqf is an important socio-economic pattern of worship. Waqf is to build the economy and civilization. Waqf has an economic basis. Therefore, we must make waqf the backbone of sharia economic development. In building an Islamic economy, waqf cannot stand alone, but is a package with zakat, infaq and alms. The author sees the concept of cash waqf in Aceh as having tremendous potential to support the economic development of the people, because the funds are also available from sources of zakat, infaq, endowments, and other religious assets. These sources of funds are managed in an integrated manner at Baitul Mal Aceh. The management of zakat and waqf is not separate as at the national level. According to classical Islamic history, waqf has played a very significant role in improving the welfare of Muslims, both in the fields of education, health services, social services and public interests, religious activities, development of science and Islamic civilization in general. Waqf as an economic instrument that gives life to its managers and the community. Not the other way around, waqf only becomes a burden on managers and demands a helping hand of generosity from the community. Waqf during the friendship era has become an economic source and financing for the development of science, such as during the Caliphate era of Harun al Rasyid with the Bayt al Hikmah library which was financed by waqf wealth.

Abstract

One of the characteristics of the 2013 curriculum is balancing the spiritual abilities of students. In the 2013 curriculum there are four core competencies as standard benchmarks for the success of the learning process. The spiritual aspect in the K-13 curriculum is placed as the first aspect in core competencies. This shows that the spiritual aspect is very important to pay attention to. Therefore, the integration of spiritual attitudes really needs to be conveyed by the teacher. Teachers are required to be more creative in planning and implementing learning so that spiritual balancing and Islamic values are well represented in the learning process. This can be realized one way by integrating the verses of the Qur'an into learning media. Based on the results of interviews at MTsN 9 Bireuen, it shows that there is no physics learning media integrated with the Qur'an. This study aims to develop magazine learning media that are valid, practical and can improve student learning outcomes. This research is R&D with the ADDIE model. The results showed that the validity level of the magazine was in the very valid category, practicality with the very practical category, while for improving the cognitive learning outcomes of students in the experimental class, the results of the N-Gain test were obtained with a value of 0.57 in the "medium" category, and in the control class the results were 0.21 category of 'low'.

Abstract

The country of Thailand, also known as Muangthai, or Siam, or the land of the white elephant, is located in northern Malaysia, and is often depicted as a flower that blooms on a stalk. Thailand means an independent country, because it is the only country in Southeast Asia that has never been colonized by western powers or other countries in the world. The Muslim population of Thailand is mostly domiciled in the southern part of Thailand, which is an area that is often called Patani, such as in the provinces of Songkhla, Yala, Narathiwat, Setul and its surroundings which historically were part of Daulah Islamiyyah Pattani. In simple terms, Islamic education is education that is "colored" in Islam. So Islamic education is education based on Islam. Thus the values of Islamic teachings really color and underlie the entire educational process. Regarding the spread of Islamic education in Southeast Asia, it cannot be known with certainty, as well as in Patani (South Thailand), but there are several historical records which state that traditional Islamic education began in Patani since the arrival of Islam in Patani land and was then developed by the Patani people for 300 years. years before Raja Patani Sultan Ismail Syah converted to Islam (1488-1511), (Ahmad Omar Chapakia, Malaysia, UKM, 2000: 25). Al-Quran education has promoted education in the form of pondoks. Since then, pondoks have begun to be built in Patani, pondoks have become important and very influential educational institutions and have become a place of support for the community, pondoks are considered a stronghold to defend Malay culture and Islamic religious education. then related to the format of writing in this paper, the author uses this research, which is qualitative research that is literature study (library research). Using books and other literature as the main object. This type of research is research that produces information in the form of notes and descriptive data contained in the text under study.

Abstract

The Qur'anic verse that is often presented to show the view and message of the Qur'an about social change is surah al-Ra'd (13) If you look at the opinions of scholars in understanding the meaning contained in surah Q. S. al-Ra'd (13) about the social change, there will be quite diverse opinions. As an example of the diversity of understanding the meaning of social change contained in Q.S. al-Ra'd (13) can be seen in the translation of that verse which is included in the translation of the Ministry of Religion and the translation written by M. Quraish Shihab in his book of interpretation, Tafsir al-Mishbandh. Translation of Q.S. al-Ra'd (13) as stated in the Qur'an and its translation are as follows: "Indeed, Allah does not change the condition of a people before they change their own condition”, (Al-Qur'an and its translation, 337-338). Furthermore, to be more focused and appropriate to what is being studied, the author needs to collaborate or refer to interpretations of the Al-Qur'an that relate to the topic to be studied. Thus, here is a brief explanation of how the verses of the Qur'an implement human concepts and behavior in the history of human civilization, both through the interpretations contained, including the exegesis of the book At-Thabari and the history of At-Thabari's interpretation. Research methodology is a way to find out the results of a specific problem, where the problem is also called a research problem. In Methodology, researchers use a variety of different criteria to solve existing research problems. Different sources state that the use of various types of methods is to solve problems.
