Abstract

This study aims to understand the implementation of the Islamic Edutechno Preneurship Curriculum at SMK Negeri 3 Lhokseumawe and its impact on character building and skill enhancement of students. Using qualitative methods, including in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis, the research involved various stakeholders at the school. Results show that SMK Negeri 3 Lhokseumawe has established a School Development Team (TPS) to implement strategic steps in applying this curriculum. Programs such as Mandatory Scouting (Wapra) and Islamic Spirituality (Rohis) are integral to these efforts, focusing on the development of Islamic character and the integration of noble moral values in every lesson. Teacher competency is enhanced through In-House Training and Workshops, aiding in the development of both pedagogical and professional skills. The curriculum's implementation is also supported by the Aceh Education Department's socialization efforts. However, challenges remain, such as insufficient cooperation among teachers in enforcing discipline and the lack of textbooks integrated with the new curriculum. Overall, the implementation of the Islamic Edutechno Preneurship Curriculum at SMK Negeri 3 Lhokseumawe shows positive development. This curriculum has great potential to improve students' skills and Islamic character, preparing them for future challenges. This study provides valuable insights for the development of character-based and technopreneurship curricula in vocational education settings.

Abstract

For Muslims, every time the holy month of Ramadan arrives, they will of course carry out the fasting which is obligatory by Allah SWT as He says in surah Al Baqarah: 183 that every believer is ordered to fast as he has been ordered to people before him to be pious. In the same aspect, Muslims are also ordered to issue zakat fitrah in the holy month of Ramadan as a form of obeying Allah's commands. to become a pious human being. According to the scholars, the law for people who do not issue zakat fitrah can be divided into two groups, namely groups who deny the obligation of zakat fitrah and groups who are reluctant to issue zakat fitrah because they are stingy or miserly. Of course, Muslims who believe in Allah and the hereafter do not want to be included in these two groups because they are afraid of Allah's punishment in their life in this world and in the hereafter. Globally, Muslims around the world do not question differences in legal cases regarding the form of zakat fitrah because this study has an explanation in the scientific literacy of the four schools of fiqhiyah. In it there are two versions which are permissible according to the feasibility and benefit studies, that is, they may be issued in the form of certain principal items or in the form of an equivalent price value. However, basically, zakat fitrah expenditure is more prioritized, namely in the form of rice or other staple foods that are consumed by individuals and communities in a region/country. But there are other things that become a behavior in which Muslims issue their zakat and hand it over to amil zakat in mosques or institutions that are formed to take care of the management and distribution of zakat. On the other hand, Muslims distribute their own zakat fitrah to people who are deemed entitled to receive it, even to their own families and relatives. Phenomena like this are clearly seen everywhere, especially in Indonesia where I myself (the reviewer) live in Keude Aceh Village, Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City, Aceh. Based on the background above, the reviewer conducted research on the theme of the problem raised, namely "Review of Islamic Law in the Distribution of Zakat Fitrah Among Siblings". From this theme the reviewer will focus his research on several problem formulations to obtain relevant answers to the matter being studied.

Abstract

The interpretation of Surah Al-Kausar, which is the shortest letter in the Qur'an, has a variety of rich perspectives in the Islamic exegetical tradition. This article discusses the interpretation of Surah Al-Kausar from the perspective of four major school imams: Imam Abu Hanifah, Imam Malik, Imam Syafi'i, and Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal. Each imam gives a different interpretation of the meaning and message contained in this letter, based on the ushul fiqh methodology they adhere to. Imam Abu Hanifah tends to emphasize the social and economic aspects implied in this letter, especially in relation to the command to make sacrifices and pay attention to the poor. Imam Malik, with a focus on charity and worship, interprets Surah Al-Kausar as an encouragement to increase piety through sincere and continuous worship. Meanwhile, Imam Syafi'i provides a more legalistic interpretation, emphasizing the importance of fulfilling the requirements for carrying out worship as a form of obedience to Allah SWT. On the other hand, Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal sees Surah Al-Kausar as a symbol of Allah's gift of abundant blessings to the Messenger of Allah, who must be grateful for by increasing the quality of worship and devotion. This study provides in-depth insight into how different methodologies in fiqh science can produce diverse interpretations but still enrich Muslims' understanding of this letter. It is hoped that the results of this research can be a reference for academics and practitioners in understanding and practicing the teachings of the Qur'an more comprehensively.

Abstract

In fact, efforts to form morals through various educational institutions, both formal, informal and non-formal, as well as through various methods, continue to be carried out and developed. This shows that morals need to be formed, nurtured, educated and accustomed to. Meanwhile, apart from education, other factors that support the formation of a person's morals are parents and their environment. Without the guidance of parents and their environment, a child's behavior will not be directed towards the good. In the world of education, sanctions are adjusted to the severity or lightness of the violation. Sanctions are a form of affection from educators towards students. The hope is that after giving sanctions, students will not carry out their actions again. So that order and discipline are created. From the continuous application of educational sanctions, good morals will be formed for these children. These morals are not only useful in the school environment, but when the student has graduated from school, he will be accepted by the surrounding community.

Abstract

Professional zakat is a form of zakat that is collected on income generated from a particular job or profession. They argue that there is no clear basis in the Quran or Sunnah that expressly imposes zakat on professional income, so determining professional zakat is considered an effort that may not be in accordance with sharia, which refers to several reasons, including indicating its generality. verses relating to the obligation of zakat and the principle of justice in the distribution of assets. The need to help those who are less fortunate. Meanwhile, there are also ulama who reject the obligation to pay professional zakat, on the grounds that zakat money is only imposed on certain assets such as gold, silver and agricultural products. They argue that there is no clear basis in the Qur'an or Sunnah that expressly imposes zakat on professional income, so determining professional zakat is considered ijtihad which is not necessarily in accordance with sharia.

Abstract

This research examines the principles of Islamic economics taught in the hadiths of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), focusing on their relevance and implementation in the context of the modern economy. The hadiths, as the second source of law in Islam, provide clear guidelines on honesty, justice, prohibition of usury, social concern, and investment ethics. Through thematic analysis of several hadiths, this research identifies that these principles not only form the foundation of the Islamic economic system but are also relevant in creating an economic system that is fair, ethical, and sustainable. The methodology of this research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method (Fiantika, 2022). Data Collection: Primary Data: Relevant hadiths related to Islamic economic principles are taken from major hadith collections such as Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Sunan Abu Dawood, Sunan Tirmidhi. Secondary Data: Literature related to Islamic economics, books, journal articles. Data Analysis Techniques: Thematic Analysis: Hadiths are categorized based on main themes such as honesty, justice, prohibition of usury, social concern, and investment ethics. The findings show that by following the Islamic economic principles derived from the hadiths, the economy can become more just, stable, and sustainable, ultimately building a more prosperous society. This application is significant not only from a religious perspective but also in constructing a more humane and just economy.
