Abstract

In particular, customers in Bank Danamon Sukabumi Branch will have good confidence if the contribution of communication effectiveness provided by Bank Danamon Sukabumi Branch is good. Based on these thoughts, the writer is interested in examining the relationship between communication effectiveness and customer trust in Bank Danamon Sukabumi Branch. This research was conducted using descriptive associative analytic method which is describing the phenomena that occur during the study, then analyzed by linking one phenomenon to another. The population of this study is the total number of customers of Bank Danamon Sukabumi Branch who reside in the District of Cikole as many as 1,200 people, sampled using nonprobability techniques with judgment sampling with 120 customers being respondents. Data analysis using frequency analysis and correlation analysis to obtain the results of the study that is the relationship between the effectiveness of communication with customer trust in Bank Danamon Branch Sukabumi is shown by the magnitude of the correlation coefficient r = 0.551, the value is in the range 0.51-0.75 which means it has a fairly strong relationship , a positive relationship value which means that if the effectiveness of communication is getting better it will increase the level of customer confidence increasing.

Abstract

Employees or employees are the most important in determining the forward and backward of a company. To achieve company goals required employees who are in accordance with the requirements in the company and must also be able to carry out the tasks that have been determined by the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work, knowledge and workload on employee performance at CV. Perdana Mulia Caringin Kulon Village, Caringin District, Sukabumi Regency. The population taken in this study were 120 people, the sample used was 55 respondents. This study uses primary data, namely data in the form of a questionnaire (list of questions) given to respondents to be filled in and returned to the researcher. The data obtained were then analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the regression analysis show that the significance of F = 0.000 < (0.05) means that the work environment variable (X1), knowledge (X2) and workload (X3) together have an influence on employee performance (Y). Work environment variable (X1) with a significance of 0.315 which means that partially there is no significant effect on employee performance variables, knowledge variable (X2) with a significance of 0.006 which means partially significant influence on employee performance variables, workload variable (X3) with significance amounting to 0,000 which means partially significant effect on employee performance variables. From the results of linear regression analysis, it is known that the workload variable (X2) is greater in the value of the beta coefficient, so the workload variable (X2) is the independent variable which dominantly affects the variables that affect employee performance at CV. Perdana Mulia.

Abstract

Humans are the most important resource in an organization, agency or company without human aspects, it is difficult for the organization to carry out the mission and goals that have been set. It can also be said that if the human factor does not exist, the organization concerned does not exist because of the actor or object that an organization intends to aim at. In improving the quality of employee performance, the company can do various ways, one of which is by increasing knowledge of employees and providing explanations to employees so that they can know and master what they are doing, so that the company will get employee performance results that match the company's expectations.This research is intended to determine the effect of employee knowledge and work experience on employee performance of CV Ria Busana. The type of data in this thesis is primary data. The collected data is then processed and analyzed. The results of hypothesis testing are found that the variable reliability simultaneously influences the (quality of employee work).

Abstract

In the current business era, the competition in the business world is getting tougher. This requires business people to be able to maximize their company's performance in order to compete in the market. one of the factors that make customers satisfied is the quality of service. The quality of this service has an influence on customer satisfaction. Low quality products will run the risk of unfaithful customers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Honda Perdana Sukabumi. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Honda Perdana Sukabumi. Determination of the sample in this study using total sampling. By paying attention to time, effort, and cost, the researcher determined 25 people as subjects or respondents and found 25 respondents. Together, the variables Reliability (reliability) (X1), Responsiveness (Capability) (X2), Assurance (X3), Emphaty (empathy) (X4), Tangibles (physical form) (X5) have a significant effect on the variable customer satisfaction (Y). Partially the Reliability variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on the customer satisfaction variable if other variables remain in value. Variable Responsiveness (Capability) (X2) partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction if other variables remain in value. Assurance variable (guarantee) (X3), partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction variables if other variables remain in value. The variable Emphaty (empathy) (X4) partially does not have a significant effect on the customer satisfaction variable if other variables remain in value. The Tangibles variable partially has a significant effect on the customer satisfaction variable if the other variables remain in value. Assurance variable (X3) is the independent variable which dominantly affects the dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work stress on employee turnover in nursing unit of hospital X. The design in this study uses descriptive research methods and associative methods with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees in nursing unit of hospital X with a population of 226 employees so that using the Yamane formula was finally obtained, the sample used was 144 respondents. . To test the analysis of research instruments used validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test, then for statistical analysis tests and analysis of relationships and effects used Pearson product moment correlation, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression and to test the hypothesis used the T test and F test.Based on the results of the T test research that has been carried out, it can be seen that partially indirect compensation has a positive effect on employee turnover at nursing unit of hospital X. The results of the T test show partially. The results also show that work stress has a positive effect on employee turnover at nursing unit of hospital X. The results of the study also said that simultaneously through the results of the F test, it showed that compensation and work stress simultaneously had a positive effect on employee turnover in the employee turnover at nursing unit of hospital X. The amount of contribution (Determination Coefficient Value) of the effect of compensation and work stress on employee turnover at nursing unit of hospital X, seen from the results of R Squra is 20.0%, while the remaining 80% is influenced by other variables not studied. Such as work discipline, motivation, work experience, work environment, workload, and organizational culture.

Abstract

Sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan yang memiliki kualitas ketangguhan yang baik adalah perusahaan atau organisasi yang dapat bertahan dalam segala bentuk tantangan perubahan dan tantangan zaman. Melalui penelitian ini kami memperkenalkan kontribuski strategis dari penerapanan manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) untuk dapat meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kapasitasketangguhan organisasi atau perusahaaan melalui pengembangan dan peningkatan kualitas kompetensikaryawan sehingga ketika dihadapkan pada suatu kondisi guncangan yang parah organisasimampu merespon dengan baik. Dalam hal ini kami mulai meninjau tiga elemen pentingdalam pengembangan ketangguhan oraganisasi meliputi kemampuan kognitif, karakteristik pelaku dankondisi kontekstual. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan deskriptifuntukmenjelaskan bagaimana kebijakan SDM dan praktek dalam sistem manajemen sumbedaymanusiastrateg idapat di pengaruhi sikap dan perilaku sehingga individu yang saat ini memberikan kontribusi individu dikumpulkan di tingkat organisasi atau perusahaan melalui proses berinteraksiganda dan tarik-seleksi gesekan,organisasil ebihcenderung memiliki kapasitas ketahanan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1) Menganalisis kontribusi kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan dikantor BPSK Area Sukabumi; 2) Menganalisis kontrbusi kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di di kantor BPSK Area Sukabumi; 3) Menganalisis kntribusi kepemimpinan dan kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerjakaryawan di kantor BPSK Area Sukabumi.Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak sebanyak 93 orang dengan teknik sensus karena kuran dari 100 populasinya. Metode analsis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, dan pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan adalah ujisignifikan simultan(Uji -F), uji signifikan parsial (Uji- t), dan adjusted R Square.Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa : (1) Berdasarkan analisis regresi berganda diketahui bahwakepemimpinan dan kemampuan kerja memiliki kontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, artinya semakin naik kepemimpinan dan kemampuan kerja karyawan maka semakin tinggi atau meningkatpulakinerja karyawan; (2) Secara parsial terdapat kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinanterhadap kinerja pegawai; (3) Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kemampuankerja terhadap kinerja; (4) Secara bersama-sama terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antarakepemimpinan dan kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di kantor BPSK kota Sukabumi.

Abstract

Abstrak – Organisasi pemerintah dan penyelenggara pemerintah, suka atau tidak suka harus merubah pola dan orientasi berfikir yang selama ini telah mapan dan nyaman. Organisasi publik yang selama ini dikenal sebagai organisasi yang tidak efisien, tidak mempunyai kinerja tinggi, syarat dengan budaya dilayani dari pada melayani, serta sarang KKN, melakukan perubahan dari perubaha pola berfikir, perampingan struktur, pola kerja(dimulai dengan kinerja berbasis anggaran) dan terakhir pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang berbasis pada kompetensi model. Semua pecahan pasel itu kalau di gabungkan sesungguhnya suatu strategi untuk membentuk budaya baru untuk menggerakkan organisasi mencapai tujuannya, pelayanan prima. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Kinerja pegawai desa (Bojong Sawah, Cikaret, Jambe Nenggang, Kebon Pedes, Sasagaran), yang meliputi faktor Kedisiplinan Kerja dan Motivasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif yang melibatkan 45 orang Pegawai di Kecamatan Kebon Pedes sebagai responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pembagian kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan formula statistik, yakni dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda yang pengolahannya dilakukan dengan program SPSS versi 23. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kedisiplinan Kerja dan Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Perangkat Desa Bojong Sawah Kecamatan Kebon Pedes Kabupaten Sukabumi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka hipotesis 1 yang menyatakan, diduga bahwa terdapat pegaruh positif antara variabel Kedisiplinan Kerja dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Perangkat Desa Bojong Sawah Kecamatan Kebon Pedes Kabupaten Sukabumi. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka hipotesis 2 yang menyatakan diduga diantara kedua variabel Kedisiplinan Kerja dan Motivasi diketahui Variabel Kedisiplinan Kerja yang paling berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Perangkat Desa Bojong Sawah Kecamatan Kebon Pedes Kabupaten Sukabumi.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Alfamart Cibeureum Branch, Sukabumi City. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price and product quality improvement simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions to shop at Alfamart Cibeureum Branch, Sukabumi City. The research method used is the Associative Descriptive method. The population in this study were consumers who shopped at Alfamart Cibereum City Branch for one month and the sample used was 94 people obtained by using non-probability sampling with judgment sampling technique. Meanwhile, to test the research instrument using validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing. used t test and ui f, then analysis of the relationship used Pearson correlation, coefficient of determination and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it can be seen that the correlation test shows that the correlation value of Price on Purchase Decisions is 0.947 and includes a very strong correlation category because it is in the interval "0,800-1,000", that the correlation value of Service Quality with purchasing decisions is 0.941 and belongs to the category of very strong correlation because it is in the interval “0,800 - 1,000. Based on the analysis of the determination test of the contribution of the influence of the application of Price and Service Quality on the Purchase Decision, the calculation results obtained that the R Square value of the Purchase Decision was 0.904 or 90.4%, the remaining 9.6% was influenced by variables other than Price and Service Quality which were not examined by researchers. Furthermore, multiple linear regression analysis obtained the value of the independent variable constant. Y = 5.671 + 0.653 X + 0.293 X + . Based on the regression equation, it can be translated: that the constant value (a) has a value of 5.671 which states that if the price (X1) and service quality (X2) does not increase or equal to 0, then the value of the purchase decision (Y) is 5.671 times. .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leverage (DR) and profitability (ROE) on firm value (PBV) at PT. Astra International Tbk. The data used in this study were obtained from the financial statements of PT. Astra International Tbk from 2007 to 2016. In this study the author uses the theory of Irham Fahmi (2014:135) for the effect of the title. This study aims to determine whether there is a significant and positive effect between leverage, profitability and firm value at PT. Astra International Tbk. The method used in this research is descriptive associative with causal study. Data analysis techniques used in this research are classical assumption test, multiple correlation, multiple regression test, and hypothesis testing. The classical assumption test consists of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. While the hypothesis testing consists of t test (partially), f test (simultaneously) and R2 test (coefficient of determination). The results of the research PT. Astra International Tbk that simultaneously in testing the t-test hypothesis (partially) Leverage (DR) has no effect on Firm Value (PBV) with tcount < ttable = (1.370 < 2.36482) while Profitability (ROE) to Firm Value PBV) has a significant effect with the value of tcount < ttable = (2,450 > 2,036482). Then in testing the f test hypothesis (simultaneously) Leverage (DR) and Profitability (ROE) have no effect on Firm Value (PBV) with Fcount < Ftable = (3,089 < Ftable 4,74). And testing the hypothesis on the R2 test (coefficient of determination) that the results of the KD value = 46.9%, with a value of 46.9% and the remaining 53.1% which is explained by other factors not examined. So it can be concluded that the influence of leverage and profitability on firm value is included in the strong category.
